I like the staff. I dont have too many problems with them and the ones I do have are not that major. But when you tent you want things done quicker than they get done. Thats just a fact regardless of who you rent from. Cheryl and Cliff are great people! Really like the both of them and if they werent the people I was renting from I would like to know then much better.

This is a great place to rent from they helped us find a house and our budget that fit our family. They also were very friendly and kind and patient with us. We dont have great credit so they were able to find a place that would work with us with our credit that was in our budget. The down payment was very low first months rent is fine. Very kind and understanding people.

Our landlady, Cheryl, is wonderful! She always answers my phone calls and if she cant, she calls right back. The woman at the front desk is friendly and very helpful. We love this company!

Not easy to find rentals

Great property management. Been with them for over 2 years.. friendly and kind ppl

I live on a street where they let renters move in a small 3 bedrm house, and theres like 11 people living there, they play extremely loud music every weekend most times its a 24 hr thing on wkend. I called and begged them to do something about these renters, their kids are even going door to door trying to sell bottled water!!! We have witnessed many disturbing actions from these renters, but Sanderson has yet to do anything for our neighborhood concerns and safety. I told Cheryl, and yet this morning the neighborhood woke up at 5am to extremely loud bass pounding on our skulls as they play their music. This was a neighborhood where you could see kids out playing all the time, but now, we just stay inside...or leave our homes to escape the madness. This is no way slander towards Sandersons, because they havent done a thing to take care of the problem, because the problem is still nextdoor. I hated to give them even one star.
