Absolutely the worst news resource in the business. If copy and paste is the source of information, we need a better resource for this community. Their customer service is appalling. The city of a Sioux Falls and surrounding communities deserve so much better. Time for Gannet to step down, take the loss and let someone who cares take over. Don’t waste your time or money on a subscription!!!!

This is one of those times that you could give no stars. Besides the normal issues of lack of content and left slant to the news ( It is owned by Gannett), their customer service and follow up is the worst that I have had to experience. It doesnt help that phone services are on the east coast instead of handled locally. If there was another local paper, I would definitely subscribe to it instead!

How the hell do I cancel paper delivery, we cancelled two weeks ago and the guy still delivers, so removed the argus box and he still delivers. Your customer service is horrible and nobody is taking ownership of the issue or CANCELLING the delivery.
