Maybe I was not clear, unless you dont mind horrible, unsatisfactory, careless repair work-DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR COMPANY!!!This is their scam: They have a contract with a nationwide warranty repair company (Its called NSI Protection Plus). So apparently, they have endless customers who get assigned to them by the warranty company when your appliance needs to be repaired. Thus, they dont have to worry about doing good work, because the customers keep on coming.We were assigned them twice. They show up late, dont call, and then cant fix our refrigerator. They claim they need to order parts and then you wont hear from them for weeks. Call the office and no owner or supervisor will even talk to you. Still waiting for of fridge to be fixed after almost 2-months... I could go on, but I think you get the picture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY111
We have a washer with Lowe’s that is just a few years old. Keep in mind we pay quarterly for our warranty... for the first time in years we schedule a repair for our Washer. Since Lowe’s partners with this company, we had to deal with them. They rescheduled once and came late the 2nd time. The guy said the teeth from our washer was worn out and would be an easy fix. He said he would order a part then come back in 2 weeks to fix our washer. We’ve been waiting for over a month now and have still not heard back from them. When I contacted Lowe’s, they said the repair man noted the washer had been “unintentionally damaged” and would not be covered by the warranty... meaning they were never going to come to fix our washer. Why would the repair man tell us one thing “I’m going to order a part and come fix it” and tell Lowe’s another thing?? Terrible service, definitely would not recommend. This business does not deserve your coin.
ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! As unprofessional as it gets! Twice now they called 2 1/2 hours AFTER the 12-5 time frame given with an excuse. Nothing fixed. Now I understand that things come up, but twice without calling? NO EXCUSE! This company does not value it’s customers time, there are plenty of other hard working people out there that will give customers the quality service they deserve. After reading the reviews I’m clearly not the only one who will no longer be using them.
Not even worth 1 star. I would NEVER use this company again. I have a service warranty on my fridge and the ice maker went out. The repair man came out 2 weeks ago and said they had to order the part and it would take 5-7 days. I have called twice now and same story they are still waiting for the part. How can a repair company not have parts to fix things. The repair man said the part that went out on my fridge was the number 1 reason for the ice maker to stop working, wouldnt a GOOD company have plenty of those parts on hand? Now I read all the reviews and I see how bad they really are. My next phone call will be to the warranty company who sent this company to fix it.
Very dissapointed. I set aside a day to wait for them to come. I was promised a time frame and I understand that mistakes can happen. They never called to follow up. I called twice. The worst part was the lack of integrity. They tried to tell me they showed up at my house and called me as a way of rescheduling the appointment. There are too many other small businesses to support than to be lied to. Mistakes happen, own them with integrity.
Horrible service. I was waiting for 2.5 months for them to fix my oven and it is still ongoing. Their technicians did not appear on time and were highly unprofessional. In addition, when I called them and was waiting for over 30 minutes each time, they would simply disconnect my call. By all means, do not use this service.
I had service with Ash appliances after my dishwasher broke down. My home insurance sent them and I’m glad they fixed the problem right away. The waiting was hectic maybe due to pandemic but the technician by the name of Ernie made everything possible and was able to fix the dishwasher. Good job bro.
I am on warranty and the company sent Ash appliance Repair out. They do not call 30 minutes before arriving UNLESS it is requested. The worker came to the door and placed a receipt in the mailbox, did not ring the doorbell & took a photo of my house to prove he was there. I understand why their reviews are 1 Star... if they don’t call to state they’re on the way, and they don’t ring doorbell‘s, how do people know that they’re coming or there???I requested a return call from the manager Yuri & Johnny states he would return my call and didn’t. Poor customer service...can’t imagine this company will be around long if they continue these work ethics.
