Though they occasionally get real busy and the wait time can approach an hour, they are often early or on time. I consider Slicks to be the best shuttle service overall, the drivers are always helpful and polite. I have no complaints about their service, other than occasionally taking longer to pick me up than expected, however this happens with every shuttle service, I feel that overall Slicks is better than the others at being on time. They said I was called but my phone showed no calls from slicks? And when I called from my girls phone they totally shut us down? First service was awesome second sucked totally a@#. The second service is were it really counted but slicks failed badly.

I would advise others to find a driving service that doesnt break the law. This morning I saw a driver who was an older woman on 7th st. She was in a turn lane and was talking on her cell phone holding it to her ear. In the other hand she held a cigarette as she made a turn one handed. This is complete disregard to human life! It was near a school even. I would not want to put any of these people in control of my life by getting in their van!

Their drivers never wear masks and the last I took a ride with them i had to wait 4 hours for a driver and he was rude

I mean I checked on my ride and she said “the you just called for” like I didn’t ask for you to humor me just seeing if my rides still coming

This morning was the last straw. I called early to schedule a pickup so I could be to work on time. Was told by the dispatcher to call when I was ready. Called back about15 minutes later was told they’d send a driver right over. 13 minutes later called back to check on the status of my driver, same dispatcher that told me to call back when ready faked being able to hear me and hung up on me. A third call back and was told they check on the driver.Driver pulled up as I was on the phone. Driver was pleasant asked how my morning was, when I advised her I was now late for work due to the dispatcher she said ride was on her. I paid for the ride and tipped the driver as I wasn’t going to have her penalized for the dispatchers mistake. Also said I’d no longer use their service. She stated she’s tell her boss. I doubt that will do any good as it’s obvious the ownership couldn’t care less about how his dispatchers treat the guests.

Vehicles are in terrible condition. Zero covid precautions. Driving all over picking up other people. This business is a joke. Should be illegal. Cant believe I paid 75 dollars for a shuttle.

The ride was cheaper than youd find through lyft. The driver was on time and courteous. I will definitely use this service as my first choice taxi in the Sierra vista area.Very well done

Dispatch hung up twice on us. Third time on phone “Supervisor” was rude. Driver did several things that would cause you to get a ticket, including passing in a No Passing Zone.Stay away. Stay far away.

Some drivers chain smoke in cab with windows down blowing hot air in summer. No call back to tell me that they wouldnt serve me because I am 64 yo. Had a difficult time after getting out of the hospital and lost my wallet in hospital. I am paying Slicks off payday. The lady driver, young and one older who help with the door are nice, Fluffy is nice, but older gentlemen has no empathy. I was discriminated against because I was getting aura before a seizure and was left out in the heat at Sallys beauty store. No one told me that they dont service people of 65 years. I am 64. Hopefully none treats the old gentleman like I was treated! Call the other taxi if you have any illnesses! Payday will be the last dealings I have to do with him! His cab reels of cigarettes!

Dispatch and drivers are very rude. Waited over 45 minutes for a driver. When I called to cancel I was told driver is on site. Lies. Was standing outside the whole time never saw the disgusting van pull up. After I said I do not see any cab at my location was told I could no longer use the cab company. What a joke. Use the other cab service. The first time I used them the old guy pulls up and watches me while I load my groceries no help but he wanted to say I see you like soda? Really? Okay we pull up to my home and he sits in the driver seat and watches while I unload the food. Meanwhile another cab fair walks up and gets in the passengers seat while Im still unloading .. This cab company is a joke.

Service from most dispatchers and drivers varies from rude and unprofessional to incompetant and dangerous. Cabs are mostly filthy and in need of repairs, most without working a/c. As if that isn,t enough to make you call another company., Slicks proudly and without shame practices descrimination.

There is always smoke inside the car. I am riding with the guy with the black cowboy hat currently and I am about to lose it. I called for a ride at 11:20am and I got picked up at 12:00. This would be fine if the ride was better, but as I said they smoke like crazy. Or specifically this driver but still this is very disrespectful. I really hope they fix their habits.

