My parents used this service. They paid $150. The technician came to their home, tore their dryer apart and then told them he couldnt fix it. They do NOT recommend this service.

Service call to repair fridge as it was leaking from the top. Repair man said it was due to clogged drain line so he cleaned it as he said over time it froze. For this he charged me $80. No big deal at the time as I thought he fixed it. Refrigerator continued leaking a few days later and called him again, he came back and said it wasnt fully cleaned so he cleaned the drain line again and charged me another $40. I was upset at this point as I do not know why it wasnt fully cleaned/cleared on the first service call but he said if he would have fully cleared it he would have originally charged me more. Didnt make any sense at all. Of course, a few days later, the refrigerator continued leaking. I ended up purchasing a new fridge but did call him back to fix however he never reached back out to me. Horrible experience.
