I was referred to Larkin my my neighbor. I cant say enough about the service I received. Shout out to technician Chris who was fast to find the problem and fix it.

Old Heat Pump unit was almost 15 years old, and kept leaking coolant. I ask if they would try once more to find the leak. Ben Lowry and the service team did their best but could not exactly find the leak. As the unit was about end of life, I ask for a bid for a new unit. I thought the bid was good and so I had them install a complete new American Standard SEER 18 system. I choose the AccuComfort Platinum 18 Heat Pump, with the matching TAM9 Platinum Air Handler and Acculink Platinum 1050 thermostat. Mike, the team lead, of the install team of 4 showed up and in about 6 hours removed the old units and installed the new units. I figured it would take longer. They knew what they were doing and the install looks good and the unit is working good. I like the fact that I can use Amazon Alexa and/or Google Home to make inquires of the system or control the system. The new thermostat looks nice and is smart and works well. If you are having HVAC or Heat Pump problems I recommend giving these folks a try.

Larkin sent out a team even though theyre in the midst of a busy season w/ fall heater tune-ups & a surprising early freezing 🥶 cold snap! On time, friendly, professional. Diagnosed a faulty valve that wasnt letting natural gas into the system to be lit. They had the parts on hand, the valve, even the electronic circuit board had that been the problem. Mr. Larkin even called to check if the parts were under warranty. Great knowledgeable service! Thank you!

Larkins taken care of me many times! Years ago they even provided space heaters when my heating unit was emitting carbon monoxide. They replaced the unit very quickly and affordably. Today they came out so quickly and fixed the problem right away. Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thankful for such great service right here in town.

The latest was when a board went out on our ancient furnace and they were there within a couple of hours after being called. Thought it might be a day or two before we got the new board but they were able to make the furnace work temporarily so we did not freeze. What a PRO!!!!Our hear went out in February & we tolerations it! But with cold fixing to come in...It was time! The Tech checked our unit & we explained it ran after shutting the thermostat off! He exchanged the thermostat and our heater WORKS! Saved us a chunk of change! YES we’ll use them again & exclusively!!!
