For a long time I have kind of kept my mouth shut about Petsmart and how they care for their reptiles but after seeing this guy today i cant.. he was smashed under 4/5 other beardies fighting for the heat lamp, which isnt even big enough for that many dragons.. not to mention they had no uvb light and there was poop in their food... if you want to call it food. This is a frequent issue with PetSmart. We brought the issue to employees attention and all they did was go and look in there. One stated oh yea he will probably die... yet they left him in there and went on with their day....

Went there as Noahs resue had dogs to adopt and I found one to give a forever home.

Clean, good prices, helpful personnel, good place to shop.

Our groomer, Darrick, is amazing! So gentle and calm. He gave me a detailed description of all he did during the visit and how my dog behaved. My dog came home clean, soft, and smelling so good! I will continue to go to Pet Smart for my dogs grooming needs.

Great experience and wonderful staff they were really helpful while purchasing a pet highly recommend this place if you want to adopt a pet. Seen plenty of adorable cats here adoption fee is $50 if searching for a cat Id check out moose and his brother or simba.

I love bringing my doggo here. Whenever hes getting a new toy we will go here and he will pick it out. I love the friendly atmosphere and the staff are always ready to help.

Large selection of pet products. A bit overpriced. I do believe that the companion associates should be more educated on the animals they offer. On one occasion the sales associate had given care instructions regarding a corn snake, that was completely incorrect.

I absolutely love shopping at this PetSmart location. They always have the pet products that I need, (I have several different kinds of pets) and the staff are very friendly, pet friendly, and helpful. When stopping in the last time, the employee assisting me helped explain all the pros and cons to their pet grooming clippers, and which setup would best fit the types of dogs I have been grooming.A great business, staffed with amazing employees.

I really enjoy shopping at Petsmart. I can take my dog with me, products are always up to date (no expired flea treatment for my dog), and the staff is so very helpful! The only thing is they are so much more expensive than Walmart. Oh! That may be a good thing since their quality is also so much better....;)

We came here looking for bones and treats for our new bully. We found what we were looking for and the staff even helped us pay for a doggie training course we found.

Quickly friendly service. Ordered cat litter and food online. Took less than a minute after I called to have the items in my car via curbside pickup.

Kids had a fun time looking at the animals. They found some stuffed animals for a great price too. Would give 5 stars but they were really lean on the amount of fish they had in stock.

My daughter fell in love with a cat she saw at PetSmart and wanted it to be the first animal she had ever adopted. Around 4 pm, we talked to an employee about adoption and she told us to have our house ready and to bring fifty dollars in CASH. We went to go prepare supplies and to the ATM to prepare for the much anticipated adoption. We were told we had 24 hours that a sign would stay up on the cats cage with the words adoption pending on it and that our name and phone number would be left in a note for other employees to know. We went back to visit the cat right before they closed the same day, just to check up on it. The next day, roughly nineteen hours later, we arrived ready to adopt! Our house was ready and we brought some supplies just for the ride home. We had the cash and everything. When we went back into the cat area, that cage was the ONLY one empty. My daughter was on the verge of tears and I was shocked. Talking to the manager, he told us that holds only lasted until 12 the next day, or 24 hours. IT HAD ONLY BEEN 19 HOURS AND WAS 11 AM. The rudeness of not only the employees, but the MANAGER was astounding. He claimed there was no notes, no adoption pending sign (that we saw twice with our own eyes), and no reason they shouldnt have adopted it out to someone else. Adopting an animal is not a quick decision. Our family had been looking at three separate locations over the span of a week. We fell in love with this cat and wanted to make sure we were completely ready and had everything perfect. I will NEVER shop at this shoddy place again. They will do anything to make a quick buck. Our legitimate complaints to the manager were met with flippant remarks and whispers between employees. Once a frequent buyer and customer, never will I buy or support this store again. Good riddance.

We went to PetSmart in 7/21/20 to purchase a tortoise for my 6 year old and 15 year old son. I only had my 6 year old with me and the lady was very rude and said this tortoise wasn’t a good pet for a 6 year old, I then informed her that we have a 15 year old also. She was very rude and when we asked her questions she knew both about the tortoise. I decided to go ahead and buy it and an aquarium but eventually we decided we would purchase the aquarium elsewhere and just get the tortoise. I was then told I wasn’t allowed to just purchase the tortoise if I didn’t buy an aquarium there or bring one back up to show them I had a home for it. I was a little upset because I didn’t know everyone had to have prof that they have an enclosure for their animal before they purchased it. I feel like o should be able to purchase my enclosure anywhere or build on if I want to. I had food bedding and everything it needed. I called customer service who then called the store and was told they refused me because the tortoise would be unsafe with me. So I went back in and bought the enclosure from PetSmart and they sold me the tortoise, it’s funny how now they think they tortoise will be safe since I spent 400 dollars in their store. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I’ve bought animals before and never been treated so horrible. I feel I should be able to buy an animal and purchase it’s home anywhere. I want to know if everyone has to have proof of a habitat before making a animal purchase?

Staff is very helpful but my boyfriend and I have received a lot of misinformation in regards to reptile care. Perhaps they need to train their workers better..The facility itself is nice and clean except the bathrooms were run-down and filthy. Reminded me of the bathrooms from a gas station in the middle of nowhere. There’s been many occasions where they don’t have what we need so we have just been going to PetCo.

The people I have dealt with here are always great. There is one person here that I always notice is never smiling, or conversing or anything. Just really seems like they hate being there.Selection is great. You could probably find everything you need to be a pet owner here. Prices are a bit high, but I like to get everything in one stop. So I just get it all at once.However, every fish I have bought here dies within two weeks. I have checked breeds, temperatures, tank size, community... yet they all die. I wish my local Walmart still sold fish. The fish live longer... and I wouldnt have to drive 1 1/2 hours to Sioux City.

Was in a hurry and had to make a quick trip to Sioux City....this was the best way to pick up food for my cat. Loved it!

I like this petsmart but its a Russian roulette when it comes to customer service.

Great customer service. I called the store to let them know I was traveling from out of town for my dog’s special diet food, and the interstate construction delays meant I’d arrive shortly after 9pm on a Friday. They held the doors open for an additional 5-10 mins and it was greatly appreciated when I got home.
