I don’t normally complain but I had several issues with this specific reservation I’d like to address. When I booked the reservation I requested a specific class. Upon calling to confirm the reservation the night before I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to support that class at this location. I was understanding as long as they could still provide a vehicle for my reservation. They assured me that I would have no issues. I arrived on time to pick up the rental and was told that they had no cars for me and had no time frame of when a vehicle from a different location would arrive for me. There was multiple customers who were in the same situation. I was told I could either wait until a car arrived or cancel the reservation and utilize my own means to commute to a different enterprise location. I had prior obligations so my only choice was to go to a different enterprise in Tucson. Thankfully I was able to obtain a car in Tucson but the price for the rental didn’t reflect what was listed online. I was also informed I’d have to pay an additional fee to drop off the vehicle at a different location (Sierra Vista - the original location). This was particularly frustrating because I had no choice but to pick up the vehicle from Tucson. I had selected a 7pm drop off time on Sunday for the reservation which I thankfully photographically documented. I dropped the vehicle off at 5:59pm Sunday evening. I noticed once the bill posted to my account there was an additional 100$ to the rental price. I was informed it was because they stated I dropped the vehicle off late. Once again I documented everything and informed the corporate customer care office that the vehicle was dropped off on time and I could provide proof. I’m thoroughly disappointed with my experience. A friendly reminder for all renters is to always photograph the vehicle prior to pickup and at drop off. I also would avoid this location because similar instances have happened to other customers.V/R,Chris

Customer parking is pretty much zero. Their local fleet is about 6 cars and customer service is lacking. Rented a15 passenger van. A/C not working correctly. Called local store to report and hopefully get the problem mitigated. I was told to take it to their local shop and service the AC... No. Not my job. Its the hot weather was another excuse, no the condenser isnt kicking in. I had to suggest myself to drive THEIR vehicle to Tucson (90+miles) to get another van that worked. They could have offered, at minimum, a vehicle that HAD AC to drive to Tucson to swap out maybe even a little discount? No. So, there is my wife and 7 year old sweating in the AZ summer trying to get to a HOTTER city in a van I rented for $1500.... Thankfully, Jack (I wish i knew his last name) at the Wetmore Enterprise location in Tucson was so good to us, water, shade, felt like an honest apology for the company and took the replacement van out himself to ENSURE that it was in proper working order. Jack also fixed up the paperwork, so we could return it to our original point of departure. This is a bit unfair to the Sierra Vista office as I have not had a chance to voice my opinion to the Manager there, but you made my family suffer at the beginning of a long awaited family trip. Get those guys a used car parking lot Enterprise and some vehicles, then everyone wins!

Monica was very instrumental in obtaining the car that I wanted. Once I got into the car it was clean and well serviced.Thats where the good stuff ends. The rest of this isnt on this office as much as it is on the company. The day I picked up the car there were only 2 staff members working and only one detailing technician. When they locked the doors at noon there were still 8 of us in the building waiting for our cars to be ready.As a customer this was somewhat disappointing to have waited from about 945 am until after 12pm for my car. Lack of staffing tells the customer that their time isnt important.Will I rent there again, with it being the only rental car company in town theres little choice and my hats off to Monica and the rest of the staff there that still try to keep smiling when the customers arent.

Always like to use them because they are so helpful.... The rental I picked up in Phoenix had an issue with the front end pulling so when I got to Sierra Vista, the next day I went to the local one on Fry Blvd just up the street from the motel. Explained the situation and that I needed to still have a car for a few more days...They immediately took care of the situation and gave me another car and I was out the door within minutes. Excellent service here. I highly recommend using Enterprise here is Sierra Vista Az.

Our customer service agent that assisted with the initial rental was excellent. Unfortunately, we got the call while in church that or van pick up was not going or happen. We had to drive to Tucson losing about 4 hrs of our trips prep time to return to Sierra Vista. Sierra Vista did attempt to accommodate our dilemma of an inoperable van, so that was appreciated.

