I initially left a negative review because of a series of billing/insurance issues, but I just got word that the problem has been solved! I wanted to update my review because despite the billing problem, my sessions with Dr. Lyle were very helpful and she was really easy to talk to.
I went for an intake appointment in February. This office is in network for me and they were supposed to file a claim for my appointment. It has been 7 months (and counting) and they still have not filed the claim. I honestly wonder if I have been scammed. Be aware that if you go to this office you will probably have a lot of headaches dealing with insurance. The quality of care is not worth it to deal with this hassle.Update: I finally got them to file the claim for me in October. They billed me $175 in February, but billed my insurance $145 and I was only supposed to pay $65. Basically, this company overcharged me $110 for one appointment and I only found out after getting them to file the claim. I don’t know if they are committing fraud or if it’s just incompetence. Either way STAY AWAY!!!
Filled intake forms and have not been contacted. Recommend finding another service.
