Very good place to find stuff you didnt think you needed. Cashier was very nice. Place looked cleaned.
They have a lot of merchandise and are priced just right.
Store was in okay condition, staff was not the friendliest. There was a few good deals but all in all the prices were way higher than some of the full priced dollar store prices on a lot of items. I personally am not interested in going back in there.
Over multiple visits to donate items, staff was very unpleasant.
Donating isnt regularly an easy process. Ive had mixed experiences here both donating and shopping. Prices seem high on certain things - especially furniture for the quality, but you may be able to negotiate. This location is average among other thrift stores. Not terrible, not exceptional.
Hi, i am a almost everyday SATISFIED customer. like literally everyday after work lol . anyways i wanted to give it a GOOD 10 STARS. i love this goodwill and i am 9/10 always satisfied with the items i find. thrift is all about gold. if you actually take time to look at the clothes . you’ll be spechless. you wouldn’t know how many rare designers i found in this store. THATS why i rate this a 10!!! . although i love all the staffs very nice except the short blonde with glasses. still i love this store with all my heart lol crazie!!!
Nice enough group but when you arrive at store, told no hams ready for 20 min and when you get ham you are told that the coupon you have for a quarter ham is not going to be honoured because the store just got hams in and no discount offered for waiting. Well extremely disappointed. Would have gone to another store and or grocery store for what I paid for this 5lb ham. Last visit for me.
Friendly atmosphere. The employees were super nice. The prices on the dresses need to come down a dollar or two, but other than that they have some nice merchandise.
Always a mess has a odor when walking in, like dirty clothes, makes you feel grimly, other stores dont have that smell, miracle hill and other goodwill. Used to be a nice store until they started jerking Mgt. all around. You all are making plenty of money and should be able to staff your stores with good clean educated people.
I love this place. Very clean the workers are friendly. Wheelchair provided
They have mens, womens, household, jewelry, furniture and misc aka....luggage, shoes and electronics sections. The staff is very nice and the business supports a grand cause. Contributions are recorded for taxes deduction and a true good force.
This goodwill is at the very bottom of my list to come. With the clothes someone keep punching hole through the shirts with the color tag. They could care less about the people who shop in their store. Its like they hate people coming in and if they need somebody from the back to come up front good luck. They will take as long as possible to come. I thinks its pointless to come to this goodwill when there are so many others one so close together.
Awesome place to go. Always enjoy myself. Allot of good funny people working here. I also worked here years ago.
Customer service sucks, especially a hour before they close!
Greeted as I entered with a welcome to the store. The employees were polite and friendly.
Sales are good but the employees are slow and dont smile one was rude
Its Goodwill, not Saks 5th Ave. The price is right. The only thing I dont understand is how the generally high-quality merchandise that Ive donated over the years never seems to materialize inside the store. Its often broken, really old items. The good stuff must go elsewhere.
This thrift store has really gone downhill, even in terms of a thrift store. I have seen an employee pull a broken 3 ring binder from a cart in the back with a tag for $3.00. I realize they have overhead costs, though, and do try to account for that in my head. The clothing racks are always messed up and it seems like I am always finding erroneously sized/marked clothing.
This location has deteriorated in the past few years since I last visited. There were good buys on clearance items, but the store itself appeared chaotic.
Great selection of stuff. Went to get covers for dog kennels and left with a car full of stuff.
They have a really good program to help you get back to work.
My wife always finds a good deal here.
This Goodwill location is very cluttered and dirty. The shelves are extremely messy and unorganized. However, there is usually a decent selection of items and its a great place to find cheap/affordable used clothes. The prices are usually fair for smaller items like dishes, books, wrapping paper, etc. Larger items like kitchen tables, entertainment centers, and other large furniture seem to be priced a little high for what they are worth. This location also sells new clothes or slightly damaged home goods from Target. The front staff is usually friendly, but checkout takes a little long (I dont mind waiting but others in line often complain about the wait and the fact that there is typically only one register open.) This location does accept donations (drop off is located behind the building) and most things can be returned or exchanged after purchase with a receipt.
One of the more clean goodwills pretty decent in size and selection found things i was looking for at good prices good selection of clothes books and records
Now this goodwill is more like a good will than others they dont try to rob you blind for things that others have donated
Good stuff some days, 5 stars for the days I find something because its usually really good, for used stuff.
Perhaps the 2nd worst-run Goodwill organization Ive had the displeasure of visiting. Goodwill of the Piedmont randomly throws items in boxes, seals them up and slaps a price sticker on them. Borderline unshoppable. Then you get to experience the heaps of mugs, plates and assorted empty boxes stacked like Jenga. Again, an unshoppable mess.Beyond all that is the incredible lack of anything resembling service....my wife and I carry in 2 bins of donations and ask the cashier where we can drop them. She tells us we cant bring them in the front door and instead need to go back to the parking lot, into our vehicle and drive around back to make a proper donation. Obviously we walked to the parking lot, into our vehicle and dropped the goodies at The Salvation Army.
