Wow, not impressed at all. Definitely never getting business for me. The guy immediately “profiled” my husband and I assuming we didn’t have the money to buy a certain vehicle. Never asked our price range, just assumed. When we asked about test driving, he said well we really only let people test drive if they’re serious about buying it and don’t want people just going for a joy ride. Cool. You could of had business, but you missed out. The worst customer service I have EVER had at a dealership.

I just bought a Nissan Rogue, which was my first new car. My experience was excellent. Luke was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was very nice and I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I have had that experience at other dealers and it is a deal breaker for me. Everyone at Billion Nissan of Sioux City was very pleasant and professional and we appreciate the way they took care of us.

According to when I purchased my Nissan Titan, it was to get running boards and a spray in bed liner. After a couple of weeks they called to fulfill their agreement. It was sent to Sioux Falls dealership to have the bed liner done.They had it for over a week for a four hour job and now we know why it took so long. They enjoyed driving it 300 miles.

Asked service specifically to use oil I purchased and they used there own. Yes communication error but this was reiterated multiple times and still used there product. If they did it at all. Drove an hour and a half because I bought it there to give them a chance and first time mistakes are made. I can find elsewhere to spend money. Also when purchased asked for paint pens and sales guy Mike said Ill mail then out . 4 months later nothing and sent multiple messages to him no response. Take money and do what they want good luck.

I was never asked what car I wanted to look at, I was told I had 2 options and that I could only buy brand new. I repeatedly said I needed something big for my growing family and was shown cars that were smaller than what I already have. Additionally, I gave a budget of $13,000 and was only shown cars that were $24,000+ and too small.

Buying a car sight unseen and from out of my home state was a huge gamble, but they had exactly what I needed. The process of buying was very straightforward and was as honest as could be. Once I received the vehicle I noticed some issue with it. I spoke to one of the sales managers and they took care of issues, no questions asked. I am very pleased with my buying experience and would not hesitate to buy from Billion again.

I bought my mission from another dealership here in town and I have never had a tire pressure sensor light. So I didnt know how to reset it so Beau was awesome and explained how it worked and what to do. The light came on again and went back down and talked to Beau and this time it was a sensor it self and they fixed it right then and there.

I went in for oil change & tire rotation, I had set it up on Friday, but went in on Saturday morning & got a different service rep. She asked me if I wanted the tire rotation & I said yes. But when I went to pick it up, they didnt do it. She didnt seem to be too focused on her job.

This was my first time going to a dealership, I was very nervous and was afraid of being ripped off. However, the employees were amazing! Very polite and happy, when it came to the paperwork for the vehicle I purchased they made everything very clear for me. If there was something I didn’t understood they made it to where I was able to process all the information. Quin was the sales person I spoke with on the phone. He was super! He was able to make a deal with the bank so I was able to afford the car and gave me options so I was able to get my car the next day. He also helped me find a very reasonable car insurance. He had filled my tank and washed my vehicle as well, excellent service! The vehicle is amazing, it’s a very smooth ride and an eye catcher. I will for sure return here if I ever want to exchange or if I ever need any fixes to my vehicle.

Luis, our salesperson, was very friendly, helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This was especially appreciated since salesperson in SIoux Falls was not well educated and thus unintentionally misleading on various packages. Luis was very patient while working to reach a final number we were happy with as well as added accessories. He was also very patient and thorough in showing us all the options on the vehicle. We enjoyed working with him and all the staff at Billions SIoux City. We are very happy with our new Titan.

Calling and scheduling the appointment was quick and satisfying. The experience dropping off my Rogue the morning of my appointment was just as quick and satisfying. Picking up my vehicle was also a satisfying experience because Johnnie acknowledged me and attended to me promptly, shortly after I walked in. Although it was the first time meeting him, Johnnie was respectful and informative. I felt like he was aware that I was a valued and loyal customer because he stated that he saw my services history and knew that I only go to this specific Nissan dealership for my servicing needs. I didnt feel like Johnnie was trying to sell me anything; I felt that he was being genuinely informative with explaining services I might want to consider in the near future due to the results of the inspection my Nissan received (i.e. needing brake pads replaced soon, eventually want to consider new tires), which I somewhat expected anyway so it was good to hear it from a professionals perspective. The experience ended with my paying for the oil change, which was my main intent, but also leaving informed of what to expect in the near future. I appreciate this because I am then able to plan ahead for the additional services. Overall, I have had a positive experience with my oil change. It is no wonder I return to the Sioux City Billion Nissan dealership. As a loyal customer, I have ALWAYS walked out of the Services Department feeling satisfied, informed, and excited to jump back into my Nissan Rogue.

