SIMPLY THE BEST!My family have been with Sterne Akin & State Farm since moving to Sioux City, IA in 2011. We started with him with a simple renters and auto insurance policy and a handful of years as our life evolved we later moved into a home, auto, life, umbrella, and personal articles policy. Bundling together also saves you thousands! We have experienced two separate wind/hail events which led to one auto and one home claim in the last 9 years and both times State Farm and Sternes office were very easy to work with and took care of us by graciously paying out more than we expected. That being said, I have tried to be a savvy consumer and shop around over the years, but in multiple attempts with: Farmers, All State, American Family, Geico, and Esurance I could not find a cheaper option or more bang (coverage) for my buck. Sterne, Josh, Erica and the whole team are phenomenal and are backed by the power of State Farm. On our personal insurance we have been with State Farm for over 30 years. Sterne and the staff offer excellent service. They are quick to respond. When we had a flood in our kitchen recently.Sterne and their adjuster worked extensively with us. Sterne was quick to help and l lined up the adjuster.On the business side, we have been in the rental property business for three years. We have five properties and they have guided us along the way of how best to work our business with their insurance. And when we acquire new properties all I have to do is send an email to Sterne or Justin and I get a quote the same day! They also have worked with our tenants on bundling their renters insurance with their car insurance. I have two renters that liked the bundle discount and are now withState Farm.