Upon entering the facility I was immediately greeted!Shauntay Brandon, Management Trainee was amazing. Helpful, lots of energy!Upon returning the manager, do not remember his name was very friendly and again very helpful!! I will definitely use this location for further rentals!!!

After my husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience at the location in Glendale, it was refreshing to walk in to a team of people who cared about their customers. Monica and Shantwe (I know I spelled that wrong; sorry), were empathetic to our situation, and appalled by the customer experience we had received days prior at another facility.Not only did they take the time to listen, but they helped us finish our claim with geico so we wouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to continue renting a vehicle.They care about you.We recommend their location and team 12/10 stars over and over again.

The Sierra Vista team is so amazing! They work extra hard to get you into a vehicle that fits your needs. The staff is so nice and helpful. They make renting a vehicle so easy no matter if you are renting for a trip or getting a rental because your vehicle is in the shop. Absolutely the best staff!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst branch Ive ever dealt with. Theyre the only game in town though, so they can continue being sub par and still make a ridiculous profit. We had a van reserved for rental for four months at 0730 on 06/02/2021. At 0700 we get a call saying the van was at an oil change appointment and said it would take an hour. Going on 3 hours later, here we are without a van and they havent even started the oil change. Great work guys, continue setting the lowest standard for business and customer service possible. You rock.

I have not had a better experience renting a car than I have at the Sierra Vista Enterprise. This Enterprise was SO accommodating and caring. Long story short, I am from Pennsylvania. When I found myself stranded in Bisbee with a broken down car, Shauntay from the Sierra Vista Enterprise drove 26 mi to come get me and help me get a rental. Both Matt and Hayden were so patient and helpful over the phone. 100% recommend renting through this group of customer-focused people.

The level of customer service I received at this location was outstanding. It is a rare find when the want to truly take care of a customer is presented.I want to single out Hayden Pierson who, through superior customer service, surprise me and exceeded my expectations.I took a picture of his business card and Im posting here so you know who to go to. If i had to make any suggestions, Id increase the number of cars available.

This is a 5 star specifically for the Sierra Vista AZ Enterprise on Fry and 7th. We rented a car for a couple days for a trip to Phoenix bc our air conditioner went out in our car and we are not driving to one of the hottest cities in America with no a/c. We didnt realize until 2 days after we returned the car that my husband left his very expensive ear buds in the door pocket. They were closed when we realized this so we couldnt call. The next day we tore the house apart looking for them bc we just assumed whoever found them kept them whether it was an Enterprise employee or the next renters of the car we used. Its a very busy Enterprise and when I returned the car they had a full waiting room of people waiting for cars to come back in. Now this morning they called to apologize for being so busy they couldnt call to let us know we left the ear buds in the car. Im honestly shocked by their honesty. People lose ear buds everyday all over the planet and you just gotta accept theyre gone bc whoever found them has them now. We didnt even call to report leaving them in the car and they still did the right thing. Amazing! Thanks Enterprise in Sierra Vista

Very stressful. I reserved my rental months before. Thirty minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the car the manager called to tell me that they did not have a car for me. Everything eventually worked out but I had to put my foot down and demand he find me a rental. An unnecessary situation that I did not need to be dealing.

Monica was amazing and the best experience Ive ever had with a rental car company.

The service was fast. I was in, and out within 15 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was very polite, and tended to all my needs, questions and concerns. The cars are very well kept, and clean. I love the no smoking policy. I cant stand the smell, and this SUV still had the new car smell. They do try to sell you insurance just like any other rental company.

