I’ve been in the professional detailing industry for over 8 years and have NEVER seen a body shop do this good of a job. They even washed it- including vacuuming the interior and doing the windows. Absolutely thrilled and speechless as to the quality they put in. 10/10 work guys!

We took my wifes car to Carolina Paint and Body after she got hit. They didnt fix the vehicle properly and when asked about it, they claim the vehicle was previously wrecked and none of the parts lined up. It was a fleet vehicle before we purchased it in 2017 and all of the reports were clear. Carolina Paint and Body needs to properly fix the vehicle.Update: Carolina Paint and Body has responded to the BBB complaint claiming the vehicle was wrecked, repaired, and not reported. However, the agreement was that CPB restore the vehicle to pre-collison condition, as is industry standard. CPB never communicated that that was unachievable. I firmly believe that CPB rushed the vehicle, did shoddy work, and now is neglectting to accept fault and remedy the problem. I urge any customer to strongly consider whether you want to take the gamble with this shop.

Jason and the shop were very friendly. My car was involved in a rear end collision, they fixed my rear bumper beautifully! They even went the extra mile and replaced my Z71 stickers around the vehicle so everything would blend. Thank you guys so much! I’m very happy with the results- highly recommend!

Fantastic work! The front end of my car was left two different colors after multiple trips to a DIFFERENT shop and I was tired of dealing with them. I found Carolina Paint & Body and took my car by to see if they could help me out. They were all very friendly and professional. I was able to get an estimate (much better than the other 3 shops I had talked to) and also pick a day to bring it in. I dropped it off on the day of the appointment and got it back a few days early. I was, and am still, blown away by their work and so happy that I went with this shop. My car is finally one color again! They got the color spot on and you can’t tell where the new paint meets the older paint. Amazing work. I would highly recommend. Thank you guys so much!

I arrived with my van that accidentally hit me from behind, they answered me ... they looked at Van and told me that they didnt want to fix the van because the van is too tall 🤦🏻‍♂️

Im not from the area so I asked around my office for body shop recommendations, everyone I spoke with recommended Carolina Paint and Body. Carolina lived up to their reputation! They were professional, friendly, diligent, and they communicated well. Highly recommend!

My car broke down on 385 if thats not bad enough it got towed. Which I completely understand my fault because I left it there but the day it was towed I was told that it would cost $295 to get it back and it would be $35 a day after that. So then I tell them i dont have the money for that what do i have to do just to get my wallet out of the car weeks later he tells me $230 and sign my title over and bring the keys..... ARE YOU KIDDING ME... YOU ALREADY ROBBED ME OUT MY CAR BC YOU TOWED IT NOW U THINK IM JUST GONNA SIGN MY TITLE OVER TO YOU AND PAY $230 JUST TO GET MY WALLET.... VERY BAD BUSINESS.. YALL PRAY ON PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY DOWN... ITS NOT LIKE I WANTED MY CAR TO BREAK DOWN NOR DID ISIS PLAN FOR IT.... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELFS FOR ROBBING PEOPLE DURING THEIR HARD TIMES... STRAIGHT GREED!!!!

My work van was towed and impounded when i went to jail for a rotal of 17 days. When i got out i went to diacuss my van and . get my effects out of it (my work tools) as well my wallet and cell phone. They refuses and said that i couldnt retreive my items until the feea were completely paid off. Which is now ovwr $1000. And i cant make a single dollar without my work tools. To me seems as if they are stealing my effects to sell one the side.. Never used them or howards paint and body!!$!! I have never felt more cheated in my life . they should go to jail for stealing my items
