This location is listed as a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter on FedExs website, but when I came here with two packages (already labeled), the man told me he couldnt give me a receipt for the drop-off. Thats absurd. Im not leaving packages with someone without proof that theyve been left at an authorized FedEx location. If the shipment never gets picked up and/or the recipient claims they never received their package, then you are dead in the water! Im going to look into reporting this location to FedEx directly, as Im sure this is not how they intend a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter to operate. I instead took the packages to the Walgreens nearby (also an authorized FedEx location) and they were able to email me a drop-off receipt.EDIT: Please note how the owners reply NEVER addresses the issue that I had and is just a self-serving commercial. Its funny how you say Walgreens FedEx capabilities are limited, yet they were able to email me a simple drop-off receipt and you cant. How do you even ship packages if you cant print out a receipt? How do you print shipping labels? I dont care how honest you claim you are, mistakes can also happen and its absolutely ludicrous to not be able to provide a transaction receipt to a customer so that they have proof that packages have been tendered to an authorized FedEx location. This is a very basic request and I have never in my life had a business of any kind deny me a receipt for a transaction or claim they cant print or electronically send me one.

Although they do prepare taxes during pack season, they provide shipping services for Federal Express and UPS.

Glenda has been doing our taxes for over 15 years. She is detailed, professional, friendly, timely and has always done a great job for us. Kevin greets me at the door like family even though we only see him once a year. Couldnt ask for a better person to trust your taxes with and/or your shipping needs!