MY REVIEW WAS HIDDEN, so here it is again with an update.BEWARE!!!GOAL: Rent a Cadillac to shuttle my octogenarian parents while visiting us.09/2020RESULT: Was provided a Chrysler 300 which had mechanical issues within two days.Was provided a Dodge Charger which also developed mechanical issues; this time heavy steering.Finally provided a Nissan Armada (defeated the original goal). I should have just driven them in my FJ or my RV.COMPLAINT: Being fraudulently charged for rodent damage which is totally false. When spoke to and recorded a call from their Claims Recovery person, I asked for an itemized review of the repairs. He didnt provide one but said that he thought it was strange that I was also being billed for tire rotation and an oil change.RESULT: Enterprise submitted a claim to USAA who now have my recording and the truth of the matter. Wouldnt it be nice if USAA sued them for fraud?HUMEROUS SIDE NOTE: I was originally told that it was the Chrysler that had the damage, then charged for the Dodge. When I asked why, the claims recovery rep sounded confused the said, Oh yeah, were putting it all on one claim to make it easier.55 years old and still surprised by the audacity of some people.USAA is still trying to get info from them, but Enterprise hasn’t been forthcoming. Their damage recovery agent, Jacob Yanes is recorded stating that he is baffled by the charges. Got a call that they are sending to collection. Note to Sierra Vista Enterprise people: shame on you for ripping off your customers.

I was blown away by the exceptional customer service here. As soon as I left the Enterprise lot, I found out my own car that had been in the shop was finished so I no longer needed the rental. Enterprise not only refunded the rental for me, but gave me a ride to the shop to pick up my own car. Fantastic people. So impressed that there is still service like this out there!

This rental place has been so so in customer service, sometimes great and sometimes horrible. I would recommend this rental place until we walked in one day, on this particular day we experienced a personal that had no care for customers. He is not a associate that works for enterprise but with enterprise, he is the chip doctor. In other words the window repair guy, and he refused to wear a mask while working in close contact with customers. I tought enterprise was strict on there mask policy but I guess not. I was informed by an associate that they cannot force him to wear a mask even though he still does work for them. Just know there is a possibility your vehicle can have exposure to covid 19 even after cleaning has been done, due to this worker repairing windows after they have been cleaned. Also check your vehicles before you leave they have a bad habit of leaving certain things in hidden spots, some workers are too lazy to check properly. I have already contacted care@enterprise and got no response, the reason for 2 stars is due to covid 19 policy otherwise would give 4 stars.

Ive never had a bad experience with this location. The staff is always super friendly whenever Im renting for work or vacation.

This is only a preliminary rating. It could go up or down depending on my next contact. The customer service rep was very efficient and pleasant. Answered my questions and proceeded to book my appointment with no problems. I will complete this evaluation next Thursday Nov 5th.

After being presented with a dirty car and complaining about the situation, Enterprise Rent-A-Car employee immediately found another vehicle that met my leads and proceeded to clean it inside and out. Unfortunately the vehicle was not gassed up but was kind enough to waive the fuel and told me to bring it in empty with no charge, which I really appreciated. The vehicle was the perfect size and accommodated myself and my spouse to our journey, was very fuel efficient and very comfortable. I would like to thank Enterprise Rent-A-Car and its employees for their diligent service during this difficult Covid-19 situation and for wearing a mask and implementing social distancing measures.

I rented a small suv to travel to a funeral had to have it for 2 weeks originally wasnt expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the new enhanced cleaning done to the vehicle. As well as the very reasonable rates it cost me less for the vehicle than it would have been to fly and I was able to sight see while enjoying my trip

Dont care about customer. RESERVED a COMPACT SUV for noon on 06/18. Called to inform them that I was running a little late. Representative told me that they only had a TAHOE available. I informed them that I DID NOT want a TAHOE. I wasnt looking to spend more for gas than the daily rental so why would I want such a gas guzzler. I was then informed that they had a COMPASS that would be available however it needed to be cleaned and wouldnt be ready until 1:30 PM. I told them YES, I would take the Compass. I show up at 1:30 PM and am told by a representative that someone had RENTED the Compass and all they had left was a Tahoe. This was the SECOND time in 2 weeks that they screwed me over. I would never use them again. I dont care if I have to drive to another city to get a rental, I refuse to get taken advantage of again by these people.

I booked my rental last minute and wasnt sure anything would actually be available. They made it happen and at a decent price. I extended my rental twice with no problems and received my full deposit within 24 hours of returning. Yay Enterprise! You guys rock!!