She found that search at Billion Sioux Falls Nissan.Kim was in contact with Zach Ruberdall-Sales Rep at the 12th Street dealership.After going back and forth to make this long distance deal (Nissan trading in Kia)--sight unseen, Kim and Zach made THE deal.Kim wanting to be informed on a trade-in value, buying my 2015-Kia Sorrento from CarMax, I returned to CarMax for their “we’ll buy yours even if you don’t buy ours” to get an idea of a trade-in value. Billion accepted the CarMax trade-in value.Zach Face-Timed and showed us the exterior, the interior and close up of the tires on the Nissan. Not only did Billion accept the CarMax trade-in value, Billion delivered the Murano from SD to CO at no additional charge.Zach Rubendall and Aaron Murphy-Sales Manager were both very professional. These gentlemen are truly an asset to Billion Nissan and both provided first class customer service. I bought a vehicle from out of town and had it delivered here. I picked it up on May 18, and it had not been cleaned and the radio didn’t work. They told me it would be cleaned and fixed May 27, but then cancelled on May 26 saying the parts were back ordered. It’s now July 11 and I still do not have a working radio. I blame the other things I’ve had to fix since buying it on the original dealership though. I also overpaid by 137.50, but i got a message saying i stillOwed almost 800. The person I signed with in Sioux City has not called me back after I’ve left messages about the payment and the dealership it was purchased from has ignored all calls, emails, and texts as well. This place is such a scam.

I was really excited to get my car yesterday although I spent two grand more than I could afford. So excited that I drove 4 hours to get it. Not quite so excited that huge chunks of paint flew off on my way home. If the car had been $500 this would have been expected but it was over $11,000. Im furious and theres nothing I can do about it! Scam artists!! Wish I would have read other people’s posts reviews before I went to this “establishment” (and I use that term very very loosely). Speaking of $500, I put that much down on my car that morning so it wouldn’t get sold from under me being told that that money would be subtracted from the final price. They neglected to do that and still have yet to repay me!

Bought a 2016 Nissan Altima out of state but it has 7year 70,000 mile warranty. Engine light came On and I take it in to billion Nissan and the service advisor had a mechanic look at it. They said they couldn’t find nothing wrong but still charged me. Now it’s on again. I hope they fix the problem this time without me paying for another diagnosis

You pay $100 to get your car diagnosed for what is causing the issue. If theyre not sure then they will go with the most expensive fix. Went in for a/c issue, was told it would need replaced. I paid to have it replaced. Got the car back, same EXACT issue. Went to another shop and was told it is just a worn out cooling fan. Bought a new fan and fixed for $120 plus free diagnosis of the car problem. Could have saved $800 had Billion said they didnt know what the actual problem was instead of guessing with my money.

There are several things Nissan of Sioux City could have done. My car was in the shop 12days, initially I was told my car would be looked at the following day of when my car was towed in, my car was not serviced till the end of week, no follow up calls were received, I had to call in on a daily basis to get an update. I was then told I would get a follow up call and never received one. My remote starter was removed, as recommended by the technician, it turned out that was not the issue, but not only did he remove it, it was no longer workable. Nissan of Sioux City wanted to charge me for reinstalling it, when they figured out that was not the issue. We finally said, we were willing to take a loss on my $400.00 remote starter, (I just wanted my car back), then they reinstalled it, but only to charge me for it. They took it upon themselves, to do this, they didn’t inform me of it. They also didn’t offer a loan car till the 10th day, no apology was given either. It was difficult to work with Nissan, I don’t think they understand customer service or value the customer or their business. This has been by far the worst service, I have received. It’s unfortunate because I have been a customer for several years now and prior to this, I had another incident happen, where they didn’t provide the best service, at that time I overlooked it. However, after this nightmare, I can’t over look it again. I’m very upset and dissatisfied.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought a truck in Feb. 2019, I got about 10 miles outside of town heading home and the check engine light came on. I text Fred who I worked with and he told me they would have to check it out. I had to get home for a fundraiser so I told him I would bring it back up the next day. I did they had my vehicle for several weeks and called me told me it was my rear shocks. I picked up the vehicle and not even getting a mile away from them my check engine light comes on along with oil pressure low shut engine off. Took it right back, they looked at the vehicle and called me back several weeks later saying it was a oil pressure sensor. They asked me if they wanted me to fix it or trade it. I said if you can fix it why would I trade it? I should have known then. They fixed it eventually and we got the truck back not even a week later the same light comes on. We drive it back up there and now they say the engine is bad and it needs a new engine and they are not going to help cover any cost. I ask to speak with a manager which this is where it gets crazy because it took me over 6 weeks just for anyone to call me back and respond to any of my calls or text messages to the several people Ive talked to. Needless to say in the end they told me I needed to come pick up my vehicle because they were not going to do anything. So I purchased a $ 17,000 vehicle that needs a new engine. Very disappointed that it took them so long to even respond to any of my calls, I really cant believe how unprofessional this all was. I wasnt asking for a hand out just wanted some thing fair to be done. Will never recommend anyone to purchase here.

