When I first started going there a couple of years ago, it was great. But these days, at least half of the machines do not work and the place is a mess! When you call to report an issue, they dont seem to care. Ive lost a lot of money in the machines and not been reimbursed and one time I almost lost my clothes! The renovations theyre doing has made the facility cramped. Im taking my business elsewhere...

Saturday early morning is laundry day ! Had a problem with the dryer closet to the detergent vending machine on the north row of dryers! This dryer after 24 minutes at high temperature setting barely got warm! Please address this issue! Will be back Saturday morning!

Wish they had a restroom available for their customers! Nice and clean .