Expensive. Car for one day from Sierra Vista to Tucson International was $119 which included a $50 drop off fee?! Enterprise is the only national car rental available in Sierra Vista so for them ripping off the customer is appropriate. Additionally, the door jams of the car were full of dirt and the person checking the car out to me, in Sierra Vista, was impersonal and standoffish. Over all, weird vibe and highway robbery.

Everytime time I come here they help me get my reservation done in a timely manner so I can get on the road on schedule. I travel back and forth so my daughter can visit her family every moment she gets on my days off. Enterprise has made it possible to safely travel to see them. I look forward to my next rental because of how great u handle customers and having everything ready and in order. Much appreciated. Your doing great. Keep up the great work.

Vechiles are always clean in great working conditions. This last time I ask for a compact which was unavailable so they upgrade me to a full size sedan for the same price. Enterprise is the only car rental business I will do business with.

I normally get great customer service at locations that I have been to in the past, in different states. For some reason, the customer service was horrible at the Sierra Vista location. I watch the manager treat a customer before with care as he dealt with them. I was treated differently, for some reason, by another rep. I went to them, said that I had a reservation and they confirmed the information. I then gave my name and my driver’s license, which was out of state. When it was time to pay, I was promptly told that I could not rent a car using a debit card. I explained that I select debt card for the payment that I was going to use, when I reserved the car via Expedia. The rep made it seem like that did not matter. I also, mentioned that I used a debt card to rent a vehicle within the last couple of months. He said that the person was probably fired and that they are now trying to adhere to how things are supposed to be. He did not give me any other options and said that he was sorry. I was confused by what I was being told. I stepped outside to call the Enterprise customer service number about it. Long story short, the rep (on the phone) helped me. He told me my options with using a debit card and out of states license. I was looking at the site, at the same time and it too mentioned that this may be required. He let me know because I was in the military, I should be able to just show my military ID. I asked him to call the location that I was at and he did. He let me know that they required that I show the military ID and proof of residency. I thought this was odd because normally car rentals around military bases know that soldiers will tend to have out of state IDs but I presented what I was told when I went back inside. This time the manager checked me in. I was asked for more information, as though I was filling out a job application. I was asked for three references, where I worked, my boss’s name and number, my unit’s name, and my job title. Also, not checked in with the care like the other customer. Nothing was really explained to me when I was signing for the car like the prepaid gas or the insurance. He kind of just told me to sign the different areas. I thought the whole experience was very odd and if it was not the only car rental that I knew of (in the small town) I would have left. I am not sure if I was treated different there because I was a black woman and the other customer was a white man or what. I would not normally think this way but it seemed like the people there did not trust me to rent a car from them, when as I told that I have used this company multiple times in the past. I did not understand being treated so horribly at the Sierra Vista, AZ location.

I only rent a car three or four times a year, but I am always treated as a valued customer. Vehicles have been in perfect condition and all performed flawlessly for each rental period.

The office is clean and well-lit, and the staff was very polite, even though they were pretty busy. It isnt useful to comment on car availability, since that depends on the number of reservations and walk-ins. Overall, in my experience, Enterprise does a decent job of fulfilling reservations. The staff at this location takes pride with clean and ready vehicles, and I absolutely recommend them.

I had a rental car from National (sister company to Enterprise) that had mechanical issues and had to be towed. Somewhere between National Roadside Assist, AAA, and the local towing company, the paperwork got put to the side and never reported, and the car sat in the local towing companys lot. The Assistant Manager Monica spent an hour and a half making calls and finally tracking down the vehicle (since i didnt think to grab any info from the towing company or AAA) so that she could make the trade for me. She did excellent work, and i will definitely recommend this store in the future. Thanks

I rented a van for two weeks and was very surprised at the excellent service I received from Ryan, the manager at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Sierra Vista, AZ location.The van was ready at the time I needed it, spotlessly clean both inside and outside, with gas and ready to go! Ryan took the time to explain the many features of the new van and answered all the questions I had about the rental. Outstanding!Even returning the van was hassle-free! As I drove into the rental location Ryan met me, greeted me, checked out the van and I was out the door in less than 3 minutes! Excellent customer service!And the price to rent the van was much cheaper than any of the other car rental agencies I checked. Go Enterprise!

