We had a return and there was a lady right there to take her return and she did her job and it was a easy process to return the item that we did not have a receipt for. We were looking for one or two certain items and roaming the store we found one or two probably more items that were good priced and decided to purchase those items. My experience at Lowes was very nice and actually found several people that were willing to help us just by asking did we need help I didnt have to go look for someone so I was extremely happy with that. Thank you

Tried to do curbside pickup per the website. Went to pickup order, sign said to call the store or check in on the app. I didnt have the app, so I called. I was told I had to have the app and to check in that way. I downloaded the app and could not add the order I made earlier. Couldnt call customer support as it was closed. Had to repurchase item and wait for them to shop it so I could check jn. Horrible process for those that cannot go inside.

Had a bad experience there, the older employee there in the lumber department refused to cut lumber I wanted to buy he strait out said Im not going to do it I A VERY DISRESPECTFUL tone of voice. I spent a lot of money there in the past. No more. I went to Home Depot and bought the lumber there and they gladly cut it to my needs. I was treated nicely. Im my opinion there lazy and with bad attitude. I talk to the supervisor about it and he came up with all these bull excuses. I ask to speak with the manager, and another excuse that he was not around . I will never step foot in there again

A great DIY store. Lowe’s is usually my first and last stop store for projects around the house. They have have plants, Nails, cement mix, tools (the building type, not the employees), cabinets, carpet, and so much more.They also offer a 10% military discount, thank you for that.They are also opened until 10:00 pm.

I’ve always had good customer service with Lowe’s, but today was the worst!! Sioux City Lowe’s I will never go back to. I wish I had seemed out the manager!! Customers are the reason you people have a job!!!! I needed help in the faucet section and I heard two women employees in the next aisle. I went over and said”can I get help in the faucet aisle?” They looked are each other and said yes. I waited and waited and neither one came to help. 🤬 then I went to the plumbing aisle and needed help locating the correct size fitting for my water line. There was a middle aged man with a Lowe’s shirt on in the aisle. After trying to locate what I needed, I approached him and was standing 2 feet from him and said”can I get help finding the right fitting? He didn’t bother to look up, look at me or acknowledge I was even there!! He was messing with some electronic in his hand the whole time!!! I was fuming and bit my tongue and left the store! None of these employees had name tags on or I would have taken names made sure they were reported!! Menards employees went out of their way to accommodate my needs!! You lost several dollars today Sioux City Lowe’s and I will tell everyone your employees don’t care about the customers! Please feel free to contact me!!

I found that Lowes had a tremendous amount of good deals, with a military discount as well. They have a good selection of building items and a helpful staff that is willing to assist. I would definitely shop there again.

Rude employees the last 2 times we have been there. The last time we were there, we asked for help in locating something. Three people in the same isle. One thought the other should help me because he was doing something for someone - the one he asked to help me, replied that she was doing something for corporate so that was more important. Whatever happened to the customer standing in front of you being the important one?? Good thing there was a super nice guy that greeted us when we walked in at least or we would have left & not come back. Today we had a return - three gals at the desk. The gal scanned our return, put some papers on the counter & walked away. We stood there for a while, thinking she was coming back, thought maybe she had to get something....one of the other gals there asked if the first one had us taken care of. Our reply was we arent sure. She just walked over there & hasnt come back. So this nice young lady looked the papers on the counter over & let us know that the credit had been given & the stuff that was laying there, was for our records. Good thing they have a few good, kind, friendly people that dont act like you are inconveniencing them - or we wouldnt be back.

Ive never been so underwhelmed by a crew, ever. I went to get 2 items, the web site showed best prices in town. Unfortunately, after asking 6 crew members, walking the length of the store 3 times, I left w one item and very angry. One would think that a home improvement store would hav a crew that knew what tools are...unfortunately, thats not the case at this store. I wont ever go back, its worth paying extra somewhere else to get better service.

Delivery men think they are Gods! Threw a tantrum when I asked about doing everything on the checklist before signing it. After their fit, and having to point out the things the hadnt done, I got threatened. Clearly have no clue how to level an appliance. See the picture. They actually said they had leveled outside. As if you can do that! I called Lowes to complain, and got hung up on twice after 8 minutes on hold. Finally told the person who answerred that I refuses to sign the paperwork so if it showed back at the office as such, it was forged! Second delivery in under 10 years and both times the person threw a fit because I refused to sign until they did the required steps.

