Total Property Management has managed all of our properties for years. We have always been pleased with their staff, service and policies. You will not find a more professional staff. Their rates are very reasonable and they have always rented our properties quickly. Our tenants have always seemed very happy, too.

Shotty maintenance consistently. She claimed we smoked in the house, you can ask any of the neighbors, since they were often around; we didnt. But anything to make her be able to keep a security depsit. Nice lady sure, but also dishonest and conniving. Beware she doesnt always do walk throughs prior to your move in as well. She didnt have her cleaners clean on top of cabinets which she charged up for, and when i complained about the threshold pieces around all doors and entry points to every room she said her cleaners would have noticed that...

I am so happy with my decision selecting Total Property Management to manage my property! They have so responsive, helpful, and professional throughout this process. Amey made a personal visit to walk through my home, before I hired her, to give me an accurate rental estimate and tips on preparing my home for prospective tenants. The process to market the house and find tenants was quick and seamless. They took care of photography, listing, and showing the home. I moved many time zones away from Greenville and cannot be hands on with the property. I know I can depend on them to be responsive to my emails and handle all the required tasks. Now that I have tenants in place, I have no worries my property will be well taken care of in my absence. Discriminatory against who they want to be. I was the first to look at a home, filled out the application and all & they didnt even look at my app or process it before they chose someone else. Im a young female with 4 years on the same job as a manager and 4 years in the same apt no evictions or anything.. just not fair at all.

Amey was just recently extremely discriminatory towards me when I attempted to lease a house. I gave proof of my income from all sources, was willing to pay 3 months rent upfront and my daughter was willing to co-sign for me, if necessary, but my credit score was too low for Amey to even consider me as a tenant. I feel cheated and very poorly judged. She did not even have the decency to call me about her decision- she simply sent me an email wishing me luck! Just because people may encounter difficult times in the past should NOT be the sole reason a person is accepted or rejected.

Amey is amazing--efficient, reliable and professional. I love that she provides fair, flat fee pricing without hidden fees!

I don’t think words could describe how AMAZING Amey is! Professional, kind, welcoming are just three words that can sum her up. She gave me a chance where others wouldn’t or hesitated. She is an amazing “landlord” and makes sure that any need or complaint i have she answers. I would recommend her to anyone! Hands down best company I’ve ever dealt with.
