I have work with multiple staffing agencies in the last 10 years. I even worked with Maxim in the past which was excellent back then. But my recent experience with Maxim had been horrible. I think it was more so my recruiter than the company well at least I hope so. Communication was horrible I always felt like I was receiving information about an assignment on the run bare minimum Always felt rushed off the phone no up front details of the position. that wasnt given until 5pm the date before starting and I had to call myself to get that information therfore important information and instructions for things expected of you at the worksite are unknown. If you are representing Maxim as a recruiter the contractor should be treated with customer service as well. Not just the client.
