THERE IS NO HERTZ LOCATION IN SILOAM SPRINGS-

If I could give less than one star I would. I called the number listed for the Siloam Springs, AR Hertz location and reserved a vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. On the day that my vehicle was due to go into the shop for repairs, I went to the Hertz location to get my rental. To my chagrin, there is no Hertz location in Siloam Springs, AR. The location listed on the Hertz website is a paint and body shop; I entered the location and told them I was looking for Hertz Car rentals only to be told that they do not exist at this location. The friendly people at the business informed me that they have contacted Hertz Corporate several times to have the listing removed as they have multiple people every week come in to rent a car trusting the Hertz website only to have to tell them of Hertz deliberate misinformation. To top it off, the only nearby location is 45 minutes away and they will not deliver a vehicle unless it is an insurance claim, NOT out of pocket rental! So, I cant have the necessary repairs done to my vehicle because Hertz is irresponsible. Absolutely unacceptable, I suggest finding a rental company that is NOT owned by Hertz.
