Went on a Thursday around noon and was in and out in about 20 minutes for a basic oil change. Cant beat that.

I had my oil changed there a week ago. Yesterday when I went to leave the house I heard a weird noise. Shut it off and checked under the hood. There was oil EVERYWHERE! I had my boy friend (who is on oxygen) come look while I started it up and it was literally spraying! My bf called Pennzoil Express Lube/AutoX and explained the situation, thinking the oil filter was cross threaded or leaking. The OWNER brought a worker and came to our house after the shop closed. They went under the truck and worked for awhile and then said that the leak was coming from a transmission hose that went to the radiator. Even though it didnt have anything to do with the work they did, they ran to the parts store and came back to our house and fixed the problem. Then the owner told me to bring it by the shop and hed clean the transmission fluid off the belts under the hood. Im telling yall these guys went waaaay beyond providing excellent customer service and into being great human beings with compassion ❤️ They have my business and praise forever! 🥰
