TERRIBLE Customer Service. No one is interested in calling me back on a potential Big Green Egg purchase. If they are not interested in accepting money from clients, what are they doing? I would highly recommend going with any other distributor.

Stellar experience with Ferrari purchasing and installing a hot tub at my home. From the great guy who educated us and sold the tub in a no-pressure manner, to the scheduler who organized the installation, to the great crew that efficiently built the stone platform, to the great electrician who wired the tub (all during the middle of winter)...this was a smooth buying experience. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with, communicated with me well by phone and email, and explained each and every step, including how they can help me if any questions or issues arise in the future. Highly recommended!!!

O my God! These guys are a work of art, I have tried for the last 3 years to get a quote from them w/o any success.Each time I go to their Shrewsbury store, they ask me for my contact info, so far they have done this more than 10 times, but no one follows up ever.I would strongly recommend staying away from this vendor, particularly if you’re a person of color.Horrendous business outfit!!!

Was extremely impressed with the knowledge and service provided my Mark Hunter. We purchased a hot tub in September 2019 coincident with construction of a new home in Shrewsbury. The tub was sunk into the ground to improve the aesthetic and ease of access - Mark and the folks at Ferrari coordinated with our builder for an outstanding result. We could not be happier with the tub. I strongly recommend Ferrari Pools and Mark Hunter.

The sales pitch is good while they are convincing you to get their product and service but the customer service itself is awful. They reply to my inquiry through text and email right away, answered all my questions, and of course we bought from them but after that, They horrible to get in touch with....they are very frustrating to deal with ..

June 2021 Edit** Sent a friend their way and once again the experience was stellar PRE-DEPOSIT, once they have your money you CANNOT. GET. ANY. RESPONSE. They will ignore visits, phone calls, emails, and complaints. They arent actually a pool installation company, they are a pool quote and deposit taking company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS________________________________________________________________________We used Ferrari for a pool and spa retile and resurface with Pebbletec.First, if youre trying to get work done right now (Spring 2020) just know they (and apparently every pool place) is VERY busy. It took a little bit to get started but once we did they did a fantastic job.Al and Lackey are both super knowledgeable. Diane was very pleasant and helpful but initially hard to get a hold of. Once we got started work went quickly though and looks beautiful.

Installed my pool in 1985. I had it restored 2000 with another company, they couldnt meet my time line and they just finished another restoration now, 19 years later. I had no problems at all with them other than the weather. Diane was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them for a new pool or a restoration.

Ferrari Pools & Patios did an outstanding job in making our outdoor living dreams come true! The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. Everything was on time, excellent quality (both materials and workmanship), and with no surprises. I highly recommend Ferrari Pools!

Purchased a LaZboy hot tub fromFerrari Pools and Spa in 2016. Spoke with Diane at the office. She couldn’t have been nicer.Delivery was prompt and as advertised. Went through spa tutorial and have not had an issue since last week.We had an electrical short. Called Diane and she set up her team to come fix the issue. Two gentleman came to the house and diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue. Works perfectly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try Diane and her team if you are looking to purchase a hot tub or pool. They take customer service to the next level.

Getting a hot tub has always been a dream of mine. Buying it from Ferrari Pools was the best decision ive made in a long time, maybe even ever. Not only do they have a great selection but installation, teaching you how to use it and the customer service is top notch. I have learned to measure a place by the small things. Ferrari always remember my name, which hot tub i have and they ever directed us to a great restaurant. They are the best, youll never regret it.

We are repeat customers. A couple of years ago we purchased a hot tub from them and have loved it ever since. This year we decided that we wanted to have a large patio installed in our back yard so we contacted them for a quote which we accepted. We could not be HAPPIER with the service, the quality of workmanship and the overall experience working with Ferrari Pools. They even moved the hot tub to replace the pavers that were under the tub to match what we chose for the patio pavers. They really went the extra mile to ensure everything was to our expectations- it is beyond our expectations. Thank you Diane, Jason, Keith and the rest of the crew for a job well done! You all are the BEST!

This place is Awesome!!!!!My friends call my backyard Disney World Shrewsbury!!! When I called Ferrari Pools last year, I had an idea of what I wanted but really needed the expertise of someone to lay things out and make suggestions. Jason and Diane are Amazing!! The quality of workmanship is better than what I expected. They were able to show me examples of what I wanted and made suggestions to change my ideas for the better. I have an amazing Ferrari backyard that includes a waterfall spilling into my pool with two fire bowls on either side, gas torches surrounding the outside of my property, a lower kitchen with burners, a giant grille, bar sink, and refrigerator as well as a granite bar seating area. I have an upper backyard area that includes a patio with a bar and sink and refrigerator and kegerator.I have to say that I am so glad that I listened to the suggestions of Ferrari Pools and took their advise. They truly are experts in the business and highly recommend them to create your dream.

My experience with them has been extremely positive. I definitely recommend that you at least check them out.

My husband & I are extremely grateful we chose Ferrari for our backyard oasis. Construction never goes as per plan, however the entire experience was well worth the one week delay in our completion date. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have been sending emails and calling office with no response or actions taken for 2 years since install. Tiles are falling off all over, equipment issues, coping around pool is loose and coming off already! This was a $70,000 pool. I personally had to work with all there sub contractors because Ferrari doesn’t know how to manage them. Next step is legal action. If you enjoy poor workmanship and unanswered calls then this is the company for you.

These people could care less. Terrible service... non-existent is more like like it! Our hot tub needed some repair work. Emailed service request. No response. Went to store in person but nobody there that day could (would) help. Called the following week and was told to leave message. No return call. Called twice the following week....will be there tomorrow... Nobody EVER showed up or even called! These people are AWFUL-- stay away!!!

Arrogant. Unresponsive. Expensive. Fail to return calls even to customers who have been with them many years. Very uneven results on service and sky high pricing. Next to impossible to get on the phone unless one is discussing a whole new pool.

Quick water test, fast service, and had everything that I needed to get my water crystal clear. Highly recommend.

Lousy customer service. Multiple calls no call backs. Had pool resurfaced with Pebble Tech and new tiles. Job was over 10K. Tiles fell off after 2-3 years. Terrible time getting them to warranty work. Had leak from main drain which took 2 seasons to diagnose and fix. Skimmer is still clog with what I believe is debris from tile and pebble Tech install but they cant seem to or wont fix it. Have stopped using them for any service at all.

Ive been doing business with Ferrari Pools for 15 years. Love all the people!

Do Not recommend this one, just finished September 2015, payed all full, open the pool on of April 2016, have a big issue, pipe broke under the patio pool, patio cracked and sinked about 3 inch, they are not takin any responsibility on 8 months old pool, this is not funny, please stay away from them..😡

No wonder one of the reviews says theyre arrogant. The truck driver drives around with his middle finger salute hanging out the window. Do you wanna do business with people like that. Thats probly way they the way they service their customers