Yeah the driver is very rude that pucked me up on top of that they were vaping.the driver was very rude and ignored me as i tried to give her directions on how to get were i had to go i give them 1 star only because i have respect for slicks other rhan rhat forget rude ignorant qoman.

I called them at 9:15pm and they told me that the driver was 10 min away from me. I waited until 9:35 to call them again and the guy said the driver was on his way still. I got tired of waiting. I called to cancel the service at 9:50pm and the lady said she sent the driver to the next person. She allegedly said that the driver was sitting there waiting for me. I was at the entrance of the apartment complex and no slicks shuttle came. They made me wait at the entrance of the apartment complex since i called the first time. I’ve never had an issue like that with this service. Im very disappointed.

Drivers take too long to get to the destination picking everyone else up along the way. In that case I’ll just catch the bus and it’s cheaper.

This is an inexpensive shuttle service so not fancy whatsoever. BUT, the staff is friendly, quick and are useful absent the negative chitterchatter so many use to converse.

The service seems pretty good but if you go into the office it is filled with cigarette smoke and my clothes were completely covered and smelled like smoke after only a few minutes in the office. It took a while to get the passes I was buying because there was only one person working in the office but she was very friendly and helpful. She was also the dispatcher for the shuttles and answered the phone calls of people who needed a ride.

They are very nice people but one time I had just gotten off work at like 11:30 at night.I called them and they said they would send a driver. 10_15 mins later they called me and they said they would be pulling up in a few mins. Im like ok thanks. 10_15 more mins I call and they say they are working a situation out. Im like ok. Another 10_20 mins later I call again and they say they are sending another driver. 5_10 mins later finally they show up at 12:20am

Main dispatcher (female) is extremely rude, most of the drivers are courteous though. Drivers smoking hasn’t been a major issue, most aren’t when I’ve called for a ride. Besides the dispatcher, the biggest issue is that even for a time call (scheduled pickup) they’re 30min to 2hrs late every time. If you want to be somewhere on time, call 2hrs in advance, or walk. Better to be early, than so late you get a write up.

Slicks Shuttle is the lowest cost flat rate ride in Sierra Vista and surrounding areas. $5 anywhere in Sierra Vista. 24 hour service.They do have non smoking Drivers and you may be able to catch one on shift.

Any cab service that can potentially have a customer wait for thirty minutes to any number of hours before a cab arrives should either be free of charge or not exist. The only reason Im giving one star instead of zero is because they have showed up on time before, but most of the time they dont, especially in the morning. There are other issues that reviewers have already mentioned, but wait time is the biggest one. You cant have a transportation service that is inconsistent with picking people up and/or getting them to their destination in a timely manner.

Rude and unaccommodating customer service. Town is so small, yet driver has taken an hour to get to me. I wouldnt recommend them if you have to be somewhere a certain time.

I have done nothing but hand over cash to these people they seem nice on the surface but I moved into a big house behind their dispatch Center. I called a few hours ago needing to go to Walmart I am a police officers daughter and owe a driver therename Cisco $11 but I gave the owner $20 for a $6 ride the other day and they would not take me to Walmart I walked by yesterday and saw a lady walking in with a handful of scratcher lottery tickets I have no coffee or sugar in my house because I paid a lot for the rent deposit and deposit for electric and gas therefore as far as Im concerned Im done with them and the owner can give Cisco his $11

Best shuttle service in town! Vet owned and operated too, good honest service! Plus they offer a service no other taxi/shuttle does.. they drive you and your car home from the bar! Just awesome people all the way around! And yes most of their drivers do smoke but if you dont like it, then they have no problem putting out that ciggarette. I just love love love SLICKS, only shuttle in town that I will take! Just $5 anywhere in sierra vista city limits too!!!

I was just driving from the SV mall to my office (yes I own Huachuca Shuttle), but the Driver in a slicks grey Dodge Grand Caravan full of soldiers drove so cautious and noticeably professional! Nice to see a great driver on the roads! He should get recognition for his driving :) I called dispatch to tell her and she was nice and will relay the compliments to the owner...

