Incredible customer service. I was blown away by their friendliness and expertise. From the first moment I entered I was treated like my business mattered to them and they did everything they could to make sure I had a great experience. They didn’t push me into purchasing anything. They just gave me their honest recommendations and showed me exactly how to use their products.

I always stop here first before I even think about going to the big box stores because I support small businesses. Most of the time I dont even need to go to the big box stores because Papas has it, and the service is excellent. They have a good size store and plenty of parking.

I am glad to have this type of hardware store in town - Rockys Ace hardware is small and close as well but theyll never match the service of Papas since I believe its family operated. People at Ace just look at the aisle markers to help you like one already does when they cannot find something.Very personal service - I was in a huge rush today and they found what I needed out of the thousands of screws and nuts very quickly.I recommend everyone support this place or we wont have great places like this.

Well stocked hardware store. Good old fashioned service. Neat and orderly selection of whatever it seems a household would need.Free popcorn too! It is in my neighborhoo so I love the convenience.He makes keys so I will go there now for any keys I need.The store was much bigger than I thought. I was very impressed with the selection and inventory available.

Papas Hardware is the place to go. The staff is knowledgeable and they stock a wide variety of items. If they dont stock it, they can order it for you and it arrives quickly. I have bought paint and painting supplies, lawn supplies, misc tools, light bulbs and even had them help me replace a broken single pane window on Saturday at 3 PM. The prices are very competitive. They are a local family owned business so shop local - you will be glad you did.

Great local hardware store that carries everything you would need and then some.

A bit dissatisfied. I called to ask if they cut glass. The person on the phone said yes. When I got there, another woman said they wouldnt be added to get to it until the next day. There was no one else in the store. So they were eitherto busy, or they take it somewhere else to cut it. Either way, I went to Ace in Northborough.
