Both staff members I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my laptop the sake day I dropped it off all for a very reasonable price! Will continue going there for all my repair needs!

We had a hard drive failing on us & they took great care of us. Our new machine is fantastic.

Took a barely working hard drive and moved my work pc to a new machine with solid state technology. Reasonably priced machine and work done. Very few data errors needing worked out after migration, despite the state of the old hard drive (It was BAAD). Great customer service, very patient with my boss who isnt tech savvy to say the least. Definitely recommend.

Worst business I have ever dealt with!!!!! Leroy, the owner lied to me several times and then never even repaired the computer I brought in. My son got a graphics card for christmas but it didnt work on his gaming computer so I brought it in. Leroy checked it over, supposedly, and called that night said it was a compatibility issue they think but wanted to try and put it in another computer, but should be done next day by noon. That was the last I spoke to him, I called and called and talked to a office person who said leroy would call me and never did. So now its almost a week later and I finally talk to a tech who says the computer is ready to be picked up but nothing was done to it. Extremely unhappy, not only did nothing get accomplished but my kid was waiting anxiously on getting his pc back and now I have to take it elsewhere. I would NOT!!!! Recommend going here. The office lady was rude, the owner obviously is in over his head and the only answers were from a tech that sounds like he is tired of covering for his boss!!!!