Very very very disappointing. Depending on a cab for two full weeks while going through car repairs has certainly revealed a lot of horrible tendencies with this company. Drivers smoke and cuss freely in the vehicles and have trash everywhere. In two weeks and over a dozen rides, i have only been appreciative of two drivers that take your needs into consideration. I have waited as long as 40 minutes for a ride and sad they do not take more pride in professionalism!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used it last night, July 28th, to go from Sierra Vista Extended Stay to the VFW, a 1.6 mile trip and Rita charged us $18. She stated that if we called her specifically when we needed to get back home, she would only charge $10. We called her from the Horned Toad where 2 others also got in the cab. When we got to the 1st destination to drop the female off on 3rd street the female in the cab attacked Rita from behind and I was able to block the punches and kicks that were being sent Ritas way because I was in the front passenger seat but Rita crashed the van into an RV parked on the street. She reversed to allow me to get out and yank the lady out of the van. My mother and wife were in the back of the van and were assisting in trying to get the lady out as well. My wife subdued major bruises to the back of her arm during this time. After an hour of dealing with all the drama and giving statements to the police leading to the womens arrest, were finally able to leave and thats when were told that the reason for the attack was because Rita had beaten up the ladies daughter not long ago. After about an hour and a half after being picked up we finally arrived at our destination where Rita called in and asked if the cab fare could be on the house due to all the drama and wasted time and this SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPANY said no and that we still had to pay!!! We were so disgusted with this company that we called in today to get a refund and even texted a picture of my wifes blackened arm, that happened protecting the driver, to the nice lady that was working. She then called the manager and showed the manager the pictures. THIS PIECE OF TRASH HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!!! I am completely disgusted with this ignorant, sorry excuse of a company and I REALLY hope to meet the manager face to face to discuss this issue!!! Horrible! Called at 525 this am and its 604 am and Im still waiting, thanks to them Im now running late when I called in enough time for them to get to me, Why would you have only have 1 driver ? Maybe for a town of 20 but not for Sierra Vista, I dont recommend at all! Unless your not in a hurry and dont care waiting for forever for the shuttle to come ! Last time Im ever calling them and I wouldnt refer them to anyone either !

3 times now they have been way late. First time was an hour 2nd was 30 min n 3rd time was 40 min. Take my advice and pay the extra money and use any other cab or walk its faster

Terrible service. Cab passed the pickup spot twice and never stopped. 30 minutes later we call back and the lady who answered the phone was RUDE! Said the cab driver stopped and went to the office of the building that was set for the pickup spot and said it was closed, but it wasnt, actually still open as Im standing here writing this.. driver never stopped and went to the office like they say they did. Was told theyll send out another driver but its going to be a long wait again.

Im a driver/owners daughter. No we do not smoke in the vans anymore, The wait time issue has been somewhat solved, we have more vans, and more drivers... Im am very sad to see these reviews that have been left. It sucks because Slicks is the most affordable and available cab service in town but screw that! For starters, the drivers have to work 12 hour shifts. idk about you but after 12 hrs of driving I am so exhausted that I cant even think. It isnt safe at all. 2nd The dispatcher likes to be a rude ass sometimes and on more than one occasion they never came to pick me up so I was late to important meetings, I called to find out the lady didnt even let them know I needed a cab. 3rd IT IS NOT OKAY to smoke inside the vehicle while there are customers in it. They dont even care. I have kids. One happens to be allergic to cigg smoke and they didnt even ask if it was okay to be smoking around my kids. What makes matters worse is they leave the damn windows all the way up when they are doing it and they rfuse to turn on the air conditioner. 4th some of them should find a different career path or Slicks should make them pass a driving test before being hired because some of them drive so poorly I almost puked from being car sick and scared for my life. Bad shuttle service! hIghly recommend Huachuca Shuttle! The dispatcher is Garbage she lies and sayd they are comjng through the gate and then 10 minutes later no answer and I get forwarded to voicemail. One of their cars also caught on fire the other day because it was garbage just like their garbage dispatchers.
