Be very careful when taking pre paid fed ex packages here! They are known to over charge for “wrong weight” on packages. Prob better to take to another drop off to prevent extra unnecessary charges.

Worst experience ever. Went in today to settle a shipping problem and the owner started yelling at me. I asked her to stop, she accused me of calling Fed Ex and pretending to be her so I could authorize th to charge her account. She told me I owed her money and that she wouldnt return my package. She was rude, and as I was leaving she actually followed me out the door to continue yelling at me till I told her I was calling the police. I had to return with the police to retrieve the package. If you need to ship anything please use a different location.

Ive used eagle mail for over 7 years. The owner Denise is VERY helpful. Ive gotten my mail here for years, had special instuctions packages both sent from and received here and they will even do the pack my boxes for me when ive been in a hurry or affraid I wouldnt do a very good job They are a notary, do copies and can help with printing things when I havnt got a printer accessable for returns ect. She can ship Fed-Ex, UPS, and freight. Super friendly service with a smile, everytime. BTW, In all my years of near daily experiences here Ive NEVER seen anyone leave unhappy due to the actual service recieved. And I dont believe for a second the person who reviewed saying they SCREAMED at her and DIDNT give her her package. Theres just NO WAY!
