I called on behalf of someone and they wanted to know how the process works. The lady on the phone was fairly respectful, but the second time i called she was very annoyed. She would say like i told you already... and was very bothered by my questions (there werent many of them, either). I even apologized for my questions even though it was not my fault! The lady on the phone was very rude, i called around evening hours. Very disappointed!

Terrible Customer service. I was right in the middle of asking her questions and the beyond rude employees just hung up the phone on me. In would never use, not recommend them for any bonds, call someone else.! She has tainting the very few experiences that were extremely good. She needs to get a job she actually like instead of being a professional c*nt.

Called Lederman around midnight to help out a loved one who had been taken to the local prison. Ive never had any legal trouble so I really didnt know how things worked. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and said shed call me right back. After she called the jail. 2hrs later no response so i call her and sure enough they forgot about me (didnt even apologize for that matter) im now waiting again for her to call me right back---I dont plan on having to ever deal with a bondsman again, but if i did it wouldnt be with this trash heap of a company .

Went through the process and paid her 100 dollars as his charges added to 1000. Sat outside the jail for a 45 mins. Called Liebermans back and she said well the charges are actually $1,300. We need $30 more dollars. Thanks for leaving me rot outside the jail you could have called me. So I went back and paid her 30 more dollars. She said it shouldnt be to much longer. 30 minutes later as Im sitting outside the jail I finally see the same lady walking into the jail to bond him out. Still took another 20 minutes. Shoulda called the short older gentleman with the white curly mustache. Im not sure who he works with though.

This company discriminates against anyone who has the same last name as a previous client they are on bad terms with. It does not matter that you have no connection or relation to that person just that your name matches the name of that previous client.
