Ugghh. I hate to write this review but here it goes... I brought my 04 tundra down on Friday to re-install a remote start I had taken off my previous vehicle, as well as replace the front speakers. I dropped it off in the morning, they did the work and I picked it up around 1:30pm. As I was driving back to work I noticed that there was a dent in the hood that was not there when I had dropped it off. Upon further investigation I noticed that in addition to the dent, there was about a dime sized chip in the paint that went down to the sheet metal as well. After I got off work I went back and addressed it with the owner and he replied that it must have been there when I dropped it off, which I am absolutely certain is not true. Being a return customer who has spent over 800 dollars there in the past, I am quite displeased. I understand that accident do happen, but I wish that there was some sort of resolve that could have been worked out. Sadly that is not the case. I do believe that the guys at mobile image do good work and I am a firm supporter of local businesses, but in the end Im still stuck with a big chip in the hood of a truck that I got five days ago. I hope that in the future such issues can be reconciled without the customer being stuck with additional costs. Again,I do believe Mobile Image does good work, but dont pay for services before the work is complete like I did.

Ryan knows what he is talking about!! Called him over the phone and described my vehicle and the type of box I already had. He knew exactly what would match up with it. Pulled up 30 minutes later and they installed it that day. It took not even two hours! His pricing on the system and installation was a great deal. By far the BEST car audio store to go to in Sioux City! I am not from here so I took the time to go to every one of them. Mobile Image is the right choice.

Was recommended by a relative to have a remote start installed. Even in the busy pre-winter season, they worked overtime on the weekends to make sure everyones vehicles were done on time and correctly. Theyre subject matter experts and offer a lot of different products and services. I would definitely recommend.
