Ave Med Spa is like heaven on earth. Right when you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It is beautiful inside and smells amazing! A true escape from Sioux City, it feels like you are at a high end resort. Their hydra facials are my favorite! A glass of wine in the steam room with their heavy white robes is the perfect start to the ultimate spa experience. The results are amazing. Their products are only the very best. They will help you find the right products for you and never push anything. I always feel like they want to help me receive the results I want, opposed to just making sales. I have always had a double chin so I decided to get the cool sculpting treatment. Paid 750$ for nothing! I was robbed it didn’t do anything for me. It’s like I had just given away 750$. A month later I went to Guadalajara Mx and got liposuction on it and it all came off! And I only paid 200$ . NEVER AGAIN.

So much positive energy and your service is a conversation throughout so that you know what you are getting and that it is what you want. Dr. Hicks and Deb have both guided my mother and I on our journey for a more youthful appearance. I love that they answer all of my questions and make suggestions that I would not have otherwise considered--and love! While I have received compliments on my more obvious type procedures (lip enhancements) these compliments are always accompanied with you look different? What is it? as the results are subtle and natural looking enough to even make my closest friends question whether Im just looking naturally bomb, or theres something been done. In love. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating to not only my mother but my father as well. Beautiful facility, clean, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I am currently removing a few tattoos. I have done treatments at another facility in Omaha, NE and much prefer Ave. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions completely and the nurse who administered my treatments seemed invested in the quality of my removals. I am very appreciative of her care.

Paid around a thousand dollars for Lazer treatment received Halo & BBL and had ZERO results. Verified with their before and after photos. I didnt have any redness, scabbing, etc like most people have post treatment so Im not sure if the nurse even did the procedures correctly since there was (no exaggeration) zero results for all of the time, money, and pain.

Dr is very nice. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Ive been to Ave for many years and have always been extremely happy with my laser services as well as botox and filler. I drive over 2 hours to go there. I could go closer to home but I only trust them. Such a professional office with top notch staff.

I did cool sculpting and I can’t wait to go back for more!! It was so easy & relaxing. I was served a nice adult beverage and watched Netflix while the cool sculpting did its thing. There was no recovery! Great results!!The staff at Ave were so accommodating and nice to chat with. The answered all my questions and checked with me the day after procedure. I can’t wait to get spoiled again!

I brought my wife to this really expensive place to get a high frequency facial that seemed promising in relieving her acne and the lady that did the procedure did an excellent job of taking care of my wife, the ladies at the front desk however couldnt have been more unprofessional and rather insulting first by putting my wifes money in the wrong account and second by selling her the complete opposite of what she needed, the product they sold her caused severe drynness, peeling, redness, and pain, my poor wife cant find comfort and I dont know what to do anymore, but im really disappointed in the experince and just want her to feel better again.

From the staff to the doctor they are all super nice and always welcoming! I have been very satisfied with the services I have received!

I have been getting a laser treatment at Avé Medical Laser Spa, it has being a wonderful experience for me the results are great and I just love the treatment and service that they provide. It is an A+ if you ask me. I highly recommend her clinic for laser treatment hair removal, it is an experience you will not regret.

The building is beautiful and the girls are friendly. But, As a customer of Ave I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today. Ive paid for a service that requires multiple treatments. I was informed that after the 6th treatment any additional treatments would be at 50% discount. My treatments began in 2015, I completed 3 treatment and then became pregnant with my son and had to postpone services. I returned and completed my 6 treatments in 2017. At the completion of my 6th treatment I was informed to return only for touch ups, as needed. I scheduled last week for an additional treatment and confirmed with the receptionist my 50% discount. I came in today and was charged full price. I was informed that because my treatments were not done in an appropriate timeframe I would have to do all 6 treatments again to get 50% off! Throughout this whole processed none of this information was relayed to me. I feel it is very poor business practice to not honor what was quoted, by your employee, when the appointment was scheduled.
