Told me they were on thier way. Over an hour later had not shown and would not answer phone or respond to text.

Daniella and her team are amazing! I was so embarrassed to even show her my house after a long vacation, but she was very professional! Her team did an AMAZING job! Ive had other cleaning companies Ive never had my home this clean!! Wow! Worth every penny!

They did good starting out then got worse each week. I would talk to them about things they missed such as dusting, missed vacuuming areas and the floors still being dirty after they left. They only wanted to clean my house every two weeks because it was “so clean” when they first started. I told them that I would rather it be weekly to keep the house clean. They would come in and do things quickly and be on their cell phones much of the time either texting or talking. They quit after complaining that it wasn’t as clean several times instead of trying to do a better job. My house is actually worse after they started. It will take me a while to get my house back to clean again. I would not recommend them.

When they show up with a full squad they do good work. Rarely had a full team and couldnt come consistently each week at the agreed upon time and eventually dropped me as a client because they were too short staffed.
