This is the BEST shop ever! The staff certainly know their sewing machines and sewing techniques. I bought my Ruby Royale there couple years ago--and had pure joy since. They helped me get my machine up & running smoothly. they are prompt to respond to any questions. I moved from this area a year ago and have not found another shop like this one.

The folks at Grannys Stitches are the most generous people Ive encountered during this horrible virus. They made me 4 face mask and wouldnt charge me. I made a cash donation to help them make more. Its people like these who make situations like this, bearable. Thank you guys so much.

Needed Velcro sewn onto a patch and a shirt and ended up picking it up 6 days later to have someone else do it in a reasonable amount of time.

Had some initial trouble with a Ruby machine but got it upgraded to a better machine at no cost and everyone at the shop has been great to my mom when she has lots of questions.

Nothing but great things every time I go in, my mother purchased her new machine there and has taken classes to learn more things she can do and the service and support has been excellent!
