Troy, his wife and all of his staff are life savers. I was involved in a hit and run and my insurance listed my car as totaled. The car I drive i have had for four years. When I was told it was totaled I was in complete tears. I put a lot of work into the car and it was my prize possession. Troy and his wife were comforting me and Troy got me a estimate the next day of his repairs. Troy made sure he was going to get my car fixed. I really appreciate this facility and staff. Troy kept me updated and gave me the big news he was able to reverse my insurance decision. I got my car back two weeks after my accident. I had a slight problem after but Troy made sure he fixed it the same day. Quality collision will always have my business along with my family. Thank y’all so much!

The owner gave us a low initial quote,told us we could just leave it there and he would get started on it later in the week. What he didnt bother to tell us was that he charges $37 a day for storage by just having the car parked there.Two days later the estimate went up by $1700 but he offered to knock the storage fees off the repair costs,storage fees that he didnt bother to tell us about when we first took the car there,fees which carried thru the entire time till the car was repaired, if we still let him fix the car but when it was time to settle up,he said he was still waiting to hear back from the insurance company on the storage fees but would send a check when he got paid by the insurance company,of which we never saw... Live and learn
