Car wash dont work, took my money, no body at wash or laundry to ask for money.

Never have anyone here and alway have a problem here

First time ever using this place. Just like to point out that the door I went threw did not have any signs up besides no smoking and no pets allowed. Nothing about last wash load at 8 and that it closes at 9. No sign or anything stating that. Well a Little after 9 a man comes in and kicks me out saying I need to get out now, and that the last load was at 8 and close at 9 get out now. Mind you this is my first time using this facility. Using this facility cause we have a blanket that is to big for our washing machine at home. I told the gentleman that this is my first time being here and there is no sign on the door stating this. Then yelled at me saying its on the wall of the office. Learn how to read

What a disgusting place. Coin machines dont work. Good luck with the machine working. Owner business license should be revoked. Learn how to run a business.

Well I suppose they heard everyones prayers and this place got shut down... I wanted to wash my comforter 😢

Owner was horribly rude. The washing machines were moldy and nasty. Floors were filthy. Terrible place to go.

If your friend suggests you to use this laundry mat, let him know that he is an idiot. This is the fourth laundry mat ive been to in Sioux City. This by far the worst one. The machines cost more for less time and the place is scurvy like no other. Who ever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves. Ive never seen such a grimy laundry mat. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. You have been warned.

Dryers dont really dry. There is no one there to help you. Plus there are cockroaches everywhere. Very unclean.

Terrible place. Very dirty. Mold and mildew in all machines where you put the soap in and along the seals. Washer leaking out all over the floor. You can tell the machines and floors haven’t been cleaned for a very long time. I will not return. Find an express laundry near you! Friendly people and very clean there.