THE SINGLE WORST REPAIR COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. As a small business owner myself I am VERY reluctant to provide feedback from bad experiences because quite frankly “stuff happens” and there are always 2 sides to a story. A bad meal here, a lousy car wash there... I move on. But with this company I can’t ignore it. The level of dishonesty and disrespect is unforgivable. Unfortunately when you have a repair claim with your home warranty company you don’t get the luxury of vetting your contractors.With Ash Appliance you are given an option of two time frame windows for appointments. 8:00am - 12:00 or 12:00pm - 5:00pm. I have been stood up 3 times!On one occasion the technician never showed so I called the office. They mistakenly booked my appointment for the following week though on the phone they said “see you tomorrow” several times.Second occasion tech said he arrived to the house and no one was home. WRONG! Ring Video Doorbell had no such occasion and my wife was home ALL DAY waiting for the tech. Not so much as a phone call to say he has arrived at my home. Not even a call from the office to say “sorry we missed you, let’s reschedule.”Third occasion after waiting at home for 2.5 hours the office called me to say the tech was “supposed” to call me to inform me he wouldn’t be coming out today. I can only assume this is the same rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate tech that lied to his employer about arriving to my home and claiming I wasn’t at home.DO NOT USE ASH APPLIANCE!IF HIRED BY HOME WARRANTY, REFUSE.
Ash Appliance is the worsts repair company ever they are UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSATISFACTION, HORRIBLE COMPANY, it took 2 months and 4 tech. guys to come out to tall me what was wrong with my refrigerator.

Long story long. I gave them one star because that is the minimum not because they deserve even that high a rating. Five weeks without a fridge! It took a week to get an appointment and they insist upon a five hour window between noon and five. First appointment, no show. When I called to find out where the tech was I was told by a snotty girl that the tech had waited 20 minutes for me to arrive back at my house then had to leave (he was a no show). Made another appointment, same results so I called the extended warranty people and asked them to handle it. Third appointment tech walked in (no service van, no tools, nothing) looked at the unit, put his ear against it and said it needed a fan and a control board and that it would take ANOTHER week to get parts ( I went on line and could have had the parts over night). Tech came back in a week, installed the parts and NOTHING then he said thats all it could be and that he would see what the company wanted to do and left. Id had it! I went to Best Buy where I bought the fridge and went off. They had a tech from LG in my house in three days (in a proper service van) and he promptly had the panels off the back to inspect the unit and found a burned up compressor. He replaced it promptly (2 hours and he was gone). Stay clear of Ash Appliance. Incompetent thieves.

If I could rate this a minus 5 stars, I would. The women taking the phone calls read from a script. They are quick to send someone out to grab the service call for an appliance under warranty, and will send someone out the same day. HOWEVER, the technician has probably never even worked on the brand of appliance you are calling on. when you ask when they will come to repair it, they will say, WE ARE RESEARCHING THE PARTS which takes 3-5 business days. No matter when you call after your first visit, they will say the same thing.Ask to speak to the manager and enjoy the bizarre experience. He also has no idea what he is doing and is defrauding the manufacturers and the public.I called the manufacturer again, they sent out another company. The technician, when he saw the state of the appliance which was left in pieces by Ash, said Why did they do this?They should be closed. I have reported them to the manufacturer, and hopefully they will be taken off of the list of preferred and authorized repair sites.DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

Repairman came through American Home Shield. I had to prepay $75. The guy was not interested in doing any work. He stayed for about 5 minutes and said he needed a second guy. Never heard from him again. I called ASH and the person answering the phone was very rude, as if I was wasting his time.I was scammed out of $75, and given misinformation. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
I called them in early January regarding a washer issue and told them I had a 5 year warranty with Home Depot. The customer service representative told me that the warranty doesnt cover the service fee and only covers the parts that may be needed to fix. The service fee would be $45 and I agreed. Confusingly, when the service man came down he told me that my warranty should cover anything without issues and didnt charge me.A few days later I get a call demanding $80 and was very upset because this was much more than anticipated since the service man only fixed the angle of the drainage pipe and rebooted the washer. I might as well have Googled it myself to save such a charge. The operator then proceeded to tell me to call through Home Depot next time for services under my warranty. SUPER SHADY since they could have told me in the beginning.It doesnt help that I still didnt receive an e-mail receipt of the charge. Please dont work with them.
Horrible experience. People I spoke to were unprofessional and just nasty on the phone. My refrigerator broke down. They promised to show up 2 days later. The person didnt show up and they never called me. They said someone would come Monday, no-one showed up again.. They scheduled Wednesday morning and cancelled again. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge and they ignored and made excuses about my requests. I had to adjust schedules and for the exception of one person were just mean and non caring, untruthful and treated their customers like they didnt care. I would NEVER send anyone to that company. They were sent by Assurant Sollutions Service Protection that were also with one exception rude and were of no assistance since noone ever showed up and they did very little to get the company to work with the customer.
