I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to in this instance. Troy at PDR did an amazing job taking some dings, dents, and paint issues out of the side of my truck. Got me in quick and fixed everything fast and better than I was expecting. I saw the truck and thought it looked great, but Troy still saw some minor imperfections and took the time to ensure that everything looked flawless. Can’t recommend enough.

Pro Dent Relief truly delivered and made my 2014 Beetle R-line looking like the day I bought it.... flawless. I had dents on my hood, two on my door and a hard to get dent in the rear fender where a stick wrapped around my tire and tweaked it. Troy the owner/car guru was great to work with and even did some touch up paint. His friendly and approachable manner really made the experience delightful. He even took the time to take me home when I dropped off my car at his location which was stored inside his shop. I had gone to Tucson to get several estimates and he hands down beat them and aside from that, I am proud to keep the business local. No doubt, hes going to work on my Ram truck next!!! Oh, and he was quick.

Troy is amazing! He saved me from having to face my husband with the dent I put in the tailgate AND removed all the dents down the sides from people hitting it with their car doors, and at a super fair price! Also, during that repair he automatically did a quote for me for all the hail damage and after submitting to our insurance (who approved) he removed approximately $5000 worth of hail damage! Troy is super friendly and his customer service is impeccable. He even buffed out a few scratches for me and made some of my touch ups look more presentable. He was also very quick with the repair which is a huge plus! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know!

Troy is a master of PDR! He took about 8 dents out of my 2008 BMW 335i, one of which was above the left rear fender and I had assumed that I would have to live with it forever. Fortunately he was able to make the dent virtually disappear, the body now looks 100% better! Troy was very prompt in meeting with me to provide me with a quote, and was able to complete the work within a very reasonable time (he got my vehicle back to me sooner than estimated). All interactions were very pleasant as Troy seems to be a very professional, honest and friendly individual. I highly recommend his services and will be bringing him more work in the future!

Troy is a stand up guy. I brought my vehicle to him after I messed up some molding repair. He took the time to help to disassemble it, clean up my mess and then went into teaching me how to fix it correctly. He spent almost an hour with me and didnt charge me a dime. Car had a couple of dents that I didn’t think would come out without going to a body shop. Troy was able to get them out and touched up the paint. The car looks amazing now, you can’t even tell where they were now. His prices are great and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a few dings or dents removed.

I asked the shop, Body Repair, for an estimate toady to repair a huge hail-like divot in the quarter panel. There was a crease also. The shop said it would be over 1000K if they did it, but offered to call over Pro Dent Relief. Within minutes, the owner came bounding across the parking lot on foot. The way he walked up with a big grin reminded me of the show PAWN STARS when Rick Harrison calls the expert in to give an estimate on a special guitar or military vehicle. Here he comes-he checks out the car at 1230 pm and says he can do it at 4 pm for 175.00. Yes! I pay in advance because this is someone you would naturally trust! At 4 pm I show up at his Sierra Vista garage. By 520 PM the car is done-even some spots I didnt ask for in the price were done. Great guy, top-grade work, friendly personality took away a nasty dent and left me relieved --he took away the dent for cents! Check him out..send in photos for an effortless estimate. You will not be sorry, believe me. My lucky day today..YUP...

Went to Troy’s shop and showed him the dents in my truck, he knew what needed to be done and gave me a quote. Then he wanted to try another process just to see if the dents would come out. After a bit using the alternate process, the dents came out to my liking. He saved me time and money. Very professional and solid guy, I highly recommend!

I had Pro Dent Relief remove several small dents from the doors and hood on my Volvo sedan. The whole process was painless and the results were perfect. Troy gave me a quote on the spot and it took a few hours to do the work the following week. He graciously removed a few other dings and buffed out some scuffs free of charge. Hes also got a tidy waiting area if you need to wait for a ride. I wish getting work done on my car were always this easy!

Great work!!! Ive had two dents repaired by Troy in the last year and he has done quality work both times. You would never know by looking at my rear passenger door that it was hit by a rogue shopping cart leaving a 3-4 inch dent. Another dent in a tricky spot due to the curve of the front fender came out better than I could have hoped. I would use Pro Dent Relief again if needed.
