Cindy and her staff genuinely care about getting your kids off to college and ensuring they get into the best possible college for their specific needs. They spend quality time going over everything you need to know about making the right choice for your child. They are very knowledgeable about the whole process and explain everything each step of the way .Very professional and helpful.

So glad we found Cindy and Kelly at NCPS. My son, who is now a college sophomore, worked closely with Cindy to find the best school for him. Cindy is attentive, patient, provides insightful guidance on what each college offers and narrows the search by getting your child to focus on prioritizing characteristics of a college that fit best with a students needs. She also works closely and diligently with her students to stay on track with essay writing, application completion and SAT/ACT testing deadlines. She communicates regularly with her students through a comprehensive portal and really trains her students to be accountable and organized through the application process and beyond. I could not have asked for a smoother experience, allowing my son and I to maintain a positive, supportive relationship through this very stressful journey.Kelly is also a godsend! She helps with the entire financial aid process (which is confusing and daunting!) We have continued to use Kelly (a perk of being an NCPS client) each year with our financial application needs.Both Cindy and Kelly are delightful, easy to work with, have a wonderful understanding of their clients needs and have an incredible work ethic. I highly recommend them (and have!!)
