I contacted Atlantic Window Repair Ian because of problems we were having opening some of our 25-year old vinyl windows. We preferred not to replace them. Ian methodically examined all of the windows (approximately 30), and found broken, missing, or rusted parts on nine of them. He returned to our home after ordering and receiving the parts needed to repair the windows,. The work required 3 or 4 visits to complete all the repairs. I was very impressed, throughout the process, with his attention to details as well as his explanation of things. Also, he was diligent to ensure that I was pleased with the results. After the work was completed, he followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to make sure everything was okay. Ian seems to enjoy his work, and is skilled at performing a job that is different from client to client. Ian and his father have done work for me twice and both have been a great experience. Each time I needed I needed to have a glass pane replaced and they did the work quickly and professionally. The second time was about a year after the first and the cost of the part had gone up considerably. However, Ian offered to repair two screens for free to cover the difference. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them.

I hired them years ago and they did fantastic work, fast forward to 2019 and they took care of my broken glass within a week of calling. They deserve all the business they can get, unlike Blaine windows who wouldve taken a month for the same broken glass.

These guys are great -- they traveled several miles to my place to look at a home window that wouldnt latch close -- they identified a broken piece and helped me finally latch it and taught me a DIY remedy to keep the frame in place without replacing the whole thing -- and they refused my offer for payment for helping me -- cant recommend enough!

One week ago my mom had a broken window from a nasty storm that blew by. Ridha came by and told me that the damage was too severe ( hole in the window the size of a grapefruit) to simply repair and suggested we get it replaced. My mom doesn’t live in the safest of places (her choice, swear!) and so naturally I asked when he could drop by and replace the glass and how much it would cost. He said follow me and showed me he had some glass in the back of his van. He told me to do the job will cost only 45$ but told me normally they charge more for something like this. When I asked why he said it was “his good deed for the day”. He cut the glass on the spot and replaced the broken glass with new glass. As soon as he was done he only asked me to pay his son the 45$ for the job who also came along to learn his fathers trade. These people are GOOD people and his son seems like a well brought up young man.
