Semi Nobles was so helpful from the beginning to the end of our move from out-of-state. Since we couldn’t see the apartment in person, she gave us a virtual tour and answered all questions we asked. She was very responsive with all email and phone communications. And since we moved in, she has checked on us to make sure all is well with the apartment. The apartment complex is very clean, quiet and well kept. And the Apartment is very nice and we love that it is one story and has a 2 car garage! The perfect apartment to stay in until we are able to buy a new home. Highly recommend.

Semi is absolutely wonderful to work with. She does everything well and in a timely manner with a smile on her face. Carl did a great job addressing the issues on the phone with me and was very knowledgeable. Great experience with these folks so far!

I have only lived here for 2 weeks, and let me tell you. I have had a better experience here in 2 weeks then I have had in the last 16 months that Ive lived in 2 separate apartment complexes in Ohio.The management staff is SO amazing. They are always available when you need them, super responsive, and make a huge effort to get to know you and make sure that you are a happy resident. I look at them as a friend instead of a manager because they are so warm and welcoming and want to get to know you.Maintenance is so timely and responsive. I have had 3 super small maintenance requests fixed in 2 days, verses a single problem I had back in Ohio that took 10 months from the time of move in to fix it because they wanted to try and save money and go the cheap route first when we knew there was an actual problem (broken pipe in the wall next to the washer causing water to pool on our laundry room floor). Carl from maintenance has been great. Today I put in a request for our garage door to get fixed because it wasnt shutting properly. By the time I was done running my errands, the door company came out and fixed my door.I am so glad we picked Redwood Simpsonville Neely Ferry and I am so glad that we have another 14 months here. If we dont find a house after that time I would be happy to stay longer.

Me and my daughter like living there. They always respond to any questions or maintenance requests so quickly. Usually right away. One of the best apartments I have ever lived in!

Semi was incredibly helpful! Our entire experience getting into the apartment and getting everything set up was very easy thanks to her!

Semi and Chris are very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help my mother and me get through the paperwork so we could enjoy our new home.

Moving is a challenge but the process with Redwood has been seamless. Semi Nobles, the Neighborhood Manager, is a great communicator and wants everything to be as perfect as she can make it.
