Great storage facility if you need somewhere. Super friendly people and overall a wonderful storage experience. Very happy with my choice of renting from them especially the past year.

The employees are extremely helpful. Helped me to locate better locations for my contents easily when needed to. Price is reasonable for the service. Access is also great. Would highly recommend them for storage needs. They even provide insurance for your precious items.

I gave you 4 stars because you were the best I’ve found in price and size unit I’ve purchased, but I was disappointed when I arrived on Sunday, the 21st of Feb to see that there was not a cart to be found and I had some heavy things to be transported to my unit that was midcenter of the building. Please next time keep at least a few carts in at the front entrance. I will be coming and going frequently!!! Thank you and God Bless.

I stopped by the office to check the place out and ask for prices, (without making an appointment). William was organized, polite and was not pushy. William showed me 2 different a available 10x10s . I grabbed one up quickly as THEY HAD A SPECIAL LOW PRICE FOR 6MO.Whole area inside and out looks Great. Michael cleaned all the glass up that someone broke. Looks good inside and outside!Updating my review good clean up policy in place to keep glass cleaned up. To bad the city no longer recycles glass. Good job Michael, it is appreciated by all Im sure.

Love the facility, the loading dock makes it easy to unload a big truck.

Do not use! I had over $30k worth of belongings stolen while using this facility. The “secure” gate was broken and the cameras were conveniently not operational. No response from management after filing complaint. Worst people ever!

Friendly staff, 5 stars for customer service! I was allowed to see the space before I agreed to anything. Reasonable hours. No long-term commitment. Very clean space, good security, all indoors. The price is pretty low, too. I got a 5x5 space, and my first month was $1.00. Everything in the lease agreement was explained to me before I signed anything. You do have to provide your own lock, but they have really good locks on site that you can buy.

We have had a storage unit here for about two years. Nelson was very helpful when we had a question. And went out of his way to help us. We have never had any issues with the building being messy inside and appreciate the rolling carts that they provide.

Started off great low monthly rate but has increased by almost $100 . I was paying 104 now I’m paying $184. I feel people need to know . it’s not right! I have been a year and half this is astronomical increase . I can get and own a storage building for 150 a month own. so I don’t see the justification of theses prices! other than greed and taking advantage of people once they are in the unit . that’s all I have to say . Be warned!

This facility has a problem with theft and robbery. They promise a secure location with video surveillance. Its a clever lie. My unit was robbed of over $5000 worth of collectibles and electric guitars.... including my safe. It would have taken more than one trip to carry all that property away... and NO ONE NOTICED!! While making my police report I was informed that there were half a dozen robberies of units in the recent weeks. When the sheriff requested the video, it was of course unavailable. I have been informed that since becoming a victim myself that there has been additional thefts and robberies of more units yet the company refuses any responsibility. They havent even had the common courtesy to keep me informed of anything they may be doing to correct the issue.... which means they arent. Since the building requires an individualized code to enter, the logical conclusion is that one of the tenants is responsible for the crimes... or its an inside job. Then starting this year they had the audacity, nay, the unmitigated gall to raise my rent. If you store your property here.... good luck keeping it.

Great variety of units. When you call them, you actually talk to the actual property manager rather than a robot/recorded message. They have great customer service. The only downfall really is that their system seems a little antiquated and the building has a kind of musty smell.

Great rates. Climate controlled, nice wide ramps plus access for moving trucks. Very secure with key pad entry and exit.

Updating my review to help others.I have moved out of my units here for a variety of reasons that everyone should consider before opening a unit here.They claim it is temperature controlled but I assure you it is not. In the winter it is in the 40s in the building and in the summer it is in the high 80s. While this may be the standard according to the office the new temperature controlled unit I just moved to is at 60 in the winter.Security is an issue. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. Look on the local Facebook pages for the Simpsonville area you will find the information. While I have not personally had an issue, it was the main reason I moved out. The units have no ceilings so any smart person could view your contents in your unit with something as simple as a selfie stick and their phone. If they wanted to get in forget the lock they could just go in through the top with a ladder and some wire cutters. See photos... I will post one to the photos of this place.They raise the prices often. Within 16 months I had two increases. The special rates dont last long.Cleaniness is always an issue. Bathrooms are terrible, no toilet paper or soap. They claim they are stolen when they put them in there. Makes you wonder if security is bad on bathroom products what about the rest of the facility. Trash cans are always full as well. Trash that people leave is left for months. I understand people shouldnt leave their trash but when they do the staff there wont do anything about it. There is broken glass in the parking lot all the time so be careful with your tires. I called the Coporate office about the cleaniness and nothing really was resolved so I am not sure they care either.Moving carts are few and far between. They have 4 maybe 5 carts for several hundred maybe even 1000 units (not sure how many are there). If you go on a weekend good luck we usually have to wait for a cart to open or just carry everything. Several people will to bring their own carts or dollies. The carts they do have are falling apart.There are a few other minor issues I wont go into but they are in the other reviews. My recommendation is do you research before choosing to store anything here.Original review:Raise prices to often and the facility needs to be maintained better. Friendly staff. Nice, clean, temp controlled facility. You cant beat the prices. I have had 2 units there and currently still have one. I have never had any issues with my storage units ever. They send you a payment reminder about a week prior, which you can just pay online or set up automatically. They dont increase the rates on you. Always running deals for first time renters and they keep their bathrooms available within the storage areas very clean and well stocked. Great place to store without worry or hassle.

Units arent very tall and could hardly get at the loading dock from campers being in the way.

Had all of my merchandise stolen and nobody seems to have no care at all and there was multiple other units broken into also DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE

RAISING THEIR RATES DESPITE A HUGE TAX CUT.....I pay a year at a time for a climate controlled 10x10. This year they want to RAISE my rate, despite their huge corporate tax cut this year. I would think theyd give a DISCOUNT for loyal customers. The unit is clean and close to where I live, but theyre no longer competitive. I found one for $50 per month.

The manager is really friendly and super cool. The place is climate controlled and they have lots of entrances so you dont have to go too far when its time to put stuff in or take stuff out. You cant beat the price either.

Huge security issues at this particular location. Multiple police reports of theft. Security cameras are present but not actively working. Rent storage space at your own risk!!

This is the best storage facility ever. My things were kept safe and customer service was awesome!!

We had a rental unit for a few months there. The place is clean, well lit and its easy to access the storage locker. The restrooms are well maintained.

Very clean Facility with plenty of storage options.

I wouldnt suggesting using this place. Several units have been broken into and items stolen, they do not have proper security even though they say they do.
