Nice business. They have multiple services there like faxing, using the computers to print, surf the web, whatever youd like. And print pages. You must pay to use these services. The debit card machines are right next to whatever youd like to use. And Of course shipping packages. Employees were pleasant and easy to talk with. Wasnt busy when I went in. Plenty of parking. I come here to shop all my packages.
Extremely happy I stopped by the FedEx location 77 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. This FedEx is located on Rt 9 just over the Lake Quinsigamond Bridge Kenneth F. Burns Memorial Bridge heading towards Shrewsbury. In the same Plaza as Trader Joes and Verizon.Parking is plentiful. Drive slowly this is a very popular Plaza.I so happy I chose this FedEx. I was greeted by Tim. Tim is extremely accomplished in all that FedEx has to offer. He was happy to help.I needed about 60 copies made. I walked in with all my information to be printed on a UBS Flash Drive. I know from past experience that you get better copy quality this way.I had 4 pages of info to be printed. I wanted it to be printed on both sides and stapled.Tim took charge right away. Asked for my UBS Flash Drive, then proceeded to plug it in to their computer and asked me a couple of questions. I directed him to the file that contained what I needed printed.Tim made a sample copy. It looked amazing.I went with the lowest grade white paper 8.5x11 (letter size). These were for weekly check lists that are handed in every Friday. They were perfect.Within no time at all Tim had my order ready and off I went! They accept all types of payments.On occasion I have shipped packages from this location as well. Highly recommend for all your printing and shipping needs. Say hi to Tim.
This places meets my expectations for a FEDEX Ship center. Brought a few boxes to ship out and some pre-printed labels and they gave me label pouches and even a little packing tape.They were getting a bit grouchy about people arriving right when they were closing, but given the 4 people who all showed up 3 mins before close I kind of get it.
Big tall man with beard was very impolite and didnt seem to have the patience to help me out at all. Bad customer service overall trying to ship out a package.
Big tall burly guy with beard not sure if he is the manager was extremely rude and did not want to help me. Came in with 27 different packages that needed boxes to be shipped along with the packing labels. He said they didnt have time and also that they didnt have enough boxes for those packages. I told him I didnt care if I had to pay for the boxes after he brought out the largest free box he had and he told another associate to help me. I arrived at 1:45pm so they had plenty of time before last pickup at that location. The other associate was very helpful and measured the Christmas bags for the shipment and found me the correct box. The burly guy looked at the box the other associate picked out and said I dont think its going to fit in there and rolled his eyes at the associate. The kid did get them to fit as he measured them and did have more than 27. He was about to go on lunch so I offered to pack the boxes he sold me and put the labels on them. I was there until 3pm doing so and a new associate arrived for her shift and said she could put in paper and seal them as the rude associate said he didnt have time. I have been going to this store often for work shipping as we have a lot of it and this man has always been unfriendly and rude but never uncooperative and rude to his staff. I will be going to a further location or UPS next time.
Paid for direct signature for 2 packages, shipped separately and separate transactions. The girl managed to get one right but charged me $5 for another packaged with direct signature and never added it. I needed this package direct signature as it contains highly important information and time sensitive. I shipped fedex because usps is a mess and cant get a package on time even with guaranteed. Its a shame there are such incompetent people in this world it seems no one is capable of simply listening or following direction, or taking the time to make sure something is processed correctly. All these people want is to get you in and out as quick as possible without listening to a word your saying. I had to correct her a few times. I reported this to FedEx and also the revenue team for a refund. Theres absolutely no excuse when a customer pays for direct signature and states the importance of it that you have the audacity to charge extra but not add it. Now I spent 35 minutes with customer service trying to resolve the issue to have to call back tomorrow and follow up. Thanks fed ex shrewsbury for your incompetent careless staff.