Even one star is too much. This company is beyond horrible. Beyond. The customer support staff has absolutely no skill when it comes to dealing with people. We dealt with them for over a month to try and get them to fix the problem in the end it could not be fixed. The girl at the front desk straight up lied about what she told me, and was extremely rude and obnoxious. Please do yourself a favor and never use this repair service the fact they even call them selves that is comedic.
The least to say about this company is that is a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible company. They are not truthful to what they say and not accommodating customers at all. They will not call you and will give you scheduled time that is like half of your day. Any other company is better than this. If you will not listen this review than you will listen your packet and your lost time of your life.
I have never had such horrific customer service! Have sat waiting in my home for hours to have someone no show, technician lied about coming to my house and calling me but left(he never was there and never called) - I asked for a manager to call me last week, no call came. When the technician has shown up in the past, they are friendly but the only reason I continue to call this place is its the only one under my warranty - They deserve zero stars but this review wont post unless I at least give one star

The office personnel are the most rude and obnoxious employees that I have encountered. No people skills. No communication skills. Absolutely worthless. I cant figure out why they are kept as employees with so many complaints! I dont want to waste my time writing anything else. My time is not worth it.
I had to call ASH Appliance the day (Friday)! before my appointment to confirm, 15 minutes before they closed (I spoke to Priscilla) they never called me.I was told the refrigerator technician would be at my house between 8am and 12pm (noon) the day (Saturday) of my appointment.I received a call at 12:04pm the day of by Brandon (Technician) stating that he was running late and would be at my house by 12:30pm, Brandon never called again nor did he show up.My wife was home all day as we were having four (4) new doors installed the same day, I arrived home right at 12:30, and we were both home the remainder of the day until 6pm.I left messages on ASH’s voice mail stating I’d be home Monday the 22nd for a Technician to fix my refrigerator.At 8:45am Monday morning I called and spoke with Priscilla asking to speak to the manager, Priscilla stated that he was busy and would return my call.I’m of the mindset that ASH could care less about customer service, don’t they realize with customers there is no business.I then called again around 3:15pm spoke with Priscilla again asking for the manager, he was still busy.In this day and age of technology they are playing with fire 🔥, not taking care of their customers.
Terrible experience. This was the company that I was forced to use because they honor the Home Depot extended warranty. I live in small house, so we have the washer recessed in our back hallway. Mind you my husband installed the unit by himself, youd think that a repair man would be able to pull it out and work on it. Not the case. That was visit one. We had to pull the unit out, and move it into the living room!!! Visit two, a different technician determines the issue in less than 5 minutes. Why couldnt the first tech do that? Surprise, a part is needed. That will take 3-5 days. Oh, and he was two hours past the 8-12 window. Day 2 wasted. So now I am going on 10 days without a working washer. After a pricey visit to the laundromat, the technician from day 2 returns. Hes 30 minutes past the 8-12 window. Cant say their prompt. He completes the repair in less than 5 minutes. I ask him to slide the washer back to where it hooks up to make sure the unit works. Mind you I did not ask for him to put it back in its permanent location, just to hook up the water. After 2-3 calls to various people to get approval, I asked him to leave. Just not worth it! So now well have to hook it back up ourselves, and hope that it works. Terrible. Why the two stars? They did install the part. Extremely disappointed.
DO NOT use Ash Appliance . I have paid them to come out and fix an ice maker in my refrigerator . Not one but FIVE technicians came over a period of 3 months. Each criticized the previous one for not ordering the unit /auger motor as specified in the first work order . The unit has never worked . Now they say the case is “closed “ and they refuse to fix it !!!!!!!! Unbelievable . Very unprofessional and I would say unethical . The owner has refused to take my calls or return them . This company should be out of business . If you have a home warrenty policy : do NOT let them send out ASH appliance .
Absolutely horrific experience and completely incompetent technicians. STAY AWAY from their service (or lack there of) if you can! Was forced to deal with them through the extended warranty bought through Pacific Sales. Will NEVER buy an extended warranty again - a complete sham! THREE MONTHS to fix a dryer and already ONE MONTH and no progress on fixing a refrigerator. They should be shut down by the BBB! ZERO STAR RATING!!! I had to click one in order to post! UGH!!!!
