Had hired Quality Plumbing to replace my main stack, replace bathroom piping, and repair a kitchen leak. After 1 plumber showed up, he decided the first 2 jobs were a 2-man job so would have to reschedule. It took him approx. 1.5 hrs. to figure out how it was going to be done. In my opinion, this should have been looked at prior to setting up the job. That was MY bad I trusted they knew what had to be done. What I couldnt believe was the price I was charged for him to look at the job and figure it out! After a gut feeling of them not being to my standard and satisfaction of taking on the job, I hired another plumber who quoted the job and didnt go $1 over, their work was outstanding. NOTE TO SELF...make sure to ask for an estimate and they SEE the job before setting it up to be completed. I learned the first time.
