Literally bad haircut. I was told it was better then great clips, but its not!! Its just as good, or worse.

Well I tried to get in at 642 pm and they would not take me because they do not take customers after 645. Not Evan sorry .So anyways . To have a successful business u have to accommodate customers till the times say.

Great staff of stylus that know what theyre doing! I go to this location because of the service and results. Always top notch.

I like this place, the only place in town I get my haircut. The girls do a good job at cutting my hair every time. I dont have any complaints about this place or them.

I recently moved back to the great city of Sioux Falls! I am delighted to be back, although tasks such as finding a good barber to start a working relationship with can be nerve racking. Thank goodness I found Veronica at Sport Clips! She gave me the best barber shop experience I’ve ever had. The cut is exactly what I wanted and looks perfect. She really took her time and showed great care for me as a costumer, and she demonstrated a lot of knowledge concerning beard care/styling. I’ll, without a doubt, be calling her my stylist for the foreseeable future!

My 16-year-old son went in for a haircut last night. A blindfolded monkey could have done a better job cutting his hair. He is an intelligent, articulate kid and clearly stated how he wanted his hair cut. She pretty much buzzed it off. There is a distinct line on one side on the very bad attempt at blending. He went out the door to school this morning literally in tears and his hood pulled up around his head because hes so embarrassed about his hair. I dont know if the lady who did the cut was in a hurry to get home or what, but this is really pathetic.

Went to get my sons haircut. Was a 30 min wait - that was ok we would wait. Hes now at the top of the list so ok we are ready (waited the 30 min.) But the lady that completed the cut before was taking her time. Cleaned her area - then started cleaning the whole salon. Vacuuming the other ladies station. Not sure why and didnt come say hey itll be just a few minutes and I will be right with you. Just continued cleaning. Coming from out of town and still having quite a drive home we decided to leave. Yes I could have waited but was very disappointed because it really seemed like she was waiting for the other lady to get done so she would have to help us Very disappointed.

Sport Clips in Sioux Falls has been on the decline for a year. All but one of the hair stylists who’ve cut my hair at both locations seem to move slow and take way more time with simple haircuts than those working at quicker places like Great Clips. Today (3/21/2019) there were three stylists here and they all DISAPPEARED while three people were sitting and waiting in line for haircuts. Their check-in system does not work well whatsoever, and it’s pretty easy to tell that they don’t care. Today’s my last time coming here because I can’t stand the bad service any longer.

Veronica cut my hair today and I loved it told her how I wanted and it very much a no nonsense haircut I don’t enjoy small y’all while getting my haircut and I was able to sit there while she was cutting. Love the MVP service even got some lotion to take home to keep the bugs away. This is why I only get my hair cut at sports clips I have gotten excellent service at everyone I’ve been to!

Great quality haircut for the price as well as other features. Staff is nice and friendly. Store environment is clean and sports-like.

Normally the service here is very good. However, this last visit my son was on deck to get his haircut and when the stylist was ready to cut his hair he was coming back from the bathroom and she took another client first and put him back on the waiting list. Then the next stylist that was available decided to look at the computer for 10 minutes and then take a break for another 20 or so minutes. I’m throughly disappointed in the service of the stylists that were working 4/27/19.

First time at Sports Clips on 57th. Arrived with only a 7min wait. Never greeted upon walking in. Sat down and waited the time. Stylist saw me checked out the guy she finished and was cleaning up the hair. Another guy walked in (prior customer) and was greeted and told to check in on computer by register. Obviously I was unaware of this and had not checked in. The stylist then took him right away bypassing me. Again never said a word to me. This up’d my wait time to an additional 21min. Left anyway as I have no time for zero customer service. Can’t trust you with the minimum Customer service can’t trust with my haircut.

Always get a great cut and customer service. Sara is the best.

Its everywhere. Not just here but walk-ins welcome, not so welcome anymore. Online check-in doesnt help me much.

After waiting 25 minutes and not being addressed as a customer I was turned down service this evening at 7:40 pm. The stylist read off 2 names of no shows and stated I thought you where one of those customers sorry we are closing soon. I guess she was planning to service a client but saw a way out of work early?? You can say good bye to a 4 year customer.
