My tire blew out on the interstate 2 hours away from home, and then my lug nut wrench broke trying to get the tire off. B&B Truck&Auto saved my family right on the interstate! They came out quick, got my donut on so I could follow them to their shop, and then got a new tire on my car in no time at all! They also aired up all my other tires and my donut, and even gave me a new 4 way wrench! They were EXTREMELY kind and SUPER fast and efficient! They truly saved the day! This was my first time ever blowing a tire, and being stuck on the side of the interstate with cars ZOOMING by with seemingly NO cares at all for my familys safety was a scary experience! B&B Truck&Auto made my family and I feel safe and cared for from the time they answered the phone up until they got us back on the road home! I could not have asked for better service!! They helped us on a Sunday afternoon after a tire blew on the highway. Gave us accurate address to drive to after we called explaining our situation. Had us a new tire on within 10 minutes of arriving. Charged a minimum fee but even took less than what he asked for because it was all we had in cash. Once we left, he texted us directions to the highway. Great experience, even better people.

So I blew a tire on the express way on my way through Ohio. I called them up and they were able to fix me right up. Quick, nice and inexpensive! If I need help in Ohio again with my tires this is where I am going! Definitely a good experience!

Met us there on a Sunday so we could get what we needed. Walked us around and let us pick and choose what we wanted. Super friendly, great experience! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!!

This man is amazing. I don’t know anywhere else that would come out at 11pm on a Sunday night to help someone! He fixed a blown tire in no time. I was stuck 3 hours from home with 2 puppy’s and a toddler. I’m so thankful for this place!!!

A close friend calls out of the blue, lets me know his son was in my area, but was in trouble could I help him out? Well, sure as a skunk stinks, I got myself together, drove the 5mins down the road, and sure enough there my friends boy was stuck. Got the rim off, loaded into my suv, and off to B&B we went. Come to find out as the son called around no one had the size tire we needed, but then once he spoke to B&B on the phone, they had it, and would be more than willing to help us out to head there way. Once we arrived we were greeted with respect, we let them know it was us that had called, and the gentleman asked for the rim, and off he went to get us taken care of. In a short time he was back with the new tire on the rim, and put it in my vehicle to save us the trouble. Doing so allowed me to ask a few things with whom seemed to be the man in charge, at least was at the time, but I asked if they sell specific things off the property, then received the answer I love to hear, and thats, Sir, everything on the property is for sale. If you would like to come back anytime we are open to look around your more than welcome to. I thanked him and the man who helped us as we turned to leave, and wished them a good evening, they did the same. Well-mannered and down to earth couple of guys, will recommend to anyone, and I will be back soon to take that walk to look around very soon. Thanks again for the help.

New Year’s Eve at 8pm, unfamiliar with the area started to to frantically try to find help looking for an odd trailer tire no one had or find. Thankfully b&b answered and in the middle of a holiday while freezing outside was able to get a tire and put it on the rim. Couldn’t have made it home without.

I purchased a rear differential from this business. I was happy enough with the part..with the exception that they had switched the rear axles to make it work for what I needed and didnt bother to tell me. Upon starting the job of replacing my unit it became evident that this had occured. I called the owner and he refused to do anything other than let me bring the unit back (3 hour trip) but offered no apologies or help with money off for my trouble. I would not use this business based on the fact of them not being honest about what they are selling.

Awesome family owned business. Thought we needed new rear brakes. But after inspection the brakes just needed cleaned out. They were kind enough to not charge us and got us back on the road. Looking forward to going back for more services.

I was on my way to Alabama and had just picked up some tires. I had caught a screw in my front passenger tire and I went to two different places that said they couldn’t put my tires on. This is at 7:30 pm and I’m basically riding on a flat. I found these people (Steve & sherry). They answered the phone right away, when I pulled up they were extremely friendly and helped me out very fast. They put my wheel spacers and bigger tires on no problem. Had me up and rolling in an hour and a half. Could not thank them enough. A rating out of 10, mine would be a 15. They helped me out tremendously when no one would and very reasonably priced. For me being no where I knew, I’m extremely happy I stumbled upon them. I 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to know! Very nice people and fun to have a conversation with! He will only pay you what he has to. He isnt honest about prices, and if you dont know how much cash u should get for your product ( in my case catalytic converter), dont trust his offer check for up to date prices first.

Stopped to get four tires removed from their rims. He dropped what he was doing, removed the tires, and didn’t charge me a dime. Recommend this business to anyone.

These people are life savers!!!! We broke down on the highway with 2 flat tires and and they came and changed both of our tires in a matter of 10 minutes! It was rainy and cold and my family and i would have been stuck on the side of the road or paying hundreds of dollars for tow trucks/repairs etc. I cannot say enough how grateful i am for this company. So thankful!

Friday night November 9, 2018 I had a flat tire on I-75 Sidney Ohio at 9pm and i found these SuperSonic people who answered their phone and said sure we can help you!! What a relief to find someone this late at night to help out. Steve had me back on the road in less than an hour from initially calling.