Never use there install people. The guy showed up at my house to lay flooring, work 6 hours and never came back and know the company keller interiors cant get anyone to come out and finish the job. He has riped out the carpet and removed toliets and now they are telling me it could be Oct

I had a return and needed to pick up a few things. Went to the return desk where two others were waiting. The person at the desk was doing something that she thought was more important than customer service. After waiting a while, a lady, who was there before I arrived, finally got upset and left without getting any attention. I then suggested to the employee that she call the store manager. She didnt say anything but used the phone to apparently call them. A bit later he came out of the office and said there was someone coming to help. The employee then asked another customer, who had come in after me, if she could help her. Terrible customer service. Dont go there if you value you time and sanity!

Lowes in Sioux City is one of my Favorite places to go. They always have a great selection on seasonal items. Their plants, trees, shrubs are beautiful. They have a nice variety to pick and choose from. The store is always nice and clean, nice friendly help, the prices are decent. Depending on what you are looking for, compared to other places, I honestly have to say, they definitely are not over priced. When they have sales, you definitely walk away with a great deal. All in all I have always enjoyed going to this Lowes.

Was looking at a john deere zero turn 42 inch deck they had 2 outside with nothing on them that showed they were sold and price said 2099. They had the price wrong and not able to sell the mower due to sold. Be a while before I shop there again. The only good thing I can say is the employee there was very friendly and helpful. The manager was not a very pleasant guy to talk to

Would give zero stars if I had the chance. My family purchased a washer and dryer on 6/1 and we were told that they were to be delivered to our home on 6/9. We were told to expect a robo call when they would show up. Never got a phone call. We called them on 6/9 and apparently the truck was broke down and the washer and dryer were to now be delivered on 6/11. The night before we got a robo call saying it would be here in the afternoon tomorrow. Well then the time period they were supposed to be here came and went. No washer and dryer. We called lowes again and said one of the drivers called in sick and that our washer and dryer was still sitting in the store. Never even made it on the truck. We never got a call about a reschedule date nothing. If we didnt call them we wouldnt have known about it. We get things going on but ya need to have a back up plan. Its been a week and a half and no washer or dryer. We are not impressed with how any of it was handled. We only live about 30 miles away and you would think that if you were broke down one day and a sick driver out another you would deliver it that next day right!? Nope maybe that next Monday we might get it. You didnt even have the decency to call us and tell us they werent going to be delivered on either day.

Always helpful and friendly service. Even though I had to climb a ladder and crawl across to opposite side of top shelf to acquire my item. Lol 😆I still like this place.

Rude unaccomodating assistant store manager. Brought his unprofessional accomplice with him (Mutt and Jeff) to tell me my truck load of palletized mulch will not be unloaded until tomorrow. Here I sit now waiting until 6 am. I shop at the local Lowes where I live and have delivered many different products to many different stores all over the U.S.. I have never had a problem with any store until this one. I am way behind now as I had to reschedule my next pick up for tomorrow. The broker and shipper are not happy because of this delay. I was at the Sioux City store and in kind of a rush. Looking for outlet covers and furnace covers. Rather than walking up all the aisles i stopped and asked the 1st employee i saw I dont know his last name but his name badge said Joey. He showed me exactly where both items were. He was friendly and knew what I was looking for. Made my day. Keep that guy around. Probably the best service I ever had at a home improvement store!!! A lot better than Menard

One of the best experiences I’ve had at any hardware store. I was asked a handful of times if I needed help and when I did take the associates up on their offer they were extremely knowledgeable, quick and attentive. Friendly place and definitely the most clean and organized Lowes I’ve ever seen. Had everything I needed and plenty of them. Really well done.