Printer couldnt print a invoice because it was sleeping, ridiculous wasted 25 mins for him to figure out its still doesnt work, got my refund wasted my time.
Whenever I need to ship something I always come here to this location. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Not only that but if I need help packaging and figuring out how I am going to ship my product they always lend me a hand no questions asked. Even amongst the virus pandemic they show up and do their job!
Very bad passport photo. The worst passport photo that i ever took. I even didnt take my photos but they charged for the low quality untaken photo. I wish could give them 0 star.
One star is too many! Unfortunately I have to put at least one. They definitely need to hire better help, or at least look at the cameras to see how this beastly woman treats people. Just wanted to make one copy, but because I used used to date her niece, I had to find somewhere else to copy of my important court document. Because of her, I almost lost custody of my daughter.. she needs to be fired and the job given to someone who cares and knows how to work with public.
Too bad that there is not 0 stars. I came here today to ship a package and this lady gave the worst attitude because I made her do the information twice which took about 5 minutes each time. I work as a nurse and I have worked in an office and had to do things multiple times but have never treated my clients with a poor attitude because of it. She even made me feel bad about myself. Understand that you will have to do things multiple times
Best and most efficient service I had yet. I walked over uncertain if they still were a location, the guy behind the counter was amazing, quick, efficient and very professional and so was the lady working too. This place was quicker than even staples. I WILL be back

Have you ever gone into a business and felt the staffs frustration? Well...I sure did yesterday at this FedEx location. I went two days prior and had excellent service. I had a pretty decent item to ship and the staff worked with me and got me in and out in record time (Honestly, this is one of the reasons why I didnt rate the store lower...). Yesterday, the gentleman who helped me was frustrated and visibly irritated before I got up to the counter. He was sarcastic with his co-workers and I knew I was in for a trip. I forgot to mention a coupon and I thought this FedEx employee was going to eat me alive. Needless to say, I ended up paying $150 to ship and pack 3 items (going to New York via FedEx Ground) and he said some of my items needed to be fragile packed and im not 100% sure I wasnt overcharged for a few things. I went back in and looking to avoid the first employee spoke with a friendlier, albeit not too helpful, secondary employee to double check my receipt. I still dont know what I paid for...but ill be reaching out to someone. I will say... my first encounter was 5 stars, but this one was a solid 2 stars. I have to go back in to ship something else so thatll be the determining factor.

The staff here is very patient and helpful. They walked me through the process of picking up a mattress and let me borrow one of their carts to move it. Overall very positive and professional experience.
I have had great experiences here until today. Service was terrible, the clerk misgenderd me, and I waited over 10 minutes for service when there were only 2 other people in the store. Will get my printing done elsewhere, where there is respect for transgender people.As it turned out, I went to Staples, just up the road on Route 9 in Shrewsbury. They treated me respectfully there. I will give them my business from now on.
I had 2 PACKAGES OPEN very BAD DELIVERY SERVICE .THEY DONT CARE
I spent $270 trying to ship a packager less than 5lbs and they delayed the delivery it by almost two weeks. Apparently they claimed that the package is held up and delayed due to customer, however as I was checking with custom and the Fedex of China, they said the item has already cleared the customer 14 DAYS before the delivery date. Customer was not being honest and responsive, very disappointed about FedEx on this. I will never use FedEx again, AND I will share my terrible experience with my family, my friends, my colleague and my neighbors.
I usually get a decent - not as good as it should be - customer service, but today, I experienced an unexplainable tension and caos like from the staff. The store manager, I guess his name is Dave, was so tense, almost yelling at his peers and in the edge of cursing the payment system.... that was a bad experience!!!
I called to get information about shipping costs for a large package, the employee who took my call seemed to be upset with me and hung up without saying goodbye. Ive never had such an aggressive end to what was seemingly a normal customer service interaction. Maybe she didnt have her coffee?
Great store with a great staff. Just make sure you package your stuff like you are shipping the Monalisa and youll be fine.

Really poor customer service. Terrible experience. Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in. After waiting for a long time when somebody finally came to me, he told me I cant ship documents to a person in China. Huh? Excuse me??? I only have used FedEx to ship documents to a residential address in China a hundred times... seriously? What really turns me off is how they just dont seem to want to help you. Never going in there again.
