We switched over from Combined Pool and Spa and wish we would have done it sooner! We have learned more within the one week of working with Professional Pool and Spa than we have in the three years with Combined Pool and Spa. Customer service here is also a breath of fresh air compared to what we were use to.

Good people they know there business and do a great job. Always able to find what I need and if not in stock they will get it for you. I have been doing business with them for 15 years now. The first pool business in town as far as I can remember. Keep up the good work.

Everyone that works there is incredibly professional and friendly. They do a great job of opening and closing my pool. The technicians are always nice and on time and very knowledgeable. I love that theyre nearby and keep tons of chemicals and pool accessories in stock. Their new showroom is fantastic! Love these guys. Well worth the money!

They had some problems with some hoses that I needed that were not made right from the factory. the lady behind the counter I believe her name was Nicki was very helpful and treated me very well along with the other guys that were in the shop.Very good experience. Would recommend this place to anyone 👍

I always get superb service here. The quality of the chemicals has helped me keep our pool well balanced all summer with little issues. Luke is great at teaching pool Chem basics and maintenance. Nicki is always friendly in the store. They fixed our leaking pool pipes thanks to Todd and his crew. We highly recommend Pro Pools.

Bought a used tub at least 4 months ago,finally got it delivered 3 weeks ago,now waiting for a new control board cuz we have no jets..not good when its the first time you deal with a new company

We have had a great experience with Pro Pool! They come in like Ninjas and get it done!!! They have been able to fix things on our hot tub and had it covered under the warranty...they handled all of the paperwork and headache! They are awesome!!!

Good place to go if you have a pool.

I went in on a Saturday and the sales manager wrote a price on their sales brochure for the cost of a hot tub. He recommended we go on their website and get approved by their recommended lender for that amount then come back in on Monday and pay that amount. When I got there Monday to write the check the owners would not honor the amount the sales manager quoted me. I had to contact the lender and cancel my loan. I am just glad that I found that out that they cant be trusted before I got into a contract with them. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had to rate this company at 1 star because Google does not offer a negative rating option.

From cost efficient to very high end, they possess the formost expertise and knowledge to provide the finest outcome for every need. Highly recommended!

Service is not their #1 Priority. We thought we would give them a shot and had them come fix a leak on our pump and close the pool. We went to open the pool and the pump was not running meantime antifreeze was going into the pool. I called them and they said they could not get someone out to look at it till about the end of the month they were booked out. I called combined pool to let them know and they were able to squeeze us in get someone out the next day. Ends up the motor was hooked up wrong although professional pools was paid to fix the motor. I will never make the mistake of using them again. Nikki was very rude and not understanding on the phone either.

My wife and I hired Professional Pool and Spas to replace the liner in our in-ground pool and are extremely pleased with the results. They were understanding of our need to have it installed within a specific time frame and the entire work staff was courteous and hard working.

Great service, advice, and lower prices than across town! We always call these guys for everything.