Well you lost the sale of a refrigerator today, all I wanted was the dimensions but I couldnt get anybody to help me and I waited long enough. This also happened the last time I was in that store trying to buy some oil for one of my riding mowers. Maybe you all should hire some help

Lowes is alright if you are buying things off the shelf. The staff are knowledgeable of their department. I would never recommend Lowes for large orders or installation. I understand when supplies are low. They were selling off the shelf fencing that was on my order. When I went to customer service they had lost my order and couldnt find that I had prepaid for. Again, staff were good and apologetic. Manager Ryan on the other hand. Wow. He promised to call personally. He didnt. Several times we had to call to find our order. I have never had to work so hard to spend large amounts of money with a company. And this happened twice to us. We had a similar issue with a door installation. Both within a few months. Again. I understand delays and lost orders. What I dont understand is lack of communication with your customer. I will no longer do large or or installation service with Lowes.Also you can bring your dog(s) with you while you shop

Beyond disappointed with the customer service I received here today. I live an hour away from the store. Drove there for a rug I have been wanting and then drove all the way home. Got the rug unrolled and realized that the print was wrong. It only printed about half of what the rug was suppose to look like. When I called, the employee put me on hold each time I asked a question. I finally asked to just speak directly with the manager. The manager did not seem to care that the rug I got today was wrong. She said I can drive there to exchange it free of charge. Whenever a product has a manufacturer’s error, it should be exchanged free of charge. To bring it back, that’s over two hours of drive time and fuel so I asked if they would ship it to me or come get it. The manager stated that it was my problem and it’s not Lowe’s fault I got a bad rug so they don’t have to deal with it. Beyond upset! Got this rug for my nursery and was super excited about it. This manager ruined the entire experience.

Waited for over 10 mins in raining 33 degree weather 24 windchill for someone to come out and exchange my propane tank. I even asked the person who checked me out what The process was because she just said have a nice day after purchasing. After calling the store and not being able to reach a customer service associate I just started hitting random buttons to get someone. The lady who came out did not address me or say a thing to me just took my propane bottle and put a new one in my cart and left. Like I somehow inconvenienced her by making her do her job. Absolutely poor customer service if I had not called called and spent 5 Mins trying to reach someone I would probably still be standing there.

Website said they have 18 mini fridge/freezers available for pick up at Sioux City location. Drive 50 miles to go get one. Get there and all they have is the display one left. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me. Showed him a screen shot taken (less than an hour before arriving to the store) of the item and number available (18). He says no thats not right! I explain that I drove over here from another town after seeing the website showing there were 18 available and ask if I can buy the display one. He says oh no, absolutely not! We cant do that! What a waste of time. So frustrating!

Dave in the Garden Center was extremely helpful - easy to talk to, helped us immediately, and funny :) Especially during these times, its nice to have some normalcy and light humor.

Ordered a new push mower online.When I went to pick it up it was to be a no contact pickup.We waited 45 minutes in spot #2 for them to bring the mower out. Had to go into the store to get it myself and no help loading it into my pickup.They could not even print me a receipt for the 300 dollar purchase. My shopping days at Lowes are over for good.

We have been waiting on doors to be delivered for about 2 months now. The date keeps on getting pushed back multiple times. When I try calling to check if they are in they don’t even answer the phone on the customer service line or the doors department line. Very disappointed!

Ive only been to this location once but I was very pleased with the service here. They didnt have everything I needed but definitely tried to help me figure out a solution. Everyone was super friendly, almost too much so ;), and very helpful.

Ordering staff was helpful but overall service needs improvement when it comes to responding to customers. Choose to get the carpet and installation done from them. Ended up paying for 100+ sqft of extra material. Make sure about refund policy as these are custom items and they do the mesaurments so you might be left with extras you dont need. Also, Installer left sharp transitions open which are not safe and after one week of installation and 4-5 calls no one has bothered to do anything about it.

Im always pleased when I go to Lowes. I have never met a staff member who didnt know what avenue to take to find someone to help me. Today it was Robert, after I was directed to the proper isle to find my quarter round, he was the one that took the time to cut it into the four pieces I needed. For a widow with no woodworking skills he was a huge blessing!

We had the BEST customer service from Nancy in windows. We has issues with a large share and she didnt hesitate to go above and beyond for us in working with the shade company and ensuring we got what was needed for our large window. Its people like Nancy at Lowes Sioux City that keeps us coming back!!

The absolute worst customer service ever. Rude manager, rude staff. With so many home improvement stores, you would think they would be happy to help. Go to Menards or Home Depot. I filed a Incident report with the corporate headquarters, never heard a word, nothing was ever done.

Staff consistently walks by without greeting or offering assistance. If you ask for assistance they are helpful. Lawn and garden not knowledgeable about Craftsman products that they sell.
