I came to you as it was highly recommended & closer to me. Ive never been in an accident in my 64 yrs of life so didnt know I had to contact immediately. My car was totalled, suffer neck tissue damage & been suffering ptsd trauma. Her insurance has been off putting so I needed assistance. Your company denied assistance after using my phone minutes I cant afford. Ill be telling to ignore your ads/commercials. They are not true. False advertising...Wont waste my time anymore with you. If your bones aren’t broken don’t waste your time is what this lady basically said when I came in. If she would’ve allowed me to make an appointment my case is settled but I wanted paid legal advice to read over settlement.

My husband contacted Goldberg & Osborne on behalf of our son who was involved in an accident. We were referred by a family member and also because the numerous advertisements weve seen on television. We had a scheduled appointment to meet with Mr. Diamond and we received a call the day before from Tina saying they would need to cancel. But from the conversation I had with her it seemed they werent very interested in taking my sons case. She kept telling me I seemed like I was in control of the situation. And the insurance seemed like they were willing to take fault. I asked Tina if they only took severe cases. Because I could tell she seemed reluctant. I didnt want to have to have to deal with the insurance companies as we all know how they can be. But since they didnt seem interested in my business I will definitely look for someone else.