I took my car in to have the a/c checked because the compressor was not engaging and it was a brand new compressor. When I got there they asked if I would like a ride somewhere and I said I could go to the mall while they were working on the car. Then i was told I couldnt get a ride there for 40 minutes so i should just wait and the car should be checked by then. After 1 1/2 hours I asked about the progress on the car and was told they still couldnt get it to engage so I waited another 30 minutes. Then I was told I had two options: 1) I could schedule another appointment to have some wiring fixed for $360 or 2) I could have my old compressor put back on and they would fix it for $1000. So I left paying $140 and not feeling comfortable with their work.So I took the car to a different Nissan dealership to be serviced. They told me it would be $150 to diagnose the problem but that money would be a credit toward any repairs I had done. 15 minutes after they started diagnosing the problem they came back to tell me the car gave a code that it couldnt detect a piece and that a piece of the wiring was missing plus it had a recall they would fix (which Billion auto said nothing about). They tried to find the cheapest way to fix it for me. I left there driving a brand new loaner car until the ac and the recall was fixed.I felt like Billion Auto was unable to diagnose the true problem and was not looking out for their customer. I will never buy a car here or bring my nissan back here. I would recommend people go elsewhere.When I spoke to the service manager he treated me like I didnt understand their process.

Would give this place no stars if I could. Horrible, horrible experience. I stopped by last weekend to look at car options with my mother. Had the misfortune of being attended by a sales representative who was not only patronizing but who kept making inappropriate comments to my mother about her looks and apparent helplessness as a single mother. The representatives sales tactics were abhorrent to say the least. He kept talking down to us and claimed that we should feel lucky to have him take care of us as he was sure we could not find a better deal elsewhere. (As if the fact that we are women renders us automatically ignorant of all car buying tactics...please). He also tried to keep us at the dealership as long as possible to prevent us from visiting other local options (we arrived in the mid-afternoon and most dealerships in the area close at 6 pm). He did so by occasionally leaving the room to talk to his manager. After we made it clear that we were not looking to buy a car that day, the representative walked out on us. Disgusted, we left the premises and swore never to return to any Billion dealership. Unless you are looking for an opportunity to be verbally abused by an abrasive, misogynistic sales representative who needs some serious sensitivity training and a heavy dose of I-will-not-treat-women-like-sh**, save yourself the humiliation and go elsewhere.

Terrible experince... 2 weeks ago my husband and I along with his brother went into nissan for a truck, since I did all the prepaperwork over the phone. Told we would be able to get a nissan truck, but sat there for over 30 minutes while they tried to search for the key. Couldnt find it so they found a Ram. My husband went for the test drive only to have the check engine light come on. They promised theyd fix it the following day so we went ahead and signed the paperwork since a CEL can mean just about anything. Was told the next day wed have to wait until the following day due to waiting for spark plugs. Showed up the next day, got in the truck and the light came right back on. They did give me a loaner which Ive had for 2 weeks now. They said theyd check it again. Found out it was next the fuel injector. Now they say its the fuel rail. Never once did I get a call back until i threatened that i would come get my husbands old truck and no longer do business with them. They never update me and continually tell me itll be a few more days. And all they do is apologize which does nothing for the time and money i have spent on the phone with them and going into the dealership. This was the worse experience i have ever had. Will never recommend going there to anyone under any circumstances. Now to wait and see if the truck will be fixed by today. ****UPDATE**** the truck is back at billion with the check engine light....theyve had the vehicle since Monday and apparently they still dont know what the light means or how to fix it....before I took the truck to them...I took it to a auto body shop and it said it was a sensor in the gas tank....now why they need to take 4 days to figure out the light... whoknows....so we signed papers on september 30th for the truck and today being november 7th, we have drove the truck for a total of 9 days....please tell me how this is good service...and their warranty that you purchase s po funds good and all until you find out you have to take it to them unless you are 50 miles or more away from them....I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I AM MAKING SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND HOW THEY THINK IT IS OK TO KEEP YOUR VEHICLE FOR WEEKS AT A TIME TO FIX A PROBLEM...EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE YET TO GIVE ME ANY PAPERWORK SHOWING WHAT THEY HAVE FIXED.....HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND SERVICE

