Is it weird to say that I enjoyed the dentist?? I filled out the request for an appointment online, which was followed up on the very next morning. I was initially scheduled out 2 weeks, but they were able to get me in the following day, due to a cancellation. Over the phone, the office staff was very friendly. This was the same inside. They remembered tiny details that I had mentioned about my scheduling availability, which impressed me. The dental hygienist that I had, Terri was fantastic. She was personable and efficient. She was very thorough. I have never felt so well taken care of before. Dr. Chavez was great too. He has a great personality, makes you feel comfortable. I didnt feel like they were just trying to force treatments on me and take my money! I am very pleased that I chose Siloam Smiles as my dentist!

Haven’t been to clean/take care of my teeth in years and had my first visit with Siloam Smiles and the Dr. n dental assistant both were extremely helpful and informative definitely going to continue to come here! Y’all should definitely consider checking this place out!!

LOVE this office!! All the staff is great and super friendly and very personable.One of my favorite things about this office compared to my old office is how they always tell me what they’re doing and why they do it (something my old dentist never did) and I always leave feeling well informed, with a clear plan and no hidden costs!!

Amber Dawn was my dental assistant and she was super kind and welcoming. Engaged in casual chit chat. It really felt like they were welcoming here and cared about you. Dr. Chavez was also very kind and welcoming they did a cleaning and polishing and Im very happy with my results and time spent here. Id definitely come again and reccomend them.

First visit to this office was on July 7th, the ladies at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me because of insurance issues. The dentist and his dental assistant was very nice, made me feel very calm, explained to me what is going to take place when I get my procedure done. I am terrified going to dentist but his demeanor ( calmess way he spoke just immediately calm me down )

Ive been going to Dr. Walters for several years now. Other than a filling or two, I havent needed any major dental work beyond the standard 6-month cleanings. But the staff has always been very friendly and helpful and willing to answer all my questions.

Ive had a great many cavities filled here (curse my sugar addiction!) and the staff has always done a stellar job. The entire Siloam Smiles staff is friendly and welcoming. Ive worked with both Dr. Walters and Dr. Chavez and have had great experiences with both. Cost expectations are always broken down and talked through with me before I pay anything and they do a great job of showing you what is happening with your teeth (trouble spots, where to brush better, etc.) I can name multiple occasions where the staff has gone above and beyond what is expected, so I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks to Amber, Dr. Walters, and Dr. Chavez for an easygoing check-up today.

Siloam Smiles is amazing! They were able to get us in the day after calling when everyone else we called wasn’t scheduling new patients for over a month! They started the appointment by giving us a tour of the facility and introducing us to most of the staff which is definitely something I’ve never experienced at a medical/dental office before. The staff is all so nice and extremely helpful! Dr. Chavez is very knowledgeable and we felt we were in great hands from the moment we got there! 10/10 would recommend

I love coming here everyone is always so nice, smiley and happy to help with any questions you have! They are very understanding and helps explain the payment options and works with you to set it up with what works best for you. And I have always been able to get a appointment quickly when I have a dental emergency and needed it fixed soon. They treat you like a person with feelings and worries, not a number.

I recently found my dentist. My first visit was just lil over a week ago. My first impression was was one in the books for me. They showed me around the clinic and explain the process of my visit. Showed and explain the medical the health benefits for caring for my teeth. Which I loved. Also was impressed with how discrete they were in the manner of the Financial visit that day and future appointments with all information breakdowns of how my insurance pays. Everyone I met that day seem very nice and welcoming. A sense of Family. There is nothing more calming is to be apart of a place that’s makes you feel welcomed and feel like family. I am excited to finally have found a place where my health comes First and have beautiful teeth in the process. I look forward to having them as my dentist. 🥰

All the hygienists are so nice and take such good care of the patients and the ladies at the front always know me by name and ask about my family by name. First visit to Smiles Dental. Teeth cleaning and x-rays. Found a couple small cavities and they were able to fit me in at that time. Dr Chavez and Amber were great. And the hygienist took phenomenal care of me too.

Highly recommended! Ive been a patient for over five years. Dr. Walters provides great care. Anna keeps the office moving and Corina is a welcoming receptionist! My hygenist is Megan who does a great job w/ no pain and has a very soft touch (I have very sensitive teeth in spots)! Dr. Chavez also provided me excellent care during my last visit.

Went in to have my wisdom teeth pulled today and they would not even look at them. They were too concerned with a molar and said I could cap it or pull it. I chose to pull it they had me wait 20 minutes to come in and tell me that they took 7 walk ins ahead of me, who had an appointment made for 2 weeks and tried to reschedule me for another time. I took off work to come in today and was essentially refused service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was in unbearable, unmanageable pain from an abscess. They got me in quickly and took care of me kindly and gently.

Went here as a new customer, and was suppose to have a cleaning and a removal of retainers. I get there and they do x rays but me in a chair and take more pics of teeth and told me what care they would do for that day. Well after about 15 min after I got told what they would do, the hygienist came in and said that I would not have anything done to my teeth and that I would have to come back. And I said I came here to have a service done and I want it done and the manager came in and said that things came up and I wouldn’t receive any care. As I was already mad I left and one of the employees was in the parking lot and said that was fast are you already done? I told her no they didn’t do anything to my teeth and after she herd them tell me what they were gunna do. So she said she would find out and I told her it’s not a big deal there’s nothing she can do to change it and I also told her not a very good way to treat a new client who came for a service that I didn’t receive.

This was our first visit, and my daughter had to have a tooth extracted. They were incredible with her and kept her totally comfortable. And Amber was super sweet!

Everyone there is always so welcoming and they all try to put a great big smile on not only their own faces, but everyone else there too. All the employees know what theyre doing and Doctor Walters made my teeth healthier and better looking than I ever thought they could be. Best service, best results; I highly recommend this dentistry.

I love this dentist office. Amber is the best. Everyone there is friendly, but Amber really goes out of her way. I have had nothing but a great experience everytime myself and my family have gone and we have been patients since they opened at the location on Progress Ave.
