If you need something quickly do not rely on Grainger to get it to you on time!! They kept telling me yes it will be delivered on time and yes it is ready on the day I went to pick it up!! Drove all the way there and no it was not ready for pick up, WHY LIE?? Just be honest so I do not waste my time driving over there?? If I could give ZERO stars I would!!

Unbelievable service. Walked in with just an idea of what I needed and no real application to give them to go off of for the switch I needed. The gentleman that helped me took the time to look up different applications for me in order to narrow down my options and help me decide on which switch would work best for me. As a consumer in a day and age where customer service is slowly going to the wayside and making way to online purchasing where there is no human interaction it was extremely refreshing to walk in and be met by such helpful people. (and a personality besides). You guys have a GREAT team at that retail counter and this being my first experience with Grainger in Sioux Falls I assure you that you have gained a customer as well as all of the other customers that I intend to send your way!! I would also like to mention that I stopped at 5 different places trying to find the type of switch I was looking for and all I found was a lot of attitude and confusion around the fact that I could not provide a model# or part# for the part that I needed so the fact that your team jumped right up and started digging to help me out and find what I needed was a true testament to what your company is doing for you customers. FIVE STAR SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!!!

Unbelievably poor customer service. The tall skinny guy with dark hair and glasses had no idea how to run the system and didnt even know what he was looking for, even though I had told him multiple times exactly what I wanted: a small tri wing screwdriver. After 10 minutes of him slowly clicking and typing even slower, he goes to the back and gets me the exact opposite of what I asked for: a giant phillips head screwdriver. After another 15 minutes he finally called over his superior who did the same thing, just searching the same thing over and over and telling me they didnt have any of what I wanted (I was looking at the screen, it did say they had some in stock, but they didnt ever go back again to actually do their job and look). That took another 20 minutes, and I finally had them cancel my order (why they charged me before showing me the product I have no idea) and I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere.Just horrendous.