I took my recently purchase car to get a sensor REPLACED. I went in a week prior to the appointment and talkee with the tech who said it needs to be replaced so they set an appointment for a week later. I drive the hour and 20 minutes it takes me get to Sioux city a week later only to find out they never ordered the sensor. How do you not order a sensor when youre going to replace a sensor? Thats like doing an oil change without having a filter or oil... seriously. Not only did i waste my day but also had to waste my own money and time from work for this unprofessional experience. If someone can contact me and help me underatand the logical reasoning for not Ordering a New sensor a week prior to my appointment. On top of that i got a call from Nissan reminding me I had an appointment for REPLACING a sensor the friday before my appointment in which they could of ordered the part or simply let me know that I did not need to come down since the parts were not in. Completely unsatisfied.

I made an appointment to have some recalls on my car taken care of. When I got there (several days later) they told me that they didnt even know if they had the part on hand. Then they informed me that they wouldnt be able to replace it even if they do have the part because my gas tank was full and I had too much stuff in my back seat (Im in the process of moving) - things they should have told me when I made my appointment. They did do the two computer upgrades, but now my a/c cuts in & out and the external thermometer is completely inaccurate (its reading -40 in September). I will NOT be returning to Billion.

Visited the Nissan store after having a brief correspondence with Fred.He was genuine and personable, or so I thought, we agreed that there was a bank that would more than likely approve me even my car I have wouldnt be able to be traded because Im buried in it and I dont hsve thousands of dollars to put down.Gave me his business card to send him my income documents and what not.did this on Saturday, 6/22.No response,on the following Monday I call the dealer, and now spoke to Luke somebody.Apparently Fred was in Hawaii on vacation, gee itd only been 3 days since I was yhere,couldve mentioned it,I wouldve waited a week or so to send my documents. So now Ive got Luke saying he was off the next day but would come in especially for the purpose of working my deal,never got a call text,nada.Now its another week later and I really could care less.No respect for people and very inconsiderate. Hope the general manager gets this and gets back to me.

I live almost an hour away from Billion but I chose to continue to get my car serviced there because I trusted them! I did not notice that my car was leaking oil until this morning. I had my oil change done a week ago! I called them on 7-17-19 and let them know what was going on and they told me to come in the next day at 2:30 because thats when their next available opening was. I said ok because I felt like I had no choice. I decided to call them back and let them know how concerned I was and how unsafe I felt driving with an oil leak. They put me on hold then came back and said if you can get the car here now, we can look at it... They were quick and did not charge me for the loose drain plug they had to fix. They owned up to their mistake, and admitted that it was their fault, but I dont know if I will go back. I could have blown my engine! Or the car could have caught fire from leaking oil and I always have my children in the car. I really enjoyed going to them, but I dont know anymore. I am still worried that I damaged my engine because I drove while it was leaking, unknowingly.

Love my truck but the service after you buy and even when you by aint good at all. Was promised gas, got it on empty. Asked about title and carfax waw told 100% clean has odometer fraud on the carfax. Have waited 23 days for bank to get paid and they still havent so I had to pay an extra car payment on top of my money down and the truck payment. There only answer is wait the 6-8 weeks you should get it back. While the bank says different. And even then they continue to not offer me anything for my troubles or anything. Worst service Ive ever had at a dealership

If having to pay upwards of $250 to get a diagnosis, it would seem reasonable to put that towards the repair. Especially if I identified the original problem which may be the cause of the secondary issue.

By far the worste customer service when purchasing a vehicle. The finance department doesnt communicate with each other. They delay paperwork because of there own incompetence. They seem very vindictive when confronted about how they run there operation. All in all, Im the customer, and I was not satisfied or taken care of. Finance department didnt even attempt to better the situation. Ive been through this process before and buying a car is supposed to be enjoyable and Billion Nissan made the whole process absolutely maddening and miserable. Ill never go back there or suggest sending business that. What a joke.