After breaking down at night on the side of the road 4 miles outside of Bisbee, I want sure how the heck I was getting back to Chandler. Once coming up with a plan the next morning I called enterprise and was lucky enough to get Mia on the phone. She was amazing! She went above and beyond on the phone helping me figure things out. When I was finally able to get to the location Mia was there. She helped me out in the kindest most efficient way. She made such a crazy start to the weekend so much better. I have been in customer service for 20 years and Mia was worth more than 5 stars. Thank you Mia for turning our weekend around! I hope you get the recognition you deserve. Youre awesome!!!!

The Enterprise rental car center in Sierra Vista is the best rental car place I’ve experienced in 30+ years of renting cars. Monica and Mia are top-notch business people. Enterprise Is extremely fortunate to have them in their employ. I highly recommend this Enterprise office to anyone doing business or pleasure in the Southern AZ area.

Good fast friendly service. Seems prices change daily. Finally came to a reasonable daily rate one week after returning the car. Was informed I would receive a return call after the agent talked to the mgr. Never got a return call. Price was adjusted correctly.

I worked with Marissa and she was a blessing sent from God. After toiling with roadside assistance for an entire day, Marissa went above and beyond I help me out. Kindness goes a long way.

Monica was awesome! She was super helpful and friendly. I waited about an hour to get my reservation fulfilled because they didnt have a car for me (I kinda blame the website, because it let me make a reservation for 12 on a Sunday, which I later found out is when they closed, so I had to get there early). But because I waited so long, Monica upgraded the car with no charge. The vehicle was amazing, and I will definitely be coming here for my next rental.

Enterprise is always professional and ready with a vehicle when I need one. Occasionally I will rent for pleasure because I dont want added miles on my car or we just need an additional vehicle because we are all going in different directions. Always efficient and low cost.

The guy who helped me was super nice. I forgot to bring my wallet when he picked me up, and didnt realize it until we were at the store. He didnt give me any grief for forgetting something so essential. Instead, he made the entire experience quick and easy by grabbing a tablet and completing the transaction at my home. Id definitely use these guys again if I need a rental.

MINUS FIVE STARS!!!!!If you must rent a car from here, Please choose the right insurance option. We didnt and someone bumped into the back of the rental and scratched the surface of the bumper. The repair, (touch-up paint), cost almost $1000. Out of my own pocket. They didnt care that my wife is disabled or that we barely exist on a fixed income. I give them minus 5 stars

The Sierra Vista Enterprise is always a pleasure to work with. The Tucson Airport one is hit or miss. The cars have a tendency not to be washed thoroughly.

Great service. Very convenient that their closing time is 30 minutes after Jack Furriers as a vehicle repair necessitated my car rental. Possible improvement - Need to stock more large vehicles like minivans.

Fantastic on site service, quick, knowledgeable, courteous. Precise bill, vehicle was pristine and worry free...just what a grandmother plus two year old grandson in tow needed! Honored my reservation despite late arrival and late drop off. Call first, very personal service, person I spoke to a week in advance was the person who had my rental ready for me and waved goodbye.

