I picked up here several times. The receiving has always been nice. they were requiring a PO that started with a 33 or 39. They go by appointment with the possibility of getting you in a little. And they do have parking for you to wait. Load time is not too bad. When you first arrive park by the receiving sign. Off of 385 once you arrive at the building youll see a sign that says shipping and receiving and a couple of other things on it and thats where you enter. Receiving door is between the tinted glass. And just in case you missed the entrance like I did the first time. Just go down a few blocks and youll see you will see places that you can turn around.

In at 12:44 for a 1:00 appt. I got out at 10:12 that night. The one star is WAY TOO MUCH. Unorganized and its obvious. I was called and asked was I still on site before I was assigned a door. That sounds like theyre used to drivers leaving after waiting so long. If you need the nap they will make sure you get it.

While you wait to be unloaded they bring you out coffee and donuts

Very poor customer service for the Truckers at Building A and taking 20-30 minutes at the window and no response.

Wish I could.drop and hook here every trip. The shipping ladies were super nice. It makes a huge difference

One of the hardest interviews I ever went on. It seemed like he new all the answers and wanted me to be an say what he already had mapped out in his head. I left here with little confidence and I dont get that way .

If I could give zero I would. Drove straight through from Atlanta because they really needed it product. Had to go to bathroom so bad when I got there that I literally was in tears. They told me to go to gas station 2 miles away. I couldn’t even make it that far. The nice business next door let me use theirs. Rediculous. Been here an hour still haven’t even started to unload me yet! I’m not the public I’m a customer bringing you goods you need!!!!

It is inhumane Mister Howard low not too late a driver or a person general not use your restroom. I think that is a OSHA violation.

SUPER MEAN, NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. 15 mins before appoitmant no overnight, there is dirt road on side left hand side but train trax right next to it and 276 right behind it...... wont sleep here as its way to crowded and loud. And watch this hole.

Will not load early. When I finally did get loaded was over on an axle but they wouldnt listen to me when I told them it was going to be over. Ended up having to scale then go back and get it reworked. Long story short I spent almost 8 hours at this shipper when I could have been done in 2.

Office people are in no hurry to get to you, even though they go by appointments. No restrooms!

Well there is a dirt shoulder right here beside the place big enough for 5 or 6 trucks if you run out of time
