After a bad experience with another Agent, my fiancé and I found Krystal Winters using Google search. We needed someone who would be understanding to our budget, and our home needs. We also needed someone who could walk us through the home buying process as it was my first time dealing with the Sierra Vista market and my fiances first time buying a home. Krystal was all this and more. She walked us through every step of the process, and kept us in the loop on any and all changes. We had initially been pre-approved through an FHA loan because we needed to keep our down payment low. When we kept hitting block walls on homes that wouldnt pass FHA requirements, it was Krystal who gave us the information on how we could qualify for a conventional loan and keep our down payment at 3%, which led us to another lender who also better suited our needs and provided us more information than our last lender. It really opened so many doors to us once we went conventional, with less rules to follow. Krystal was also very patient with us as we sent her multiple listings, asked for showings, made offers that we had to back out of, and always made her self available through it all. When we finally found the perfect house, we found out that someone else had made an offer on it minutes before we went to see it. If it wasnt for Krystal suggesting we do a backup offer and her checking up on it for us, we would have never gotten it. The moment the other buyer backed out, she made sure to let us know and we jumped on it. We are now in the house we fell in love with from the start, thanks to our amazing Agent!

I live in South Carolina and I recently started to contemplate moving to Arizona. My husband and I were getting ready to relocate from Colorado to Sierra Vista, AZ and wanted to buy a house right away. We were looking for cooler weather (we are from the Casa Grande area), some property where we could have a garden, trees and a view, so we saw a couple of properties for sale in Sierra Vista. When we got to the first property Krystals name was on the sign. Although we did not care for the house, she asked if we could meet with her and her husband Brandon. We spent the afternoon together exploring the area and getting to know each other.We thought Brandon and Krystal were very responsive to our needs, so we decided to go there the next weekend for three days and really check out the area and homes. Brandon was with us for two of the days and we found a couple of properties we really liked. She made a number of valuable suggests and recommendations regarding inspections and getting bids. She was present at all inspections, and took us on tours of the house several times before closing and then at closing. Based on the inspections we were able to reduce the price by several percentage points. Krystal and Brandon are both very warm and friendly, and they make an outstanding team.