Very helpful place to find job, helpful people guide you well .
I love it when the clearance rack is 50 cents and I got these super cute slippers NWT!!
Terrible selection. I know its a good will and all but it is impossible to browse what items they do have because the displays and sales floor is complete chaos.
I like this store. I find good deals here. Check it out.
Great people. Good book selection.
Service is rude and slow. The girl with the glasses takes her time and can’t handle more than two people in the line. The same worker prices items way too high. Item I got in the clearance was marked as the original price when she rung it up, even when it had the blue tag. The store itself is a mess. Dressing rooms are always locked, so you’ll have to get a worker to open it and that takes FOREVER. Literally there’s 2 workers in the entire store.
Great place to kill some time and find cool stuff
I do a lot of thrifting and this store always has a little something of interest. I have never made any big scores, but it is worth checking out.
You can find nice things, but the are getting outrageous with prices
Prices are way too high. And I dont like the fact that on Saturdays/Sundays they bring around bins to take the new color of the week that starts every Monday off of the shelves. Thats really shady to me. And all Goodwills do it.
I been standing in line for 30 minutes waiting on help getting a chair to my car, cashier appears scared to call anybody up front, and when I decided to get a refund instead, I was told I still have to wait.
Great thrift store. It has a variety of items and the prices are great.
Who dont love a good deal at a great price
Good place to buy new & well used items
Always find the best deals here! I love it!!
Great place for used wares n knick- knacks
Good selection. Friendly helpful staff!
Ridiculous pricing for donated items! They make a killing selling others thrown out stuff then pay minimal pay to employees! I dont donate here ever...i will check out what they have from time to time on the special days but most items are priced nearly to new items prices!
Love a good deal. Fair price and good selection.
Very good place to find treasurer
Gotta get lucky to find decent stuff
This store had some pretty decent stuff.
I liked this place back then but now not so much I understand its second hand stuff but come on some stuff need to be in the trash i dont want to pay 6.50 for some shoes where my toes play peekaboo really i worked at salvation army way back when i was 18 neve did we put shoes or clothing out like that smh we poor but come on now....
Good selection and fair prices.
AWESOME place all around.
This is a very well organized thrift store.
Of the Goodwill locations, this one has better customer service than most. Items still overpriced.
Always love a good thrift shop
Good selection of new and used items to choose from
Great place I carried clothing there
Well stocked nice workers
Great place to start your day
Lots of things there. Cashier needs cust svc
I love it! This goodwill was a little bit pricey!!
Pretty dirty, disorganized, goodwills are pretty bad generally. Filthy place. Trash
Bought a shirt and it was good.
I love Sunday Goodwill clearance.
Nice staff for the most part
Messy shelves. Prices on stuff is high.
Good stuff cheap!
Has lots of great bargains
Prices are way too high for it to be given donations from the public. then its always junky
Overpriced, many things could be purchased at a lower price elsewhere.
I LOVE dollar days
Great prices,quality products
My favorite Goodwill, clothing are in sizes.
Lots of good merchandise
Huge store with large selection. just bought a solid oak table to restore, and only paid $20!
Never know what youre going to find
A bit messy but you can bet u fine a deal
Dont like that clothes are not grouped by size
Prices are way too high for the quality of used goods they sell.
Great customer service
Found exactly what I was looking for
Lol this store is a joke.some of the stuff they were trying to sell was so dirty and gross.Do they not go through the donations before they place them for sale.
Staff was helpful and friendly
There are never shopping carts and never enough employees especially on key days Its prices are all over the place not what it used to be
Woodruff store has gone down
A family Pastime leans wasting time
Im sorry but $7 for a used pair of jeans is just to much.
Open space for shopping.
Clean tidy store
Too expensive for other peoples throw aways.
Filthy filthy filthy slum slum slum they could throw away three quarters of their merchandise in the dumpster it stinks in there the prices are outrageous it is donated its broken and still high prices filthy the wind is are filthy everythings filthy I dont care to go back
Go to miracle hill or any other organization
Staff is very rude.
Not much electronics but large selection of clothes.
My favorite store
I did not want to give them 1star what has happen to this store I used to go there all the time the store last time I went there was very dirty the workers were so slow very rude the prices outrageous.i will never donate to goodwill again
Junk shop, not the quality i expect from Goodwill.
Dirty store, cluttered shelves, broken items on the shelves, they price things way too high especially when the original sticker on it shows a cheaper price!