I have a Samsung Flex 4 door with a defective ice maker. The ice-makers are all made the same & all break down in about a year. After my ice maker froze over and stopped working I researched the problem. It’s Universal. Called extended warranty co. and they hooked us up with an Ash repairman. When he came out I asked if he knew about these Samsung ice maker issues, about Samsung’s posted repair bulletin for repairpersons, etc. He acted like I was some dumb broad and disregarded what I said. He said to turn off the entire fridge (lose all my food in process) & he would order a new ice-making component & he would be back in a week. I said I didn’t want a new icemaker. They are defective by design. I want him to do as Samsung suggests in repair manual (seal around housing from fridge, adjust water hose to proper depth, & insulate). He again treated me like I was an idiot and disregarded my request.I turned off ice maker, not entire fridge. (So kept frozen food cold in freezer & fridge food fresh) It thawed. He came back replaced the part. It worked fine until it gradually froze over again.I just resorted to thawing ice-maker out every few months when freezes over, using ice cube trays in the mean time and turning it back on once thawed. Get ice for a couple of months And repeat. This was a $3,000+ fridge. I shouldn’t have to do this.I will not accept Ash back again because repairman was rude, disregarded my wishes, my information about Samsung, gave me incorrect potentially costly advice to turn off the entire fridge rather than just ice maker, etc. I don’t pay repair persons to do whats expedient for them. I pay them to fix the problem or say they can’t.
One star is generous and I only gave one star because I couldnt give ZERO stars or NEGATIVE stars. My experience with ASH Appliance is probably the worst experience I have ever had with any repair company. I was forced to use them because of my home warranty protection plan, but if I had to do it all over again, I would have gladly paid in full a real appliance repair company. Between not knowing what was wrong with my oven to long lead times for the part to come in and schedule the appointment to canceling on me THREE times and not apologizing, ASH is completely unprofessional and incompetent and doesnt know the meaning of customer service. There is no reason to ever use ASH Appliance when there are many good companies out there.
New management, new person handling calls. Not as bad as previous reviews indicate. I will change my rating once the problem is completely resolved. My 2 month old Whirlpool refrigerator suddenly stopped making ice in both the top and bottom icemakers. It seems that icemakers are very sensitive to temperature and our compressor is going bad. Several days later the refrigerator is warm. The first repairman got the diagnosis right. Now they are sending their specialist who only works on hermetically sealed compressors to come out and do a compression check or whatever they do on those things and replace any components necessary. The gal I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant and took the time to explain the process in detail. I told her that I lost confidence after reading such horrible reviews, but was satisfied so far.

It has been almost two months since we first called to have our washer repaired. The service person that came out was very nice, however he did not have the correct part. When you call the office the young lady that answers never gives her name or a complete answer. She is very rude. Do not choose this company to service your appliances.

Wish I had read the reviews here before engaging their services via my home warranty company. They give you a 4 hr window for appointments and conveniently show after that time has lapsed and say you missed an appointment. When you call dispatch theyll tell you it could be another couple hours before they can get to you. The final straw was my 3rd attempt today. Received a courtesy call to expect the tech between 1:30 and 2 and that he would be calling when he got close. I rushed to be home by noon and just missed a phone call from the tech while in the bathroom. The voicemail he left said he was 5 mins away. It was a private number so no way to call him back but the sense from the VM was that he was on his way. I waited an hour and a half and finally called dispatch to find he had called in that I wasnt home. When I called to complain to my home warranty company I found ASH had already called them and told them I missed 3 appts. Not one of those missed appts was my fault. I was home during the appt period all 3 times. Couldnt reason with the home warranty company (another issue) but ASH basically lied through their teeth to cover up their complete incompetence. DO NOT USE THESE A-HOLES FOR ANYTHING!!