So setting up a reservation is easy. We reserved a mini van 3 weeks in advance. We show up for our 9 am pick up and that’s when all went down hill! We were told we couldn’t pay for it with a debt card. And then we’re told the van was not ready but they had an suv. We told them no we wanted the van. So they said have a seat and it’s being detailed now and wouldnt take long. While sitting there several people came in. The first set were helped and told they could pay for theirs with a debt after we were told they don’t accept debt cards. The next couple that came I had rented a luxury car and were told they had to speak to the manager because yet again there was an issue. The third person that came in behind us was told his vehicle was not there either and that he would be getting a double up grade into an suv. Well 20 min went by and our van comes out. We go to inspect it and it’s still trashed inside! We waited 20 min for them to clean it all for it to not be cleaned. But they did fill the tank for us and put it as empty. We we get home and the van says it’s about 200 miles from next oil change....we are driving a few thousand! Well now we are sitting on the side of the road...the van did not come with a spare! So we have to wait for a tow truck, extend out the contract till we get a new tire just to make it home! All because this location does not care for the vehicles! And nothing is open today because it’s Christmas! I seriously would not recommend this place. First time I have ever rented a car and it will be the last.Update: while returning our van we got our situation handled and Monica took great care of us. Would come back.

I travel frequently and the customer service I get here (even with a couple of mixups and misunderstandings that have come up) is seriously the best I’ve received while ever renting a car. The staff is super helpful and they’re more than happy to educate people on how everything works and they’re really accommodating to your needs, schedule and budget. Within reason, of course. If you’re renting a car in the Cochise county area, I’d highly recommend this place.

I always get great service from this branch. Anthony D, Pam, Monica, and Anthony Z, are the best. It can get pretty busy there, and everyone is still friendly and helpful. They will do their best to get the vehicle I need, and have not disappointed me. Thank you so much for the hard work you do.

My experience with Enterprise Rent-a-Car was a success. We got from point A to point B without a hitch. Vehicle was easy driving, clean, comfortable, and the price was right. All in all, my family and I had a good, good day. Thank you for your excellent service.

I arrived already having a reservation. I was initially greeted and helped well, but thats about it for the positive side of the house. I was told that whatever car had been reserved for me was no longer available, and the only option was to downgrade my rental car. Not a huge deal, but the car they set me up with wasnt even ready. I had to wait for it to get washed and cleaned. Then I had to wait for one of the employees to drive it around so it would be dry. The employee took it to a store and bought sodas instead of doing his job. Hes lucky Im not his boss. Finally, when it got back, the representative who was helping me left and I was set up with a different representative like a second rate customer. I waited for 40 minutes in their store. During the time I waited, three other people (two of which didnt have reservations) received cars and were on there way in 10 minutes. This was a terrible rental care experience and I would never recommend them to anyone.I upgraded my review to 3 stars. The back end when turning in the vehicle went quickly, and I received promise of future comp if I use the company again. Well see how that goes.

Amazing staff and amazing place to rent a car. They are a very awesome team, quick and easy and also never have also problem with this place! I love it.

My husband went here yesterday, we reserved a truck so he could move back to Mesa. He got there and they started asking him, where he worked, if they could see a pay stub or a lease agreement. They have zero right to ask this. Its not anywhere online or in any other store because believe me, I called every enterprise I could. They looked at my husband and profiled him. He has a beard, long hair, tattoos. They judged him the second they walked in there assuming he couldnt pay. Jokes on you. I have told everyone I know what a joke your business is.

This establishment is excellent. Every single person I interact with is always courteous and goes to great lengths to accommodate me and my family. Making sure we get the right vehicle for our needs. I always go here as they are the best.

Monica at Enterprise is awesome. She was very patient with my payment difficulties and made sure that everything was good to go. The great customer service is why I always go to Enterprise instead of the other place. Ill pay more if I have to...but I never have to! Thanks Monica!

Haden was sensitive to what I needed and made himself available to show me every option. He did not rush me at all. I appreciated that.

The staff at the Sierra Vista, AZ location is excellent. They will make sure your rental experience is quick and hassle free. The only downside of this location is way too small and not enough vehicles on hand. I look forward to my next visit.

This enterprise locations is one of the best stores I have been too. The staff is always friendly and accommodating dressing any needs that come up rofessionalle, efficiently and with a smile. I have been renting a car on a monthly basis and every time I go into the store, it is the same grea service and wonderful staff! The prices for renting are great too, I highly recommend this enterprise location!

All of the staff are very nice and of course they have great cars at good prices. This particular location does not have a very good parking lot, though. Not that thats a gigantic issue.
