Called to let them know I was paying the company I owe a bill too, and was hung up on Both times, and talked to very disrespectfully. Also on active Duty for the army, and instead of letting me pay the bill when I get home, the lady said “I’ll take that as you’re not willing to pay the bill, and the court costs will continue to accumulate. If WHY I’m trying to pay a bill and avoid court cost WHY keep in it the system. These people are SO unprofessional. So good luck if you ever get a bill with them.
We have been very happy with their service (at our business office.)They have gotten money owed us, that we never thought wed see!People need to realize, businesses arent banks, we have to pay our bills & employees. If you cant afford the service we offer, dont come.
Called to make payments and get a debit paid off fast and had absolutely no way to work with me!! How are we suppose to get something paid off if you won’t let us!! Trying to rebuild credit blows!!
The receptionist as well as the collections rep I worked with (Kelly) were wonderful! They helped me work out a quick payment plan to my convenience. I wish every collection agency employed people like this. They took the embarrassment out of this humiliating experience and made me laugh and feel at ease. Very easy to work with.

Reading the reviews I was horrified to call NCS (Noll Collection Services). Nobody wants to deal with rude and unskilled people, especially in cases of debt which was from fiscal irresponsibility. We are already dealing with a debt that was probably once embarrassing because we couldn’t pay up and to be harassed on top of that is a truly awful experience.Well my experience today was fantastic. My accounts were being handled by a delightfully understanding and kind agent named Laurie. She was professional and courteous and understood the sensitive nature of her job. All debt collectors need to take note and follow her example. She waived as many fees associated with these accounts as possible. This was my very last collection to pay and I am now debt free.

Spoke to John Cole, and he was extremely rude despite the fact I was trying to work something out so I can pay them back. II understand that they probably deal with a lot of rude people so they no how to throw it back, but I wanted WORK it out because I support outsourced sales/marketing/collection.Im all about customer service and I am easy to close but I just wanted to be treated like an adult. Anyways, I just called up the company I owed my money to and paid them directly without having to deal with rude people that are claiming to be blunt and laughing at me on the phone.John you are in sales so I know you are laughing on the outside but it stings so hard on the inside to lose that commission over something as simple this. Ha Ha Ha!

Horrible collection agency. Filed a claim against me so I started paying them... I tried to get ahold of them both through mail and email about receipts and sending me statements on how much I have left to own and got nothing. Ive been making my payments and for a collection agency, they dont bother getting ahold of me at all which worries me. Horrible customer service.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH- NOT ONLY WAS I TRICKED INTO A VERBAL JUDGEMENT I WAS NEVER SERVED PAPERS NOTIFYING ME OF SUCH JUDGEMENT-- THEN MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY AND HAD TO STOP PAYMENTS- AFTER PAYING FOR HER FUNERAL AND TRYING TO BUILD MY FINANCIALS BACK UP WAS CALLED NOT LONG AGO FROM A LADY FROM THERE BASICALLY THREATENED THAT IF I DONT NOTIFY THEM OF WORKING THAT THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY NEED TO?? As far as Collection Agencies, they were very pleasant to work with. I got myself into trouble and they worked with me to help me out.

Their representative decided to use my cell number to personally text me. Why are they allowed to do what they want especially dealing with personal information? I then called the manager and she called me a liar...