Called Home Depot on Friday. My LG refrigerator freezer was warm and water was found all over the floor.They Sent to the house Ash Appliance Repair from Signal Hill.The tech asked a few questions, pushed a few buttons lowered the temp and asked me a few question on the temp. I answered and told him that on occasion I lower the temp..He never checked the computer board or the fan to see if it was ice free...Told me it was working fine...In the future any problems needed to be videoed to document the problem.The company that did the repairs in the past, checked the main board and fan, made the repairs and had a company truck. Ash Appliance tech walked in with a clip board and drove his own auto...I guess if there is no company truck, the sub par service is to follow. He did have a uniform but anyone can put a uniform on. He only came in with a clip board. I have no idea how one can just look at an appliance and determine its working abilities.
****WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!**** OMFG!!!!! This is THE worst business to do deal with!!! Stay away from this company! I was referred to this company by my homeowners insurance. (Which I will be giving a negative review as well) So far theyve failed to call me back, they failed to show up when I finally did make a second appointment AFTER being on hold for 21min!!! 21 MINUTES!!! And the tech that came to my house the first time was very rude and in a rush and wasnt even paying attention when I described to him what was wrong with my freezer. AND he seemed totally clueless!!! He even said, I have no idea whats wrong with your freezer, all he said as he was rushing to leave was,the part will be in 3-5 days. WTF? (Its now been 2 weeks!!) How the hell do you know what part to order when you dont even know whats wrong with it?!! Seriously?!! Screw it!!! Ill figure it out myself or call a REAL PROFESSIONAL to come fix this!! Home Depot had this company come fix my Samsung washer. They came out to my residence and said that they needed to replace the “main control board & shocks & drain pump”. They ordered the parts. About a week later I received a call to schedule me for an appointment to get the parts installed. I scheduled it for a Friday at 2:30pm. I requested this time off from work. On that Friday, my wife received a call letting her know they would be there in 10 minutes. This was at 12:00pm! Luckily, I was always heading home at 12:00pm. I got to my house at around 12:15pm and I called to see if they would be showing up at 2:30pm as initially scheduled. I was told that the technician had already stopped by and left because no one was home. I asked for them to send out the tech again. The rep put me on a hold to see what he could do and when he returned on the phone, I was told that the tech was already out of the area. Really? In 5 minutes? I took time off my job to be at home to get my washer repaired!So, we rescheduled for a week later. I had my brother stay at home that day. The parts were installed, and my brother was told that the washer was now working. I got home and through in a load of clothes…nothing! The washer was still not working! I called them to let them know and was told that I needed to contact Home Depot to have them submit another work order!C’mon! you failed to fix my washer the least you can do is come back out to fix it! Nope! This company is horrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!

Terrible company! On hold for 10-20 minutes to reach customer service every time I call. They take several visits to fix the problem because they bring wrong parts or misdiagnose. Sketchy repair people who look around the house. Not professional!
Same as other reviewers. They were contracted through my home warranty company for a broken dryer. WORST customer service-so rude & incompetent. Came out once-didnt fix problem. Never showed up for the redispatch. Rescheduled-showed up 3 hours late. When I called to ask when they might be coming, I was told I had no right to be upset and was hung up on. I tried to call back to talk to a manager and was hung up on again. I was so mad I ended driving there to talk to a manager in person. He was less then helpful. Said this hasnt been an issue-gave him a print out of the google reviews with his 1.3 stars that consistently state how rude his staff is and how poorly organized and incompetent the business is as a whole. I feel bad for the technicians that are working for them (they are actually the only ones that have any sense of customer service). Almost 4 weeks later and nothings fixed. Just the worst.
The worst appliance repair ever! THREE MONTHS LATER (supposedly it took that long to get the part from Viking) they came and removed the microwave from under the counter (the only broken part was the spring and HANDLE assembly) THEN, between the two of them, they couldnt get it back in correctly! I now have a lop sided microwave hanging under my cabinet!
Their phone system just hangs up after waiting for about 20 minutes. I tried to reach them several times after no one showed up at the scheduled time.
Long story short: I paid the technician, Otto $60 in cash for the service fee. A few weeks later, I received a bill for a $60 service fee. According to Lisa (customer service), my receipt, also my invoice, does not indicate I paid the amount in cash and the technician could not recall me paying him in cash. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CLAIM YOU NEVER PAID THEM. STEALING! That is the last time I will ever pay anyone in cash.
