Returned my first call promptly and explained the process clearly. Let me know when they would be coming, and came when they said. Truck was clearly identified, and the technician was uniformed so easy to identify who they were. The technician told me what he was going to do, answered my questions, and then did his work. He let me know when he was done (less than a hour total time here!) before he left.

Some reviews say Ransfords service is a bit pricey. However, I did my research. Their local competitors cost a bit more than Ransfords. Regardless of price, who can argue with such great service? Both their answering service as well as their technicians, are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Even if those you speak to on the phone do not have an answer to your question, they will find out for you from a technician. No matter what your issue is or what questions you have, they help you.

I happen to meet their exterminator at a Gas Station in Worcester MA, and thought while we pump gas next to each other...to inquire on exterminating a property that I am purchasing soon. I go up to him kindly, with a smile, a hello, he turns around and says No I am not giving you anything didnt even ask him a single thing, dont need or want no favor from him lmfao, great social skills buddy. Who ever this guy was, should take into consideration that getting a customer is a lot harder than losing one.
