I have been a client of Mindoula for over a year. I was at my lowest and most stressed when my PCP doc introduced me to the program. I had been in therapy and self help programs before and the process was not foreign to me. I started with managed expectations but it was covered by insurance and they communicated with my doc at every stage. My counselor, Yasmin Stevens, was just the perfect understanding and helpful voice on the other end of the phone that I needed. Her help with evaluating my options, her patient and compassionate persona in tandem with the medication recommendations made by the supervising psychiatrist to my doctor turned out to really help tweak my perspective and approach to challenges. My wife is permanently disabled and faces many of her own daily challenges. As her husband and caregiver, I need to stay emotionally and physically strong so I can help her. My work with MINDOULA has helped me regain my emotional health. It worked!Thank you Yasmin….and MINDOULA.

Very unprofessional it’s almost laughable. “Kelly Loveless is the most unprofessional, rudest, hardest to get a hold of Mental Health worker I’ve ever had to deal with. She tried to use scare tactics after I said I wanted out. I wish the call was recorded.Don’t use this place. Just read all their bad reviews. Unprofessionalism is the most talked about thing on here. I blame “Kelly Loveless. If you do decide to try this place for some odd reason, ask for someone professional if they have anyone!

My counselor, Reggie, is top-notch-- well-informed, affable, and empathetic. And his sensitive assurances and suggestions have been extremely helpful. He has made my relationship with Mindoula a very pleasant one.

This company will not help you. I was told I would speak to a psychologist, under the care of a psychiatrist. I only spoke to an information taker one time, at a cost of $255. They passed their notes to a psychologist whom I never spoke to, who charged me $210 to read notes. The company will not release my medical records to me. To find out what recommendations the psychiatrist made which I have now paid $465 for, I have to make an appointment with my primary care physician and pay for another visit, and if I have any questions I have to wait for my Dr. to ask the psychiatrist, and make another appointment which I have to pay for.I made an appointment with local Pdoc, which I saw face to face, who answered my questions on the spot. I have since had two more appointments with this Dr. which have improved my mental health, and these three appointments have not totaled the $465 I was charged for one phone call with Mindoula which yielded no information or results unless I spend more money.

Fantastic experience. The Mindoula team has been thoughtful, empathetic, and positive making for a great experience. Ive found that they deliver an exceptional service that anyone could benefit from. Most importantly, the experience is curated to the unique individual. Highly recommend.

Mindoula truly cares for the underserved populations with mental health challenges. Having worked with the Mindoula team, I can attest that the team is highly skilled, capable, and eager to find ways to help communities in need. This is not a place where you can come and chill out and expect to be given things on a silver platter.... They hustle!! So if you dont work your hours, and dont stay ahead of the game, this may not be a good fit for you. There are lives to be saved, and theres no time to be wasted! Named one of the fastest-growing companies by Inc. 500, they are surely carving the path towards success by disrupting the broken healthcare system.

Vendors beware. Ask for money up front before services are performed. The COO continued asking me to perform work for him, while knowing all along they werent going to pay me in full. The owner/CEO threaten that if I took him to court to collect the money they owed me, he would destroy my reputation in the community. Not good people at the top in my opinion. The employees that provide care to their customers/clients were decent, caring, thoughtful, smart, good people.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Mindoula and it’s staff has gotten me out of a real rough patch and I can’t say enough about how well the program worked.Mindoula makes assessments and consults with your primary care physician. Sessions were via phone call. At first it was a bit off putting how you go from one person to the next but it actually helps match you with the right therapist from across the country.It looks like there were past problems from reading the prior reviews but, as a former/recent patient, I had no issues.

What a horrible experience. They hard-pressed me to sign up for their long-term treatment without even an initial consultation. When I declined to blindly give them my health insurance info, the girl said ok, goodbye and hung up. Avoid them at all costs!

Ive had an amazing opportunity to to speak and connect with two therapist that listen to all of the things that have been stuck in my head for my entire life Im very grateful that they have shown me a way to start letting them out I was definitely going down the wrong path and Im grateful to them for the help they have given to me. 0 stars. This place will bug you on “how they can help you” but they never do. They send new case workers every time and none of them do what they’re suppose to. Its fustrating when they tell you they will do this to help you but never do. Don’t depend on them for anything. They are unorganized, unprofessional and unreliable.

Just the best all-around treatment and care for a loved one. Lauren at Mindoula was highly recommended by our psychiatrist. Doctor had worked with Lauren and her predecessor for many years - various needs of numerous patients were addressed professionally, wisely, and successfully. We worked with Lauren and her staff over 12 months - tackling a range of time management, budget, work, and other life challenges. We were extremely pleased with the range of services, dedicated staff and overall results. Highly recommend!

If you value your time and reputation don’t bother with this company. Management lacks the knowledge, experience, integrity and professionalism needed to lead a company to profitability. Cons: Disorganized, pay, training, management, etc.. Pro: the only Pro is that I don’t work there anymore.

This company is a racket, do not use their services. You will take a scale of 1-5 questionnaire over the phone (which is on their website as well) and they will use that to diagnose you (with very questionable results). They also did not tell me that my insurance was not accepted by them and billed out an obscene amount. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I got sick around the time covid hit Vegas and missed a day and they let me go, although another girl had gotten sick, missed a day, and they let her stay, despite signing up a few clients for their services. They do not care about the people that run around all over the city finding clients for them.

The absolute major thing that turned my life around from depression and total disorganization, was an introduction to Lauren Webb of Mindoula Health Services. Lauren started by getting my life organized, so I could start thinking clearly and more confidently. She has since been in my life as my closest ally, advisor and confidant at least weekly for the past 15 years. This is what she does professionally and all over the US if necessary. Their organization offers a free initial meeting.My advice as someone on the other side of exactly where you are now is to take a time out, rest and play, let others carry your burden for a short investment, and meet Lauren. It could be the life-changer you need right now.
