This company blows! Literally. They brought in tons of blower fans without discussing how much theyd cost. I only wanted water extraction done. Sure, why dont you bring in unnecessary equipment only to charge us more? Speaking of charges, why dont you bill us for work that you didnt do? Make sure you get everything in writing - better yet, avoid at all cost. Dont trust the sneak thief type

I have to say that your company is wonderful. When I had the flood in my kitchen your workers were at my home within a hour and a half. even though it was a Sunday. they were very professional. the water restoration department was great. After that was completed the the reconstruction team took over and worked with my insurance company to repair all the damage done by the flood. even going above and beyond. I would highly recommend your company..

Upon waking up to a ruptured hot water tank on a Saturday morning, a week after the “COVID lockdown” started, Todd promptly returned my call and got a crew out to start the clean-up within the hour. Edwin and his team showed up with masks on and followed social distancing guidelines as they worked. They did an amazing job with the cleanup and took great care of our “stuff.” They were very thorough and took care of every detail. They were courteous and professional at every turn. They even communicated directly with my insurance company to help settle the claim! I would definitely recommend Paul Davis of Worcester for emergency cleanup services!

Todd (owner/manager at our local office) and PD were great. He walked us through the process of having our bathroom repaired and dealing with the insurance company so it was easy to understand. After the work began we did have a few concerns about the quality of some of the tile work. Todd took our concerns seriously and made everything right. Our new bathroom is beautiful. The best part was PD handles everything. We had a slowly leaking pipe in our ceiling that caused mold damage. Some options we looked into would have had use coordinating 3 different contractors (tear our, remediation, build back). PD does it all and coordinated the effort behind the scene so we didnt have to do it ourselves. Very happy with the results.„

Talk about impressive!I came home from vacation to find my basement flooded and stinking to high heaven. I called Paul Davis first thing Monday morning asking for help and direction. Karen assured me that the Paul Davis team would be out shortly to help. They arrived at noon, accessed the damage and immediately started the remediation to mitigate the problem. The team was extremely professional in every respect including all covid aspects! They returned each day for the remainder of the week until our basement was completely dry and the musty smell gone. We had a great experience all around with this company. We had a flood in the basement that soaked a carpet in the finished part of the basement. I was concerned about possible mold growth and these guys came out right away and took care of everything. Came back daily for three days to make sure everything was progressing. Very fair price for the week done. Really first class all around. Would highly recommend to everyone. Great company!

Recently I had a small kitchen fire that resulted in heavy smoke damage. I tried to handle it myself and after several days realized I needed help. My insurance company contacted Paul Davis Restoration and by the next morning Todd was at my home reviewing the damage. He came back the following day (a Sunday) with air scrubbers and a Hydroxyl Air purifier. Todd was incredibly respectful to my concerns of preserving my husband’s remains and items that had great emotional value to me. He took the time to explain the process his company and workers would be doing over the next couple of weeks and worked well with my insurance company. Everyone who entered my home showed respect for my feelings and my possessions. This company is excellent. I could not have asked for anything better. Even though the experience of going through a small fire was difficult my insurance company and Paul Davis Restoration were truly a blessing during a difficult time. Came home from vacation to extensive water damage due to frozen pipes on second floor. Paul and Company were very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They clean up took 5 days and I was extremely pleased with the results. This company is top-notch and I would highly recommend them.

Our house had minor water issues in the unfinished basement, mostly in the spring, so we had Paul Davis company come in and assess the problem. Todd suggested a perimeter drain system that will collect any water that seeps in and directs it to a sump pump, which they also installed. The system works great, they had a super team of employees and we have a nice, dry basement. They also installed a dehumidifier that is connected to the sump pump, so our basement is completely dry and usable....no damp smells at all. They thoroughly cleaned the walls and floors, and painted them with a sealing paint (for cement)....all bases covered! The price was fair, and the work was done in a timely manner!

Todd and the entire PDR team were professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They helped push the insurance response as well as the recoverable depreciation. They worked with us on some upgrades we wanted to make in recovery process.

Fantastic team work to get our rooms dried out, fixed up, and put back in use!

Our insurance company assigned the Paul Davis company to address water damage in our house this summer, and we are thrilled with the way they worked with us to get everything put right. Within hours of a claim being submitted, Paul Davis sent representatives out to survey the damage. Within a day they had meticulously removed damaged material and exposed piping ready for plumber attention. All surroundings were carefully protected, and clean up done afterwards. We needed a really good plumber and Paul Davis recommended someone who fit the bill. We have since used this plumber for additional work and are delighted. The plumbing required for the job was extensive, and further required a lengthy wait while we ordered a new shower. We kept Paul Davis in the loop on schedule delays, and once the shower was installed and plumbing tested out for further leaks, they scheduled us in quickly to complete all the repairs to ceiling and walls, and final paintwork. Work was done spotlessly and carefully inspected before we signed off. Well done Paul Davis and staff!

I used PDR for smoke and water damage from a fire. They are the best. Other private adjusters told me I would be out of my house at least one year before claiming back occupancy but the crew at PDR was able to do this in five months. Do not go with a private adjuster. PDR is the place for you. They are professional and caring people. They worked with my insurance company and mortgage company. PDR staff kept me aware of the schedule, when, and what was happening. The President, Todd Newville would take time out of his day and come to my residence if I was having any type of issue. He is very patient, respectful, calm, professional and eases the burden of stress you are under these types of circumstances. I would recommend this company to everyone. Keep in mind the following review is for the restoration work. Also hired them as contractors to replace and update. Will add on or replace this post once that job is complete. Spoiler: they will not get five stars. In fact, a bit of a nightmare. But in the meantime, heres the restoration work review: Came home from vacation, after being up more than 24 hours traveling, to flooding damage like you see in those insurance commercials. Talk about stress. Within hours Paul Davis was on the scene, removing a dumpsters worth of damaged materials, saving what could be saved, and beginning the recovery/ repair process. Since the initial craziness, theyve acted as go-betweens with my claims folks and insurance company, and have kept me updated and in the loop about a paperwork system thats insanely complicated. Dont know how I would manage this nuttiness without them. Good people. Patient. Excellent communicators. They understand what the homeowner needs and they provide it. Im deeply grateful to be working with such competent professionals. Thank you, Todd and company!