They came out on a home warranty plan to get the info about the problems with the appliance and was told within 10 days it would all be taken care of, (that I would have my oven and other appliances they were to work on ready to go). When the service tech left, he hit a car and left a note saying he was sorry and a number but when called, the tech only said sorry. Well, since then, its been over three weeks and so far no one has come to deal with my appliances!!!! I called the warranty people and they said they gave the ok to go ahead but when I called ASH again, they told me that they only JUST got the ok to go but that was a lie! ASH has made me do much more work than they themselves have! Oh, and when I tried to wait for a supervisor, they put me on hold for over 45 min and then hung up on me and when I called back, they told me that the supervisor would have to call me later!!!!!!! WTH??????? I have NEVER had such POOR service and will definitely be contacting the BBB about them! DONT USE ASH Appliances!!!!!! I DITTO the sentiments and experience of all the other reviewers of ASH Appliance. The WORST repair company ever!!! I too was sent to them through our warranty company. It has been months and my freezer is still not fixed. They cancelled my first repair appt because they were overbooked. They rescheduled a week later and the tech that showed up was litterally on DRUGS! He didnt even open my freezer or dryer (we had 2 appliances that needed to be fixed.) He quoted me 7-10 days to get the parts. 15 days passed and I called them. Oops, sorry the parts are delayed. I asked why I didnt receive a courtesy call and the nasty rep on the phone said Look, I have no control in delays. Finally, 2 weeks later, we get a call that parts are in for both the freezer and dryer but they are sooo busy I have to wait 2 more weeks for a tech to come. He shows up empty handed. I asked about the parts and he said....what parts??? He went to his truck and finally found said parts. He started looking at the dryer and asked if the first rep had even opened it. I said NO. He shook his head and said Hopefully, we will get lucky and there will be a part you actually need...haha. Out of the bag of @20 parts ordered he actually had one that was what he needed. Then to the freezer only to find that they had ordered completely the wrong part. I was quoted 3-4 days. Again no call, so I call them 10 days later. The gal on the phone said she didnt see a part on order, put me on hold and came back to day the order department was closed and she wasnt able to see the order on her screen. She promised a call back. Never got one. I called again the next day to be told my freezer had been fixed and no part was on order. I LOST it. Called my warranty company and after they called on my behalf, ASH finally admitted they closed my case in error. They supposidly ordered the correct part and made an appt for today between 8-12. No call, no show. Called my warranty company and the rep there got hung up on 3 times. Finally ASH called me two hours after the scheduled time to say, the had called me to cancel as the part wasnt in. The gal started to argue with me, but I cut her short. LIARS!!! Now the next appt they have is not for another week. Not holding my breath. I would give them negative 5 Stars if I could. Saga to be continued...
This low budget place is worthless.they never showed up for my app.when I asked why the next day they said the tech came by but no one answered the door.Lies!!! I asked why didnt I receive a phone call and guess what? I was told the techs phone was dead.lmao!!!!! Childish,unprofessional, idiots.
Scheduled through whirlpools website, A tech came out and just looked at my oven - he had no clue how to diagnose the problem. Just took pictures ..After calling several times after the initial visit to Ash, the service tech could not be reached so I canceled -I was told I would be billed 4 this...

Had them come to repair washer and dryer. New whirlpool washer needs new control panel, apparently it NEVER worked correctly. Old whirlpool dryer stopped getting hot. The tech said dryer was fixed, but 3 loads later it was no longer getting hot. Charged $99, I only had 20s, no change. The part for washer is under warranty, so the tech said no charge. Got call from office stating there would be a charge of $198 for new control panel. And YES I blew my top. The dumbass that answered the phone actually hung up on me. She needs to be schooled in how to run a business. Shes probably related to the owner. Will NEVER, EVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!To the owner: call me you have my number. I DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Worst...!!!! repair company ever!!!!!, almost a month, but so many promises and when you call back they say that they never called me... Looks like one lady acting in 2 different names and saying she never spoke to me..I cant understand why HOME DEPOT is having such repair companies under their warranty program.Should be minus start. but the system doesnt allow to publish the comment without one star
This company is absolutely terrible. Only hire them if you want to wait all day for them to show up and not have them come. If the do show up hours late, guarantee they will forget to bring the parts needed to repair your appliance then have you reschedule a another 4 hour window for another date. Never ever consider hiring these guys.
